Fantastic experience: We had watched getaway on TV and decided the an Emerald Azzura Yatch Cruise was going to be the way we wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had ideas on what we wanted to do to make this holiday a memorable one. Cassandra at Castletown was our go to, we shared our ideas and took on board her recommendations. For 2 years we planned our vacation to include our special cruise. Cassandra recommended breaking the long haul flight to Europe with a stop over in Dubai, great tip, Dubai was amazing. We did a city tour which Cassandra recommended we saw both the old and new Dubai, this girl knows her stuff. Next stop 4 days in Athens prior to our cruise again a great idea. Onto our 7 day Mediterranean Cruise on Emerald Sakarra (Azzuras sister), incredible is the only way to explain 7 days travelling the Greek Islands and Turkish coastline. Again Cassandra recommended we choose a Deluxe Balcony Suite seeing the occasion was special, not only this but she noted that I would be celebrating a birthday whilst on board, and the staff on board made my day special (thanks to Cassandra's customer service). Cassandra organised all our flights (Emirates), accomodation (all top class), tours and activities (many special moments), and transfers. Due to her expertise, and customer service we had the most magical, stress free holiday. Can't wait to plan the next adventure with Cassandra. Keep up the good work

We Just got home from a 10 night stay, in double six luxury hotel, such a lovely place to stay, the staff are all so friendly and the service is amazing, we’ll definitely be back and book our flights to flight centre, wherever it takes us on our next adventure holiday ❤️

Fantastic experience: Thank you for organising our trip to Melbourne and experiencing snow at Lake Mountain. Our flights were delayed going to Melbourne and returning, which inconvenience us for pick up, that was out of our control. Otherwise a great experience for me, as it was the first time for me to experience Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Had a Euopean cruise booked for my husband and myself but regretfully, owning to his unexpected demise, had to cancel. Cassie handled the refund application wonderfully and I have now received a full refund on the cruise and am assured that I will receive the remaining money paid for business class airfares. Negative experience: My travel agent is no longer with the company and flight centre did not inform me. I am unable to call the phone numbers to change my flights because my phone doesn’t work, and they haven’t thought to email or change my travel agent on the booking. Quite dissatisfied and would appreciate an email in order to change my flights. I just need a 10 minute phone call (not sure if u can receive phone calls??) or a email to be sent to re-organise my flights. It’s really not that big of a deal I just would appreciate the help flight centre. Would have appreciated being notified that my travel agent is no longer with the company too— that’s not my problem and I don’t care but I need to be notified because now I need a new email from SOMEONE to fix this flight.

Fantastic experience: Our recent three week trip to Japan went very smoothly and well thanks to the excellent assistance we received from Flight Centre, Jess West in particular. She organised our Rail Passes, hotel accommodation near railway stations, a day trip to Mt Fuji, and assisted us in every way possible. She responded reliably and punctually always and was a real delight to work with. Well done, Jess.

Fantastic experience: Tee is AH MAZING! After 2 failed visits at a couple of other travel agencies that day, we were lucky enough to go into the flight centre in Castletown and get the wonderful Tee!!! Tee was so very helpful and gave my friend and I the excitement back of our planned holiday. Tee answered all our questions and gave us some great advice about travelling overseas. Negative experience: Purchased a gift voucher though flight centre, called castletown branch to ask if they can help me use the gift voucher online - told they were busy and doing other things. Was told that I would get a call back. Didn’t. I called them back again a little later and then got hung up on. Made me feel like an inconvenience. After booking many business trips and purchasing vouchers for staff and family. Never again

Negative experience: Honestly if I could rate it lower I would.. phone experience was great, the lady taking care of my enquiry was great, however when I actually got to my booking, I was told the person was home sick which is fine, but when the rest of the team didn't even bother to inform me of this and I was left sitting for quite some time, that's when you get ticked off. Either call the client and let them know this is happening and there will be delays, or ring them to rebook, don't let them sit and wait until they leave. Won't be getting my business at the end of the day now, will be booking through another provider. Seems to be a regular habit of Flight Centre. Edit - since FC want to advise people to book appointments. I did book an appointment in fact I booked it on Wednesday14th at 10.15am for Saturday 17th at 9.30am, your poor handling is not my issue.

Negative experience: Was left standing (in plain sight) for 45 minutes before even being acknowledged. Finally staff member (one of four) says we can see you at 1pm (was 11.10am) well you could have mentioned that sometime in the last 45 mins. Theyre not worthy of a single star, the reality of the experience couldn't be further from their slick advertisements of smiling friendly staff just waiting to help you.. awful!!!

Negative experience: Never respond to emails, been trying to book a surprise bday present for wife for 5 weeks spoke to agent and still waiting for details etc. I did come in and the travel agent sent me an email and said to respond to there emails so I did.

Negative experience: Hopeless. Rather than try to improve their service, complaints lead to princess backchat. Much better alternatives around, and worth FLT looking to reallocate the franchise before it further damages the brand.

Negative experience: Well if I could give half a star I would, went in sat with travel agent who was going to organise flights and accommodation for our holiday on the Gold Coast, it took her over a hour to put our details in for the flights, I told her I have to go as I had another appointment to keep. I was informed that she would look at the rest of our trip do up an itinerary and email it to me ,and that it might take a day... one week later still no email so I went back in unfortunately she was not there,I was seen by another lady who was good she printed upthe itinerary that I was waiting on and well it only had the flights no accommodation no alternative transport like we discussed. Absolutely no way will I book through this store .

Negative experience: Not transparent with their booking fees. Don't answer emails in a timely manner (5 days and still waiting). I now know why I book my flights myself. Did not send e-tickets as requested. Can't get through on the phone. Got more help form the overseas call centre. I thought booking through an agent would be a simple, stress free process. How wrong I was!!

Negative experience: I spoke to 2 consultants over 2 days, neither of which returned my calls or emailed me. I called and left messages nobody called me back. They may be short staffed ? I booked my own flights, will not use Flight Centre again.

Due to Covid-19 rules and restrictions, the logistics of arranging flights is rather overwhelming and complicated. Cassandra at Flight Centre in the Castletown Shopping Centre in Townsville was a great help in finding various flight options. The service I received from Cassandra as well as other associates at the Castletown Flight Centre location was friendly, professional, and most importantly thorough.

Teresa Tyler was very helpful and kept us informed of subsequent flights changes and provided options to minimise our travel time. Fantastic experience: I was stuck in Townsville during a recent lockdown. I had numerous flights cancelled and rebooked. I phoned Flight Centre Townsille for advice and they were so helpful. While they didn't guarantee any flights, they made a helpful suggestion, I booked with them and it paid off! I got home to Melbourne on a direct flight. on the strength of this I will return to Townsville again next year and book with flight centre!

Fantastic experience: We've been using flight centre for 5 years. Domestic and international travel. They are always there to answer questions and fill our requests.

Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever. Didn't even manage to make a single ticket booking rigth. And on top of this they make you sign a paper that you got what you ordered so you can't complain when you realise that the tickets you got wasn't what you ordered. Best advice for fligth center chain is STAY AWAY.
