Her professionalism, attention to detail & general knowledge is brilliant and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting to make travel arrangements!!!!! Negative experience: Extreamly rude and poor service. I went to flight centre Saturday 18th, January 2025 in person, went in person and wanting to extend my flight and accommodation longer I've lost 2 days flying time. Travel consultant keep insisting I have 8 day holiday.. I only have 6 days. I was trying to explain to consultant that I wanted to go in person on Saturday to pay $500 to extent , change flight and accommodation longer. Sent an email and tried to contact flight centre again today Monday via phone always on waiting 10 minute or more on hold, have also sent an email to consultant Natalie and no email reply, one of your other consultant rudely to leave flight centre and contacted security. I have spoken to the security that I only wanted to go in the flight centre werribee plaza to pay the money to change flight ticket. Both security went in the flight centre store werribee plaza and said the travel agent consultant was extreamly rude to the security and to me. Have contacted flight centre werribee plaza yesterday Sunday afternoon while I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Don't book with flight centre werribee plaza bunch of scams and rip people off. Please look at other reviews for proof. I have tried to contact them via phone more than 10 minutes waiting time on the phone in the que. Changed my mind not to extend flight. Not happy with there service Will never go there again.

Negative experience: My experience with Flight Centre was extremely disappointing. I trusted them to help me plan my travel, but I ended up being charged thousands more for flights compared to booking directly or through other providers. It’s clear that’s where they make their money, and I felt taken advantage of. What’s worse, there was little transparency in the pricing, and when I raised concerns, I didn’t feel they took them seriously. It left me questioning whether they truly prioritize their customers or just focus on profit. I won’t be using Flight Centre again and would advise others to compare options carefully before booking through them.

I have been back multiple times and every international trip has ultimately been made here, each person I have spoken to has made my trip planning easy and cheaper than what I was finding on my own. Negative experience: It’s totally disappointed today. We have been booked for Europe trip from Werribee plaza flight centre with Awien agok . We have paid last year as a group of 10 people including 3 families. When she book our seats in flights , it was all around the flight. At least my family, she has booked my husband some where behind the flight far away from me. It’s really frustrating, she must know that people who book to travel as group would like to travel together. We have been advice several time to her that we want to travel together. As u guys advertising that u r very expert n experiencing travel agents we kept our total trust with u. But today I felt u guys are not train properly for this service.. she has advised us to check in 48 hours before n u can changed it then. So we cancel our work n try to change our seats at 5.15 am today. N couldn’t change it now. For 14 hours trip I have to travel alone with two kids without having any support from my husband with another stranger. She had booked our seats with another person. This is totally stressful. It’s not a short journey. If u are a travel expert u guys should know that people love to travel together n it’s so important to have family support to take care of the kids in such a long journey. I m totally dissatisfied about flight centre service. This is not the way that travel expert should work. They have to be very responsible when u book everything specially flights seats when someone who book the trip year ago. I would never recommend flight center in Werribee plaza for anyone who would travel peacefully..

Fantastic experience: We recently completed a holiday booked with Denise at Flight Centre Werribee. She organised a Ghan rail & Outback Spirit package with flights from and to Melbourne, and and an extra day in Darwin with Airborne Solutions all day pub crawl. All done via Email without leaving the comfort of our own homes. (A family group of 3 couples.) All questions were answered politely and efficiently, and updates forwarded when necessary. The entire process was efficient and hassle free. THANK YOU Denise - great work!! UPDATE: My original review was posted in relation to a holiday in 2023. Denise has since assisted us with an international holiday involving multiple bookings and at least one other trip where she has booked us domestic flights within Australia. She has continued to maintain her high standard of assistance and service. I would thoroughly recommend Denise to assist with any travel requirements.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Sabina from the Werribee Plaza branch. After our original flight was cancelled and rebooked by the airline, Sabina wasn’t comfortable with the short time to catch a connecting flight so reached out to me on a SUNDAY to get permission to change our flights to an earlier time to allow us plenty of time to make our connecting flight. It’s this kind of service that will keep us coming back to Sabina (and flight centre) time and again. Worth the extra $$ so our travels are as stress free as possible!
