Fantastic experience: Kirra always provide great advice and assistance.

Negative experience: Be aware that flight centre use a travel technology company located overseas called hotelbeds to book your activities overseas. We pre booked and paid in full for our overseas activities all to be told when we arrived at our destination on day one that your reservations have been cancelled due to supplier operational issue. We learnt the hard way to book everything ourselves in the future with the place you want to visit directly to avoid this disappointment, alternatively speak with your travel agent and mention you don’t want them to go through 3rd parties such as hotel beds. There is no guarantee your booking is secure which will interrupt your holiday plans and leave you disappointed.

Negative experience: My privacy was breached. My private travel information was sent to a known person who I had travelled with many years previously on a separate trip. Flight Centre did not treat this matter as seriously as I would have hoped. There was a lot of effort on my behalf trying to get some answers to how this could happen. After they assured me no more correspondence would go to the wrong person, the companies through which they booked, such as the airline, sent important flight updates to this known person , too They did not do a thorough job of making sure this known person's email address was taken off my account, which I never put on in the first place. This has turned me off using the Flight Centre again in the future as they have given me no reason to regain any trust in their processes that this kind of error won't happen again. I am disappointed that this happened and in the poor way in which it was handled.

Fantastic experience: Have had the pleasure of dealing with Tayla at FC Plenty Valley on numerous occasions and have always found her to be professional. Tayla's help in organising a recent overseas trip was invaluable. From flights, accommodation, tours, trains, transfers, etc. Her expertise shone through. Had no problems at all with any of the bookings and can't thank Tayla enough

Negative experience: - Visited them on 17/08/24 @ around 9.30am. - There were 2 staff members, 1 customer waiting and us. (empty seats infront of both agents). - I dragged a seat to sit down in front of the agent wearing the red flight center uniform that day, and was asked if i wanted to do a new booking and if so, I HAVE to wait for 10 minutes AND to sit 'there' pointing in the direction of other chairs, as she HAD to send an email. Remember ZERO customers sitting with them and TWO staff members and ONE other person waiting. - I decided not to waste my time as the first impression (even before we booked) is like this, imagine something doesn't go to plan and having to deal with them!. - Not sure these staff members enjoy their work, as a customer facing role/ customer acquisition role is acting like this on initial communication with a customer. (when clearly they're NOT busy). - Anyway there's other places to book our prefered holiday and hope these agents TREAT prospective customers helpfully and kindly and not looking at us as if we're a nuisance!!!

Fantastic experience: We have booked many trips with Kym from Flight Centre Plenty Valley and have had wonderful experiences each and every time - none more so than when Kym helped us to get home urgently from an island off Sicily when a family member passed suddenly and unexpectedly. I Highly recommend Kym for her professionalism, customer service and knowledge. Many friends and family have also used Kym to book their holidays and also had great experiences. Kym’s experience and expertise is very evident throughout all conversations and her communication and documentation is always detailed to ensure we understand exactly what we’re booking. Thanks Kym for all your help - we’ll definitely be back for our next trip!

Negative experience: If you want to be mislead and out of pocket financially, this place is for you! Dealt with Kym Nulty on booking a cruise, all verbal discussions/agreements were not translated to the invoice(oversight by us), which we then were left with $800 of additional costs due to Kym not relaying the correct information. We followed Kym's suggestions and recommendations, which in result made the promotion void and costing us dearly, this was not relayed to us at the time and now the invoice is due her colleague Olivia is stating we pay the Invoice or lose our deposit/cruise. Conveniently Kym is unavailable to discuss and try to resolve the issue, no after sales customer service!

Negative experience: Would give a negative if there was an opportunity. Terrible service by the woman with red glasses on. Went in to organise a family holiday to Bali, as it is a destination we haven't been to yet and she was so rude, looked at me as though I couldn't afford it. If thats the way Flight Centre train their team, then it is no wonder people just go ahead and book their own holidays. Would never use Flight Centre Plenty Valley to handle any of my future holidays based on that person's attitude.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 starts I would, I will never use flight centre again. With what was an issue originally was turned great when I was paired with Nicole. Once she had left the remainder of the experience was poor and not thorough. Do not bother and if you are wanting attitude see Olivia

Negative experience: Very bad customer service from one of the employees. I was just trying to clarify/ understand something about a quote and the young lady, with an arrogant attitude and a very rude approach was obviously not up to the task.I was sitting waiting for my turn to be received and this young employee approached me coming probably from the staff room or anyway not coming from any desk where the other colleagues were serving people. She asked what I wanted and while I was trying to explain my concern ,in a very abrupt manner she said that this was what it was, basically. When I said I was definitely lodging a complaint she said to go ahead. She did not make me feel welcome as customer and it was obvious she hated being there.There are plenty of other travel agents around or even online and you get for sure a better customer service.

Positive experience: Great service and decent prices!

Fantastic experience: Melissa was very easy to deal with and seemed an expert in her field. Our trip had a couple of hitches all outside of flight centres control. Flight Centre kept us informed of any flight delays and were quite easy to reach when we had questions. The trip went pretty much as planned with thank Flight Centre for their help

Fantastic experience: We had a bad experience at another flight center and we decided to go into Plenty Valley. We meet with Tamara and explained where we were going and what we wanted. Tamara found flights and connecting flights and everything so quickly and just made it work. She was very knowledgeable in everything even with the 101 questions we were asking her. We felt so comfortable with everything she did for us. We did have a few hiccups along the way but she was there to offer support and made sure everything was in order. If you are going to see anyone speak with Tamara as she is amazing. Our holiday was one of the best and we will be sure to use her again. Thank you Tamara

Fantastic experience: Melissa from Flight Centre Sth Morang Victoria provided us with service above and beyond our expectations. Our holiday consisted of a Danube River Cruise with spare days leading up to and beyond the cruise. From our first meeting, Melissa put together an itinerary that flowed smoothly for us to enjoy ourselves. Melissa even went to the trouble to personally drop off some pre departure documents to our home. We were in Munich a couple of days before embarking on our River Cruise. We were contacted by Melissa to be informed that the Cruise had been cancelled due to the Ship being involved in an accident prior to sailing. This is where Melissa came to our rescue. She had arranged for an alternative cruise company that had a schedule that ensured we would meet all the previously arranged connections to France and England. Additionally the hotels Melissa had booked us into in Munich, Paris and London were all in excellent locations. In Munich, NH Collection was close to the S line train which goes to the Airport. It was also less than a 10 minute walk to Marienplatz. In Paris we stayed at Le Littre hotel, close to a main Metro station at Montparnasse with connection to all over Paris. We were close to a multitude of Restaurants, cafes and Retail shopping. The metro took us to all the attractions without a hitch. In London we stayed at Strand Palace Hotel. We could not have been in a better location for the things we wanted to see and do. It's located right in the middle of the West End theatre district, a couple of minutes walk from Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and the River Thames with views from Waterloo bridge. The convenience of having the nearby Underground stations at Covent Garden (Picadilly line) and Embankment (Victoria/Central) took us to other attractions we had on our bucket list. Flight Centre and in particular Melissa have been a big part of us having the best holiday we've been on so far. We have already started planning next year's holiday and Melissa has already assisted us by securing our seats on The Rocky Mountaineer. Regards Sam and Michele Avram

Negative experience: The worst customer service. They had no appointments and still they refuse to see any walk ins. We had the cash in hand to buy an overseas ticket. Would have been an easy sell. Their loss

Negative experience: Very disappointed it’s 2023 and these people are super racist. The blonde lady have attitude problems as soon as we walked in.They profile you as soon as you step into the door. They didn’t even wanted to speak to us. We even asked to schedule another appointment to speak with another representative she refused and stated “you don’t need an appointment if you not gonna spend money here”. Helpless staff.

Fantastic experience: Even while being super busy, they made time to see me and organised all the details for what I wanted. Only thing I suggest is do a little research yourself and then they can iron out details with you. Thanks Kirra for all your help!

Negative experience: We booked & paid extra for an Exeutive suite at Mariners Nth Townsville with no stairs, when we got to Townsville, Flight Centre had booked a standard suite with stairs it just ruined our holiday, I've asked them to explain, they said they booked the holiday thru Expedia and blamed them, we had no knowledge of this, they said they will get back to me, haven't heard a word, something dodgy going on here?

Negative experience: Very badly reception! Unpolite. Acid tone of voice and quite snobbery. Intimidating myself and my husband( both 80 years old)because we didn't book previously. We felt very bad, quite humiliated.

Negative experience: Honestly working with Olivia has been by far one of the worst experience for my mum and me. I understand the travel industry has been hit since covid and flight/airlines are constantly changing but when your a manager or a team supervisor you’d think you address your emails with multiple responses. The whole working from home is understandable but if your not responding to your emails after 3 days please get someone from the team to assist or even try get a response. We had our flight change multiple times and some even didn’t make sense and as flight agents you think they will notice and try help to change the situation. We will definitely not be coming back to this flight Center anymore. They can hit us with the excuse after constructive criticism but can’t rely to an email with “I’m working on it” or “I’ll give you an update by this day etc”.

Negative experience: Walk into this premises today with absolutely no acknowledgement. Wait for 30 minutes and then a staff member tells us we can't serve you because you have not made a booking. If we could give this a zero review we would have no hesitation in doing so. Went to another travel agent and did our business there. Never again.

Negative experience: The rep booked through doesn't work weekends and we needed assistance with cancelling a flight today that was rescheduled by the airline last minute and would arrive too late for a commitment. Spoke with Nicole who clearly would rather focus on racking up her commissions than helping anyone else. Another rep then cancelled a flight but theyre leaving the refund request for the original agent next week and then apparently 4-12 weeks before we'll even find out if it'll be processed ‍♀️

Negative experience: Below poor customer service. Nobody acknowledged my presence especially the Asian looking rep who had no f2f client nor on phone. Please spend your valuable time and money elsewhere perhaps Epping where they excel in customer service.

Negative experience: Not great service to be honest. We paid an extortionate amount for our tickets plus high priced insurance and you would have thought we could at least get our meals booked in and even worse our seats for my partner and I next to each other! I had to sort these things out last minute when I checked in. In the end we couldn't sit next to each other on one of the flights. I was told that the attendant, who I won't name, was busy with updating clients COVID travel details. Well, that's your job! As soon as I paid for the flights I didn't hear back from the consultant and she didn't even send me my itinerary! I had to email her for it. Pretty half arsed service. Next time we'll just do it ourselves. Never again.
