We had a trip booked early in the year for December and a very short turn around trip booked start of October for 2 weeks later middle of October. Both were organised in a very professional and prompt manner and were perfect for what we wanted. Kara made the entire process stress free, this made booking a very easy choice.

Even when I missed an important detail to the journey, she picked it up and tried to accomodate and help out as far as she could possibly do in her position. Recently we needed flights and he only wanted to go there but the day we went in she wasnt there so we weren't as confident. Come next day she picked up my call and people im telling you she just has a way to take my stress and calmly guided me to the very best options for flights and we trusted instantly and paid. Thank you Casie Cross for your warming presence that i didnt have to leave home. Highly reconmend her.

I recently went on a solo trip to South Africa at 19, and aside from it being the most amazing experience, I wouldn’t have been able to commit if it wasn’t for Zee. 10/10 recommend Zee for any travel needs or questions!

Negative experience: The sit down and planning were great and very easy....but some bad mistakes were made, unfortunately! The first hotel was booked for 3 people but only had a double bed for us to share. Yes, we had to share! I even specifically asked when booking to make sure there were more than one bed. The second hotel was closed down, but I'm not sure how the booking even managed to be done? Surely someone knew about the 80 billion dollar refurb??? Not a single person informed us. I found out when I was looking for directions on how to get here 3 days before our arrival. Some contradicting talks when trying to cancel and book another hotel but won't go into it. 3 weeks wait for a refund. More than likely the last time we'll use flight centre.

Negative experience: 2 hours before closing 3 staff on no customers but apparently they dont have time for pricing flights

Fantastic experience: Calling the flight centre help line I spoke to Alex. He was so helpful and went out of his way to give me advice and support. It's staff like this that should be rewarded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you Alex for going out of your way.

Cassie made the experience with organising booking seem simple and relaxing. She was prompt with replying to enquiries and in some cases resolved the problems for us. Positive experience: I felt more detail could be given i.e that the boat trip required a four hour bus trip to join. Very distressing to arrive in a non-english speaking country and have the transfer dump you at the wrong hotel as the transfer details were incorrect. I had no cash for a taxi and a kind security guard rescued me. Sure after going through a PTSD attack of headache and vomiting alone in my room and losing a days holiday, I got a link to a refund of the transfer, no apology, no explanation. Definately not good enough for a senior solo traveller.

Zee found our group of 5 amazing flights, priced very reasonably and satisfied the time and stopover criteria that we were so hopeful for. Negative experience: FLIGHTCENTRE ARE A JOKE. I would never EVER trust @flightcentreau with my travel bookings again - they robbed us of our family Italian holiday in May because of a small, easily fixable error and STILL have our $6k in flight money. Have to take them to court just to get our money back.
