Fantastic experience: A special thanks to Laura Garrard from Flight Centre Rockingham WA for her Professional and prompt response to our last minute booking to Europe for next month. Laura drafted our holiday to suit us and added some great bargains. Her happy and friendly demeanour and expert knowledge set our minds at rest knowing that everything is in place and we can look forward to a great holiday.

Fantastic experience: I have used LAURA GARRARDi n Rochingham flight centre for all of my trips she is very knowledgeable and always gets me the best flights and costs Laura is exceptionally pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her and she always give good advice as an elderly lady traveling long distant I trust Laura to organize everything for me she is a treasure and I hope she is appreciated. Its so refreshing to find someone who has my interests and safety covered. Well done Laura I wont be going to anyone else to arrange my trips

Fantastic experience: Jamie Spence gave World class service—went above and beyond the call of duty. When the chips were down, he didn’t lose confidence in his depth and breadth of knowledge. At a minimum this fine gentleman should have a significant pay rise of atleast 33%—id even go so far to say he could take over the present fly centre mascot with such dashing good looks. Highly recommend!

Christine is also so easy to work with, even when you ask for the hard to do stuff she gets it done with a smile and fun banter.

We were having problems with our daughters name on an Eticket and she got it all cleared up and sorted straight away, she even got us extra information for documents we need to ensure an easy and stress free flight. Negative experience: I am being generous with the one star. I was very upset and appalled at the treatment I received from a certain person at the Centre in Rockingham when I went in last Friday. Unfortunately I did not take take note of her name. She had dark hair in a ponytail. She told me to sit down and wait while she talked on the phone about some financial thing. I sat there waiting for three quarters of an hours while she totally ignored me, I was quite shocked when she finished her phonecall but then immediately phoned someone else instead of attending to me. When I complained, she claimed she had not seen me which was nonsense and weird. There was only one person actually attending to a customer. Two or three were on the phone and there was this male staff member sitting there not doing anything, frowning, ignoring everyone and just staring at his computer screen. I was in physical pain so the last thing I felt like doing was to be ignored and sit on an uncomfortable seat all day. I actually had other things that I wanted to do all day.

Positive experience: After a recent trip with an itinery put together by Flight Centre Rockingham we had an issue while abroad. I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank them for sorting the issue as soon as we approached them on our return to Aus. Otherwise we had no problems and enjoyed our trip.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the amazing Kalicia Farr for assisting with my Singapore bookings and some subsequent Sydney bookings. Professional service all round. Emily also pitched in well during Alicia’s absence on one day. It was all a bit tricky with some changes and it was managed well. I find the Rockingham team are always willing to assist their colleagues if they are busy or absent. I have already recommended to some friends planning a cruise to contact Flight Centre Rockingham. Fantastic experience: I started getting quotes on going to Europe with a few travel agents. I found them to just go through the motions, not realizing just how big a deal this trip was to us. Well that was until by chance I stumbled upon Traci at flight center in Rockingham. Traci was professional & knowledgeable and accommodating. Sure you expect this from any travel professional. But here's what separated her from the others , Including other flight center agents. She cared tremendously to strive to get us the best prices but most importantly the best experience we could have in our itinerary. Traci, was always obliging of my phone calls , countless emails and meetings. I felt safe that she would do the best for us. I believe being a travel agent is not just a job to Traci, but a passion. She really cared. Went out of her way , whilst exercising a lot of patience when we tweaked our itinerary numerous times. I would recommend Traci to anyone thinking of travelling. There is nothing better than knowing your agent genuinely cares to do the best for you to achieve your dream holiday. Thank you Traci for your magnificent efforts. Negative experience: Rang to ask if I needed an appointment, lady said no. Waited all day for a call back, never came. Rang again this morning, lady said you can make an appointment ….. go figure I said to her I asked if needed an appointment yesterday and was informed no and they would ring me back. You have gone way down hill from a few years ago hey. Let’s hope this phone call comes Rockingham City branch

Fantastic experience: We had absolutely amazing service from Jen H. She went above and beyond to secure us our flights while there was a special on. Even working on her days off just to ensure we didn't miss out. We had 3 different groups booking and wanted lots of different options. Jen did it all with a smile and was so friendly. Never making us feel like we were a nuisance. Her expertise in her field was clearly evident through her service. I have now found my forever travel agent.

Negative experience: Not only directed at this store but flight centre in general. We can’t get through to the store, we can’t change our booking on the phone, they won’t respond to emails. The over all impact has been stressful, and cost us thousands as flight have then gone up or been lost altogether due to the lack of response. I can’t stress enough to people to book direct with airlines and DO NOT go through flight centre

We booked to go to Bali and she did everything for us including fixing our insurance for bike usage. Was so good to be helped through the process would definitely recommend seeing her if your booking.

Negative experience: One of the worse unprofessional centre I ever had the misfortune of using. After spending over 20k on a European trip at this store for everything. They managed to Even getting the wrong sightseeing tour wrong and having to book it myself. I’m constantly having to chase them up for snipets of information and have had 3 reps due to them being on holidays or leaving abruptly their position. If the representation of how they treat customers is to go by no wonder they have staff quitting abruptly. Under 3 weeks until we fly out and I have to contact them as to when will be able to pick up our tickets etc. they still don’t have them ready until Next week lol Stay away from this store and do yourself a favour either find a more professional store or book it all online yourself. I certainly shall after this horrible ongoing saga. Flight Centre need to certainly look into training for Rockingham Store.

Positive experience: My partner and I just visited Nadine to get a quote for our Europe trip. She was so amazing and informative, helping us plan the ins and outs of the locations we want to visit this year. She went above and beyond for us, and we feel so much more at ease with our trip! She was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit her again soon! :)

Negative experience: I would give zero stars, but one is the lowest available. Flight Center Australia is terrrible with Customer service, Ignored emails, waiting on hold over an hour to be hung up on, no retrurn calls, Still waiting over a year for refund of flight booked in Sept 2021. Never again...

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful. Not their fault that the flight got cancelled due to Covid 19. They were most helpful and did their store proud.

Negative experience: Flight Center Rockingham took our booking to Bali a year ago, due to covid the Airasia flight was cancelled. We have been in contact with FC many times and they keep telling us that they are having trouble getting the credit or refund from airasia. Our friends booked the same flights direct with airasia and have been given credits some time back from Airasia no issues. I would recommend that you book direct with the airlines or hotels and give FC a big miss as they are not that helpful and certainly do not like refunding money.

Fantastic experience: I was unsure how to book a flight as I have never done it before and then I rang Flight Centre and talked to Laura. Greatest experience ever, after talking to me Laura had my flights booked return and accommodation. I declined insurance and hubby wanted it so I rang Flight Centre back and the receptionist noted it down. Went back the next day to pick up my tickets and Laura had my insurance ready as well. It felt like I was talking to an old friend

Negative experience: Totally incompetent After screwing up our flights - trying to blame Qantas & American Airlines- Then tried to overcharge over $1000 for a 2nd getaway was the last straw Will NEVER use a flight centre again I booked the exact same flight with the exact same seats directly with the airline same insurance, same car hire $1244 cheaper than flight centre quote Fully recommend you do your homework before paying any money to them .

Negative experience: My brother and my son went to Thailand for 10 days, they were supposed to fly back on the Thursday, but the flight centre buggered there return times and dates so they had to pay almost $1000, for them both for the flight centres mistake, my brother called them and explained what happened, he's still waiting for reply that was in June this year.
