Fantastic experience: Cameron and Jess at Flight Center Benowa were excellent, and friendly. Even with me they were patient... The booking of multiple layovers and insurance, Cameron made it effortless. They took the time, did not rush me, which made me confident about my trip. I know there are online booking services, which I have used in the past, never again. In person, is honestly one of the great parts about it, I have a contact for emergencies, solid bookings, backup plans. And not to mention, it was an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic experience: Last May I booked a return business class ticket: Brisbane-Tokyo with Rebecca Langtry at the Benowa branch of Flight Centre. My departure plans fell into disarray as my Jetstar flight JQ10 on 24/07 was suddenly cancelled. I was able to book on a direct Qantas flight QF62 on 26/07. The morning of 25/07 I found my booking on this flight had been cancelled. Very, very stressful. I quickly contacted Rebecca to ask what she could do to assist. Rebecca went above and beyond being helpful and supportive. I had frequent updates from her as regards to the progress she was making in finding out what was going on. Knowing Rebecca was working so diligently I felt reassured that she would be able to sort the situation out. (I must say neither Jetstar nor Qantas support staff were able to help at all!) Later in the morning I had a call from Rebecca informing me that I was booked on a Qantas charter flight tomorrow. I don't have enough praise for the way Rebecca handled my stress levels and the way she was able to solve my dilemma. How lucky am I that she was my agent!

Fantastic experience: Had an great experience with Flight Centre..Sahana Hegde was totally amazing from the beginning and catered to all our requirements and forever changes we made to our itinerary. She was very patient and helpful. Will definitely go through her again to book my next holidays.

Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal there are no other words. The staff member made so many errors in our trip it was not funny. From incorrect dates on booking to incorrect room bookings the list goes on. Had concerns before the trip as queries were never responded to. The staff member did not listen to any requests and when she did respond it was always ‘I’m sorry we are just so busy at the moment’. Well guess what, no matter how busy you are you have an obligation to YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. The management of this company should be ashamed, sadly what should have been a wonderful once in a lifetime experience has been soured so much due to YOUR STAFF. To anyone thinking of using this company run fast, spend your hard earned money elsewhere as these people will show little respect for you.

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 fantastic experiences with Flight Centre Benowa Village. From organising flights, lots of people can do it themselves, I can't! Vickie made it an enjoyable experience in a really nice environment. The second time I needed assistance to renew my passport, I asked Vickie if she was able to help me, she was more than happy to give me her time and computer skills. It wouldn't have happened without her. In this day and age, if you don't have computers, printers and skills to use them, you need someone to help. I'm glad it's Vickie and the team at Flight Centre. Negative experience: As I am from the area so happened to try book but what a confusion did say Europe but put me with a new person friendly but not trained well even that he had a senior person next to him .He would look at her for advice no answer .She had no one with her at all.Today passed near and a meeting well cannot be about training new staff at all.Remember some of us do go to Europe and working at flight centre one should know better or trained better. As long as one as a simple go and come all good maybe ? Went to a sal agent and in one day got all sorted out. Fantastic experience: In Nov 19 we booked a trip to the USA for August 20 which never happened. What should have been a very stressful time was resolved quickly by Vickie. She assisted with all refunds/credits for the trip and made this process very easy for us. We ended up travelling to Cairns in Oct 20 and she assisted with the whole process and even gave suggestions of activities which turned out to be our favourite parts of the trip. Cannot reccomend enough! :)

Negative experience: No point in booking through them when you end up chasing everything up yourself. I had to take in my passport in for my cruise three times as they either didn't work there no more or had it saved to their desk top and no one could access it. Major stuff around trying to get my documents as it seemed no one else could assist me except for the person I booked through but she had left! Ended up going to Pacific fair and Samie there was amazing!! Nothing was a Hassel and he gave us all of our documents on the spot (which took a total or 2 months to do at the Benowa store and still walked out with nothing)
