Fantastic experience: Chris Osborne saved us THOUSANDS. We booked our 4 week European Honeymoon through Chris and we described what we were looking for. Intially quoted over $6000AUD to rent a car, Chris called us a few days later saying he had an idea. That idea saw us save over $3000AUD on the car rental. He made sure we were adequately insured and when it came to selecting hotel locations in the major cities, he knew straight away where would be both comfortable, nice and convenient as well as reasonable in price. There is no chance I am speaking with any other Travel agent again. Chris is our guy!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to show my appreciation to Abby Stuart who has been nothing less than amazing. She has assisted me with all queries and bookings in relation to flights, hotels, and even activity recommendations in both New York & Japan. Honestly without her the booking and planning process would be a blur! She has been such a gem especially considering my busy work schedule and not having time to organise everything myself. Negative experience: Female Customer service agent was extremely rude and had attitude and wasn’t very helpful at all when I asked a few simple questions.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Abby to book a flight to Bali earlier in the year. She did an exceptional job, always was transparent and forward thinking to give me the best experience possible. I’ve worked with a lot of travel agents but Abby beats them all!! Amazing service.

Fantastic experience: We have just booked our first trip to Fiji with Bree, she was just so easy to deal with,, thought of absolutely everything for us. Attention to detail was amazing and really took the time to listen to our needs, while not rushing us at all. Would definitely recommend Bree. Cant wait for our upcoming trip and I’m sure we’ll be back to book another trip in the future.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Karl highly enough for helping my mother arrange her Vietnam and India VISA applications for her upcoming trip. This trip was booked through this particular Flight Centre, thus Karl was able to help us as they actually don't have to. Read the small print people! He was prompt in replying to my emails and very thorough in working through the arduous process. My mother has gone from very stressed to looking forward to her trip now! Thank you Karl! Negative experience: All smiles till you have a problem and have to cancel a holiday as I found out at great expense , hidden away in fine print all deposits are not re-fundable even though in bold print a cancelation fee of $998 was advertised . End result is I am out of pocket almost $4000. All complaints fall on deaf ears. Flight Centre not interested in your reply unless it's in the form of a refund Travelers BEWARE. WILL EDIT IF I EVER GET A HONEST RESULT

Her patience, work ethic and commitment to not just 'like this do that' but provide expertise that gives flexible options that utilise for SME to provide optimal outcomes for customers the rest of the centre's staff i had little to do with but the small engagements I had they were friendly and helpful

Negative experience: Not even one star - would be NEGATIVE 5 STAR if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE ABUSIVE MANAGER. Booked cruise with Maddy, was told she would contact us with parking quote, cruise check-in etc. Heard nothing from her. Had previously booked 2 cruises and had always been in contact with agent. Made complaint to Flight Centre who contacted the manager of Ipswich Flight - Andy Walker to address our concerns. Showed up for meeting he made to address our complaint, get paperwork, do check-in etc. Was totally ignored by him - he gave paperwork to another staff member to give us and that was it. Kept waiting to see him and was told another 5 minutes. When he was finally ready to see us he said in a rude, gruff voice COME HERE, like he was talking to a dog. We took offence and called him up on his rudeness. Would not recommend anyone making a booking with him and will let everyone we know to stay clear of this centre. Hello World will be getting a lot more customers from now on.

Fantastic experience: In 2022 I had booked a flight with Flight Centre at Robina. I can only say the service was terrible. I approached FC in the Ipswich branch and met Bree Whiteside. She and her colleagues went above and beyond to help me out as my flight was fast approaching. I am using Bree Whiteside from FC Ipswich for my next adventure this coming September 2024. I have just booked and paid for my flight and look forward to Bree helping me out with my trip on exactly where to go before I go to Europe.

Negative experience: Back in August 2023, we booked and paid for our October holiday in full....good service until we needed a small refund for a service that we never got. Today is January 6th 2024 and we are still trying to get it back. After a very long time of waiting to hear back, we finally get an email asking for our bank details as they have the refund but yet after 9 days of sending them the details.....nothing has been done. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Be aware that you will have a fight on your hands if you ever require a refund. They seem to like taking your money but NOT refunding. Thanks for the heaadache Flight Centre and Madeleine. You will not get our business again.

Fantastic experience: Efficient and friendly service

Positive experience: Quite hard to get through to a travel agent, such a busy time you can expect that to happen. Once on the line planned the flights and was able to communicate quite easily with cert 2 in travel my understanding with bookings and electronic invoices made it easier to understand why I couldn't get my ticket on the day. But rest assured I'll be booking that ticket next week holiday,come at me.

Negative experience: I was totally ignored by a staff member I was standing right in front of, instead, she looked past me and waved another couple over. Extremely rude but their loss on 2 holidays we have booked.

Fantastic experience: Bree Whiteside has been amazing at organising my tropical holiday to the Maldives for my Daughter and I. Excellent service and so inclusive with my daughter, making her feel like a part of the process. Hats off to you Bree. Ava and I will be coming back to you for our future holiday planning and bookings.

Positive experience: Bree was very helpful in planning our first overseas holiday. A few little avoidable hiccups but she got these fixed as soon as we discovered them. When supplier changed arrangements unexpectedly, Bree found alternatives for us that will work for our holiday.

We felt Fiona took time to listen and understand our travel goals, and made recommendations that helped us achieve a dream holiday, under budget and without having to sacrifice things we wanted to do. She has given us peace of mind and comfort with the flight centre brand. 10/10 would recommend Fiona’s services to family and friends.

Negative experience: We have just booked a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The young lady that served us was friendly and polite. 10days out from our trip I went to pick up the documents unfortunately the young lady was not working that day and had to deal with an older man. Well he displayed very poor customer serve skills. First the flights had been changed to a day earlier which was ok but he proceeded to argue with me they hadn’t. When he looked at the documentation on the computer he found they had his response was ‘oh’. Really after arguing with me. He was reluctant to prepare the documents as they had not been printed as yet. It was only when I said the older lady in the office said they could be printed he proceeded to get the documents. Two of us were travelling from separate household and he wouldn’t print two sets of documents. We spent around $7000 and he thought spending $2 on some copies was too much to ask. Another staff member printed the second set for me and the older man who now had other customers in front of him continually had to make comments to me to justify his actions. He stated he had 15 years experience in the industry wouldn’t you think he would know better then to argue and try to belittle a customer in this way. Very poor form from the older man at flight centre please use other staff. O

Negative experience: My mum purchased a ticket from here. She was unwell with a medical cert and conformation there was no issue putting her flight on hold. They said date could not be moved and out her in contact with a air line internationally. Shocking service and a stressful event for our family who thought using flight centre was a good safe idea

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre has been fantastic to deal with over several international trips. Most recently, Kym Richards in Ipswich has been absolutely amazing in helping me to book a non-conventional trip to West Papua. I highly recommend Flight Centre and Kym Richards!!

Negative experience: You walk in, looking to travel. They offer you a deal. You agree and pay for it. Once the money is locked in, they revise the deal, make up excuses, blame you (the customer), and charge you extra fees that weren’t in the original deal. If you’re reading this, I don’t recommend using Flight Centre unless you want disappointments, unpleasant surprises, and inconvenient changes in your trip plans. Good luck

Positive experience: I think I’ll do it my self next time

Negative experience: Don't bother trying to call. You either get hung up on or are told to come in store instead after being on hold for 6 minutes. All I have is a question. I don't need an appointment that I can't even book anyway.

Positive experience: The lady we had was super helpful and so patient. Didn't rush us even though we pretty much changed everything right after confirming due to adding in extra stuff. She even found out a few little extras for us that saved us looking for later. She was so lovely. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: So cant say enough nice things about my agent Dianne Morrison. She has been ultra helpful for years now and makes booking my trips super easy. I literally don't bother looking else where or even attempting it myself lol. In fact Andy was great and Ryan also but it was Dianne that has gone above and beyond.
