Fantastic experience: Four of us had a fantastic holiday in Europe and the UK this year, and it all went smoothly thanks to Kristy. She did a great job with flight and hotel bookings, help with my visa and timely alerts of flight time changes. We're already planning another one for next year.

This wonderful travel agent has been diligent, thorough and completely professional in every aspect of organising our family trip to Japan for Christmas. Fantastic experience: Went in a week ago to ask about flights to Europe, Corinne could not if been more helpful. Asked questions I had not even thought about, listened to my list of requirements, gave me options and time to think about it. Went back today and booked flights, great service in store and after i got home as she booked the seats I wanted and sent me all the information by email and even helped with the visa's that I need. Organised a great travel insurance deal. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be back. Thanks Corinne, you are a credit to the store and yourself for being so nice and efficient at your job.

Negative experience: Went into Flight Centre and was asked did we want help. Don't remember the unhelpful woman. Asked about booking circumnavigation of Australia with Holland America Cruises line for November 2026. She looked it up and said that it appeared to be part of a larger cruise from Honolulu and was booked out. Stupid us thanked and left. We didn't accept this and rang Holland America Cruises a few days later and was told plenty of cabins available. So booked direct with the cruise line itself. This was the absolute worse experience we have ever encountered from flight Centre, whom we have mostly booked all our holidays with in the past. Considering never to do business again, if this is the treatment customers receive.

Negative experience: So my wife and I made a special trip in to see if we could get more information on holiday to Fiji after exhausting going online. When we arrived, we were asked if we needed help? Yes we did, wanted some holiday info on Fiji only to be told to go online everything is online. So, wow in and out within 2 minutes. How do I get a job there so I can sit there and tell people to go online? What's the pay rate?

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Tyler for making the planning process a breeze. He helped my partner and I plan a 4 week trip over 11 countries (first overseas holiday too) - he would have saved us a lot of bickering!! 

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Sharna from Flight centre, she helped book our family a trip to Bali, and exceeded all our expectations in making sure we got the best deal for flights and accommodation. The whole process was seamless. We cannot wait to book our next holiday with Sharna.

Negative experience: A very stressful experience thus far, Sharna Laidlaw from Port Macquarie Flight center made an error with our accommodation in Japan and is making every excuse under the sun to blame me for her incompetency, she only wants to refund me and not assist any further, very poor customer service, she rushed through the process and just wanted full payment ASAP, I know how it works with the commissions very poor customer service! I have dealt with Port Macquarie Flight center on many occasions and have had great experiences but this one person Sharna Laidlaw I would highly not recommend anyone using her!

Negative experience: We are not locals but due to a family emergency we needed to book an urgent flight. We did a Google search and found a Flight Centre office located at the corner of Park and Bay Street Port Macquarie. We eventually located the site which is Settlement Shores and after a thorough search could not find the advertised Flight Centre. A subsequent enquiry from a business in the centre advised us that the branch had closed and had relocated in town. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FLIGHT CENTRE as we were stressed out as it was but to be stuffed about like this is unacceptable. N You need to pick your act up and remove all reference to the now closed office as this is mis-representation and false advertising. Don't get yourselves concerned about us as we had no other option but find an alternative solution.

Fantastic experience: Corinne Cox and the team at Flight Centre Port Macquarie are superb service providers. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls, and are always pleasant and friendly in person. During our recent trip overseas Corinne provided 5 star service both before our departure and during our time overseas and we highly recommend Corinne Cox for her knowledge, effectiveness and approachability. Positive experience: Carting Madness Bayswater Victoria. The grand kids had a ball, fast and furious. Gatters for juniors and young adults, plus arcade alley with heaps of games. Get down and have some fun.

Negative experience: I was served by a lady in this shop that was not really interested in her job. She refused to book seats allocation on my flights, and also refused to print out the tickets ! Forcing me to drive for 1hr drive in both directions to go and collect the tickets at a later date! She said the tickets would be there waiting for me! Only to turn up to find out she hadn’t done her job again. Lucky Wade that was working that day and managed to do all the printing and seat allocation that I needed! So thankful to have him serve me . Next time I will just ask for anyone but Her!

Negative experience: Unfortunately not enough staff anymore. Didn’t answer the phone and Port Macquarie branch only seem to have one staff member with a note on the door saying they are booked up for the day.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and communication. Corinne (team leader), was super friendly, professional and sorted our needs within a few hours (we had online booking issues). I can't recommend 'in person' booking enough, the experience will be much better than trying to sort out your own bookings, especially if you run into flight cancellations etc. Port Mac Flight Centre- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic experience: Care & Service from a team of professional travel experience for that trouble free holiday

Negative experience: So little knowledge. FC did not have basic information of flights and connections, costs etc. After lengthy talking and getting no where....my daughter found all the answers and solutions by simply going on line and asking for the best flights to destination and to a further point that required a connection flight. Then fed it to the agent. Purchased with Flight Centre, only because of the CBA points. Much more training and employment of experienced staff is mandatory. Saving a few cents on wages and losing customers is not exactly smart. All that money spent on advertising goes down the drain. Remember : The strongest chain is just as strong as it's weakest link.
