Fantastic experience: Tamsin did a great job. It was so easy to work with her on my family holiday. No request was too hard and she was always happy to assist me with my European Trip. Positive experience: Our holiday went well, flights were well organised, some flights seemed to go back wards as there was no direct flights to where we were going. I left all paper work in a hotel and Tamsin emailed all of them to me by the next day. Your in Sicily and Malta was good weather was very hot and made the tour a little uncomfortable.Over all a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I are just back from the most marvellous trip to America. Two week cruise package and two weeks Vegas to SFO via Red Rocks in a motorhome and then a Mustang down the coast all organised by Tamsin. Everything went seamlessly and we had a blast. Normally I don't leave reviews, but I've now decided it's warranted - I'll explain... Ingrid has been helping me arrange a massive international family holiday to a number of destinations which has been logistically challenging to say the least. Ingrid has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and accommodating with all my myriad of requests, always seeking to achieve the best pricing and standards while keeping to my budget. Fantastic experience: My husband and i just returned from a month travelling through Chile, Peru & Bolivia. It was the trip of a lifetime & we had the best time! We had wonderful help planning our trip from Tamsin, who worked so hard to make sure everything was organised & perfect. She booked flights, tours, airport transfers and accomodation for us. Our Sacred Land of the Incas Intrepid tour was amazing. I highly recommend it & if you are organising a holiday, ask for Tamsin. She’s the best!

When we had an issue with our Sri Lankan Visa's, because of Sri Lankan Immigration changes, Tamsin went all out to resolve it and took the load off us. Fantastic experience: Tamsin helped my friend and I with planning a 2 month trip across Europe. She was beyond helpful, finding us the cheapest flights on the best dates, also including our eurail passes, and insurance. The whole process was very easy, and she checked in multiple times with us before and after our trip to see if we had any questions and to ask how everything went. We had her email and the stores contact details during our holiday as an emergency contact which was reassuring to know we could call with any issues we had throughout the trip (thankfully we didn’t). Would definitely go back to Tamsin for future trips and recommend her to anyone else planning a holiday!

Fantastic experience: Minnie at Flight Centre Greensborough organised our international and internal flights for our recent trip to Tanzania as well as accommodation at the Sea Cliff Resort and Spa in Zanzibar. Fantastic experience: We have been using Greensborough Flight Centre for many years, Minnie is a hidden wonder, she has a vast knowledge of places to see at destinations worldwide and makes really good suggestions on how to get the most out of each holiday. She has unlimited patience in answering some really stupid questions I might have and I never feel like an idiot for asking. On the odd occasion I have experienced a problem during the holiday a quick email to Minnie and she has it fixed in no time at all. We love the peace of mind we have travelling when Minnie has our back. Didn’t mention that Scotland was her favourite destination. Would have let her know we have visited there about 9 times over our lifetime.

Negative experience: went to flight centre this morning was waiting to be seen by travel consultant she come over and was very rude to my wife and i so we walked out bad customer service would not use them just to let the grumpy travel consultant know we booked a 5 ,500 overseas holiday this afternoon so she missed out on her commission for being rude to customers needs a refresher in good customer service manager need to speak to her

Negative experience: We were planning a trip to south africa with Alicia and the communication aspect needs improvement. Half the time she was "out of the office" and an automatic email would be sent, needing clarification about the trip was meet with the a repeat email with no clarification. It all became very frustrating so we ended up booking elsewhere. Very disappointing experience will never go with flight centre greensborough again.

Negative experience: I have been trying to retrieve a travel voucher for a $2000 payment for years and they're just so disorganised it's been an uphill battle and I'm still waiting. When I initially paid for the trip they never gave me a receipt. I had to chase up a receipt for months. It's not the fault of the staff, Flight Center is just a bad organisation.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless, zero customer service, and extremely high pricing for most flights and accommodation. If you like getting ripped off then use them.

Negative experience: Not impressed. Really makes you miss STA travel. If your travelling on a budget don’t bother, do it yourself. They don’t like booking flights only and just want to sell their pre made deals.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with their service. You do have to book an appointment, but I managed to get one in a couple of days whereas at other locations it was a weeks wait. So perhaps because the shopping centre is not as busy and people flock to the bigger centres, its better for us who don't mind the extra 15min drive there!

Negative experience: I go to to book a flight but they say you have to have a booking when there's like 6 pepole working there and the store is empty. Also when I tried to call to book a appointment they just would not answer.

Negative experience: I called them yesterday via phone to provide information for expected travelling like wheelchair registration or finding access hotel in Adelaide from 28 April to 7 May. Still, unfortunately, they did take my order seriously and have not responded till now. Also, the person I spoke with yesterday did not understand me when I mentioned the word the wheelchair; she always said do you mean vouchers many times till the person service recognised it!!!

Fantastic experience: Walked in as a very distressed person who needs to book urgently because dad is sick. Nothing was available but I was searching with Ingrid as well and found a ticket direct via Single Airlines....That is when the superb customer service started.... Ingrid sat beside me, looked over & guided me so I can just book it myself. She then proceed to help with insurance, hotel booking etc. Very quick and efficient!!10 out of 10. This woman deserves a raise!!

Negative experience: i would not book again with this company we were going overseas last march had to be cancelled due to covid it was a group booking of nine plus 1 baby they refunded us an amount that was over $500 dollars each short of what we paid we had family in perth and fountain gate melbourne who got a full refund and were travelling with the same airline qatar who greensborough claim owed us the money my husband and i are pensioners and can ill afford to lose over a $1000 dollars between us thats nine people who would not book with you again so angry

With a slight hiccup on our end upon online check in to come home with seat allocations, Jordan was amazing at getting this solved and with wonderful solution :) I will be sure to see Jordan again for any future ventures :)
