Negative experience: Be careful to book your tickets with flight centre. As they will not give your refund back no matter what. They do not care even if someone dies in your family and you can not travel at booked flights. 8 thousand gone the drain that I am paying interest on, but flight centre do not care. Such a disgrace and shamefully act from such a company.

Fantastic experience: Came in last minute on Christmas eve to book an overseas trip for new years, I sat down with Shahram and told him the details and he booked it hassle free and it suited my needs. My flight was also cancelled and delayed last minute, putting my new years festivities in Hong Kong in jeopardy. But Shahram was able to find me an earlier flight to get me to my destination on time. Couldn't recommend this store or even Shahram highly enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I go for a well needed holiday weather I’m getting the train or a plane but Flight Centre at Craigieburn central is my go to. The workers are so amazing, welcoming and very friendly. If the rating was out of 10 I’d give them 100. That always give me great deal I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Disgusting!!! The staff in there are so rude. Will never buy flights from them. They take advantage of people with their OVER PRICED travel insurance then when you question it get very rude . Takes 6 to 8 weeks to refund $800 and pretty much just tell you that it's bad luck. What a bunch of horrid females. I've read the other reviews and im not the 1st person to experience this treatment. Flight centre really need to look at who is representing them.

Negative experience: booked my flight online , but due to COVID the flight was cancelled and they gave me a credit of $218 per ticket we were 3 of us in total $654 credit and when I tried to book my flight today using my credit they said the ticket price will be $476 per person total of $1428 for Melbourne to Gold Coast where as when I checked online same flight ticket is $240 per person which is $720 in total but they said that price is for new bookings when you don’t use your credit it’s a joke that means if I use credit fight price will be $476 per person and if I don’t use credit flight price will be $240 per person they need to just tell us that sorry we will not give you any credit that’s all . So people please be careful when booking through flight centre it’s your hard earned money even my other friends and family had a really bad experience with them .

Negative experience: Horrible experience as a mother with her 10 year old daughter travelling by herself for the first time… Went in and booked a flight from Queensland back to Melbourne as she was at her aunties in Queensland for the holidays. Everything on her itinerary said Gold Coast to Melbourne but 2 days before she was due to fly out I checked the flight details and the agent had booked a flight that was from Melbourne to Gold Coast and put on the itinerary Gold Coast to Melbourne, because it was late at night I called the emergency number and they managed to fix the flight thankfully but couldn’t change the unaccompanied minor as the agent had to do that. Called the centre the next day, tried about 5 times with no answer along with a few emails with no answer and I was getting really upset because it was the day before she was due to fly out. I called the emergency number once again and they couldn’t even get a hold of the centre either after trying a least 3 times themselves. In the end the emergency contact number was a lot more help than craigieburn flight centre!! Never going back there again!!!!!

Negative experience: Went in to get info on a country i wanted to travel to soon. After waiting 40min for a staff member to be free which is out of anyones control i was asked can i help you and i advised i wanted to speak to someone to get information on the country i am planning to book a holiday to and was fobbed off that he did not have any information at the moment. Was told I could flip through the only broacher in the store but had to give it back. Not there fault if out of broachers but hey why not offer to sit down in front of the computer together and exchange names and get flight costs, Disneyland packages deals, accommodation deals, ski packages ect…. Things to do. Ask questions ect.. I will take my 20k and go somewhere else to book our trip.

Should not take over a month to book & finalise a trip overseas. Replying to my emails only happened when I became angry. Still waiting for Michelle to respond to my last email. I will taking my business else where, obliviously $20K means nothing to her. :(

Negative experience: Horrible its only word i can say…. Went to book my trip on 11 September and until 28 September they keep giving me excuses that they will call me tomorrow someone working on your itinerary and when ever you call them back , first of all you need to be lucky guy to connect the call first and then once they pick they will give this excuse plus they will tell you the person whos working on it he or she is on holiday then next day new rep will look you after and the day after they tell you ohhh they didnt knew about it at all. And the story goes on and on.
