Fantastic experience: Okay, so after a small snafu with my hotel and timing arrangements with the itinerary, FC perfectly rectified the issue with no complaint and professionalism. TRAVIS is the man. The whole team at FC Midland are awesome. If there is any issue with your circumstances, don't worry, the 24hr emergency center will fix everything and the follow up from Midland was stellar. Fully recommend Midland FC anytime. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I was going to book online, but needed a bit of help. I went to Flight Centre and feel so fortunate to have had such professional and consistent help. Before, during and after my holiday, Travis and Emily organised everything- including a sudden and unexpected early return flight that was needed- right in the middle of Xmas. I was able to contact Emily and she managed everything when I couldn't. Her patience and perseverance got me back home when I needed to return urgently at a time when flights were extremely limited. Travel agents have expertise and experience. Some also have genuine compassion and care and will do everything to make sure you can travel anywhere in comfort, with seamless flight connections and help always a call, email or text message away. Wonderful service and genuine people. Thankyou.

Positive experience: Highly recommend Emilly F at Midland, she went out of her way to finding the shortest flight with best times to go straight to our hotel for check-in. My last holiday I went on, was booked on-line and managed to arrive at the Resort in Thailand exactly 1 year early. So will use Emilly now for all future vacations.

He has helped plan 3 trips for us, and each time has dealt with me and my ever changing wants and ideas. He has always done it with a smile and has never hesitated to go back and forth for us, and above and beyond. We even moved house so we are no longer close to Midland now, but we still continue to travel the extra distance just so we can see Travis for any of our holiday needs. Positive experience: I've had Lucas handling all my travel needs for over a year and find him to be very efficient and proactive. These guys are obviously very busy so things don't always happy as quickly as I'd like but that's probably more to do with my impatience than anything! Although I'm very experienced at booking my own travel, Lucas often comes up with interesting points that I haven't considered.
