Negative experience: We had a bad experience with this agency. They applied for a visa to USA for us then I called them many times to know which day they said it's in September. Then we go there they said it's 10 September but on printing it's show numbers only 10/9 when we go to the appointment they said it's next month it's 9th October.the good thing it's next month so we can do it but if it was last month we would miss this appointment .not recommended it they hardly responded to us as well

It is the worst travel agency in the history that lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, lack of trust in it customers. I paid them in full and send them the receipt and was expecting to get my ticket. For more than 4 hours calling them and texting them to get my ticket but no action was made. It was only mailed to me after my 3 hours argument with them. Due to this unprofessional conduct, I had to cancel my ticket and ask them to refund my money in full. Al Raha, however, promised to charge me a 250 cancellations fees. After that I received an email from them saying that they will charge me a 150 cancellation fees. I advised them that I will file a complaint against them. Even the direct booking online with Qatar airlines’s apps was cheaper than their price. What a rubbish customer service. To all Iraqis, please be careful of this rubbish travel agency. Further information You are liar woman and unprofessional. I never verbally confirmed any cancellations fees. You forced and deducted the money from my money.

Negative experience: A terrible holiday was organised for my parents by Marian with no knowledge, care or organisation skills. It was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime which was cut short due to the disappointment experienced. The accommodation was terrible, the planning was terrible and if you aren't experienced in such an area you should not be offering recommendations. Would never recommend anyone to this agency. A holiday never to be forgotten for all the wrong reasons.

My partner’s flight was rescheduled and the business manager, Maryam didn’t contact him or even bother herself to send him an email to let him know of these changes. She doesn’t answer or respond to phone calls and charged him an extra $2k for a new flight. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to us. We are never going back again and I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend this travel agency as it has very bad customer service and TWICE i have booked with them and had my flight cancelled and was forced to book again with no compensation for my losses. The manager Mariam Toma has very bad attitude and doesn't do her job very well. I definitely won't be booking through this travel agency again after giving them a second chance and receiving the same results. HORRIBLE agency!!!!
