Fantastic experience: We had an exceptional experience with Ryan at Flight Centre Northlakes. Ryan demonstrated exemplary professionalism, accomodation and friendliness, providing invaluable assistance with our needs. As my husband and I are embarking to our inaugural European holiday, we initially lacked knowledge on destinations and activities. However, Ryan proved instrumental in securing ideal accomodations, transportation and day tour tickets, while also obtaining substantial discounts on our airfare. We achieved significant savings without compromising on safety and comfort. I highly recommend Flight Centre Northlakes to anyone planning a holiday, as providing exceptional service.

Negative experience: I would never go through flight centre again the service I got was disgusting I went in and ask bout flights to turkey she said yes I'll put you on this flight I asked for a isle seat to late you have a window seat I said can I change that no sorry its done the whole time she was talking to a colleague so when I gave her my friend's name and details unbeknown to me she had spelt her name wrong To say I wasn't happy is a understatement I rang and spoke to her supervisor and asked that I have someone else but I was totally ignored and had to put up with this incompetent woman My friend had to pay extra $100 to get the name change and I was told to go directly through the airline which honestly was the best advice she gave me i rang them asked to change my seats as I have a bladder problem I wanted a isle seat close to the toilet and they did it straight away so instead of paying extra and going through them go straight to the airline cut the middle man out why pay extra for incompetence I won't ever again

Positive experience: We have been dealing with Arri, he has been absolutely amazing to deal with. He’s incredibly patient and will do anything he can to help. We haven’t even left for our trip yet but we want to give him a review just based on our experience so far. We don’t travel much so to deal with Arri and not feel like we are being painful or bothering him is extremely refreshing. We recommend him to anyone we talk to.

Negative experience: After taking my money I have had no contact from my agent despite many attempts trying to ask questions and clarify details. I’m a very novice traveler and need a little help organizing my trip which is precisely why I went through a travel agent. But have had little to no help and I haven't even been on my holiday yet. I have no confidence that if something goes wrong they will actually be there to help me. From my experience so far I won’t be booking either this team again. All I wanted was a relaxing holiday, it’s very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Arrick is knowledgable, friendly and put us at ease very quickly. Our complete holiday was organised including insurance and packaged together within a couple of hours. Correspondence has been great. Overall an awesome first time experience for us.

Fantastic experience: What an experience it was booking in this store! WOW! Surprised with the cleanliness of the store! Who would have thought a store of travel agents would make travel so fun! I just wanted to book some flights to Sydney for a work event. BUT! they made it fun. I had some agents singing terrible songs in the back of the office. was providing the bass drums (or was banging his head on the desk in frustration) .. another was making me laugh with cringey jokes... and the others just seemed like good people. couldn't care less about their mark up. Frankly small price to pay for a bit of fun in your life! Sure you could save $20 doing it yourself... but frankly.. who is that tight? lighten up and come into this store!!! They make a mundane Sydney flight into an enjoyable trip to north lakes Westfield!! Could have gone onto sky scanner and tried to be "one of those people" and price match ... but frankly... why bother coming in if that's what you want to do. You pay for what you get. and these guys are top dollar. The shop itself is based in the best part of the centre! Easy to get to and is near Coles and a massage parlour! and a nail salon. The important things in life.

Negative experience: The worst service ever. Left me stranded in European, on my 1st stop in Europe when airline went on strike, my flight got cancelled. I was informed by the airline. I inform flight centre North Lakes and Kelly my agent 7 days before the flightvdate. It took them 3 days to respond and tell they could not help. After selling extra packages attached to my flight. I made my way to the 2nd stop without assistance from flight centre and cost a lot of money. 3 months back and still no refund. Kellie and flight centre NL are still giving the run around. Buy your ticket from directly from the airline company. They are the worst, because they will knowingwilly convince you to buy useless packages that are meant to protect you if something goes wrong.

Negative experience: Terrible service, they took my deposit for a trip then forgot I exist. No follow-up with an itinerary or flight information, despite requests. I've had to constantly chase them. I have now paid for my trip in full (6 months prior) and am still being drip fed information and have to constantly chase for this. I still have no idea what accommodation is booked and the trip is one month away.

Negative experience: Really bad experience with Jennifer M, terrible customer service. She gave 0 advice in terms of possible locations for our trip and was extremely pushy on providing zero advice or doing even a basic itinerary without an immediate payment or deposit, kept mentioning how it was too much work for her to organise our flights and everything if she wasn’t going to do hotels as well. Kept mentioning how she was finishing at 2 so it would be again too much work. She was also clearly there sick. Ended up just leaving. We were very keen to use flight centre for our bookings but certainly not now. We will find someone else or use AI!

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience! Sarah P absolutely exceeded my expectations, she was helpful, quick to reply, easily adaptable when changes arose and kind. I never worried about flights and small details regarding my trip because she was already all over it!! The best customer service and I 100% recommend her.

Fantastic experience: We got our trip booked by Ryan Stolzenberger and from day 1 he was so helpful and efficient.We booked 5 people and going to different locations.We had so many questions not only on the day of booking but via email phone calls.There no better person than Ryan S .While on our trip we emailed him many times regarding many different issue he was there to reply .I had bad experience in past when we booked for our Europe tour with FC,however Ryan S had changed the perspective of FC .Anyone booking through FC book through Ryan S .He is the expert there.No one is better than him and I would say this time and time again. Fantastic experience: After working with Kate on planning a Europe holiday in 2025, I don’t think I will ever go to anyone but her. She has made the whole experience so pleasant and seamless. I started off extremely overwhelmed and not knowing what to do or where to start as I have never really travelled before but after a quick email detailing a rough idea of my trip, she got back to me at lightening speed and was able to provide many wonderful suggestions. Two weeks later, with minor tweaking on my side to which Kate was very patient and accommodating towards, everything is locked in and the countdown is on. Couldn’t recommend a more knowledgeable and efficient Travel Professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had splendid service from Jennifer right from when we first went into the store to enquire about our travel plans , we signed up and when there was a glitch regarding our travel money card she sorted it . We can not extol her expertise in this field enough and strongly recommend you use her for your travel plans .

Negative experience: My bucket list holiday I’ve waited all my life for, has taken a terrible turn for the worse. Flight Centre 24 hours support has not been able to help much at all and the in store team at north lakes have unfortunately taken days to get back to me. Problems with flights and accommodation has so far left me out of pocket by over a grand. Money I wish I could have spent on my holiday. Having a bodily fluid stained headboard is apparently no guarantee of a refund or compensation of any sort. I’ve just been told that if they grant a refund it will probably take six weeks. Not good enough. I will update this review if and when this gets resolved.

Fantastic experience: I have done a few trips with North Lakes flight centre and they are wonderful. In particular Kate who has helped me with my latest trip. She is amazing and knows exactly what I’m looking for. She is super experienced and super nice, goes above and beyond and always responds to questions quickly. Love going to see her!!!

Fantastic experience: We cannot praise highly enough the excellent customer service we have received from ARRI since we started planning our trip to Europe early this year (2024). Arri is friendly and professional and put together a great itinerary for us for our holiday. Three months into our time away and it became necessary for us to return to Australia earlier than planned. Within a few hours of my initial email, Arri had cancelled accommodation and rerouted and rebooked multiple flights for our journey home. We are extremely grateful for Arri's prompt and efficient support during a stressful time for us. Arri is an exceptional Travel Consultant and we thank him sincerely for everything.

Negative experience: What can I say, they were fast taking my money just over $10k , personal circumstances has changed so I have to change my plans after just after 30 days I paid the entire amount, ( I wasn’t even offer a deposit option ) and 65 days before the schedule departure date. I get that will be penalties so I asked you for a refund as soon as I find out we couldn’t meet the schedule. I was told by your sale rep that would take up to 6 to 12 weeks, in condition of the airline response, I paid flight center not the airline, btw airline chosen by you FC. After few back a forward useless emails between myself and one of your representatives I find out that you FC can’t ensure refund I feel robbed, you were fast on taking my money and very pushy. Now I left in financial and mental stress Thanks to Northlakes FC team!!

This lady is such a delightful, happy and most helpful agent that I have ever came across with any travel agent that I have dealt with in all my wonderful travels in Europe especially. I must say Flight Centre have the best Agents in the game today. I especially think this young woman is a very professional Consultant for Flight Centre and a credit to Management. Fantastic experience: We were given exceptional service from Sarah Pace at Flight Centre, Northlakes. Sarah helped us with applying for a Visa For China. She was very easy to work with, explained everything regarding the visa steps. Sarah even noticed that the electronic passport photo I had would not pass the Visa process because I happened to have earrings on in the photo. She recommended a shop nearby for me to have the photo redone correctly. I would totally recommend Sarah for your travel arrangements. Definitely a five star person!

Negative experience: After multiple emails/phone calls & messages left following up on a planned trip still no response. I gave up in the end and just went elsewhere. 0 customer service, won't be back. A simple email would have sufficed but nothing. Maybe it was just the person I was dealing with or the whole place (which i hope its not from other reviews on here)

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been working closely with Leah over many years and for many trips. After multiple challenges (COVID, war, pestilence, bureaucracy, you name it), we are about to do a World Cruise. As you can imagine, there are lots of things to work out. Throughout all this time, Leah has been extremely supportive, always positive and made herself available at every opportunity to answer our questions and to find out stuff we couldn't. Her knowledge of the travel industry is impeccable and we are happy to recommend her. In fact, we wouldn't go to another local travel agency because of the value we know Leah brings.

Positive experience: I use this travel store for my holidays and other travel purposes and have found the service convenient, at a suitable location to me (close to home). The service has been polite, friendly and I've also found it easy to extend my overseas holidays to Kenya on the last 2 ocassions with them. Keep it up.

Negative experience: Booked cruise with them. Rang 4 times and left messages for my agent to call me back as cruise company dropped the price and I was told I just go back to travel agent for them to adjust the price. No one called back … once you paid you seem to be forgotten. Will not return.

Negative experience: My time wasted with these branch. My suggestion is to find another branch if you are looking for flight agents. Internal team member doesn’t communicate to each other. Customer service is not satisfactory. No follow ups and doesn’t communicate well.
