Fantastic experience: Excellent tour which I will and have recommended to friends and family. Couple of recommendations: 1: Ama Lotus needs a lot of TLC esp cover on top deck mouldy. no toilet on restaurant deck etc 2: Change itinerary delete Hue (many guests stated this during cruise) and change to a beach location 3: Avoid Tet period as shops closed and unbearable amounts of tourists(family reunions etc)

Fantastic experience: This was our first overseas trip and being a single mum taking my 16 y/o I was a bit nervous but from the moment we were greeted by 2 smiling Travelmarvel reps at arrivals I felt at ease. 11 days of feeling like a big kid in a Christmas wonderland! Our guide Zach was excellent , always happy to help and always organised and very knowledgeable. If you have always wanted a White Christmas then I highly recommend the Christmas in Canada, Vancouver to Calgary tour.

Fantastic experience: WE recently completed the Festive Wonders tour from Calgary to Vancouver with all the family with an age range from 8 to 80. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommended it to anyone.Our guide was Jill Harris and she was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this trip the guide was extremely knowledgeable along with the fantastic bus driver Randy. Zachary is an extremely accommodating person nothing was a problem and Randy ever so thoughtful as our bus driver.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently completed a European Gems river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam which at this of year incorporated the Christmas markets. We could not fault it. The staff, from Captain, Tour Director, hospitality and cleaners were fantastic. The food was a delight with quality wines served with meals. The vessel was clean and extremely comfortable and the tour schedule was well thought out and planned. Would highly recommend this cruise to anyone that is interested.

Fantastic experience: Our trip with Travelmarvel on their Vega river ship was wonderful and well organised. The ship was beautiful and comfortable, the cabins were well designed with plenty of storage. The staff were wonderful. Food was amazing, so much choice at each seating. Honestly could not fault anything, we had such a great holiday and would highly recommend travelling with this group

Fantastic experience: On our recent trip (November '24) along the west coast of Norway we travelled with TravelMarvel's Hurtigruten expedition aboard their vessel M.S. Polarlys; although cut short due to sever weather forecasts at Tromso, what we encounted was never the less spectacular. Hurtigruten's expedition staff coordinated alternate flights to our intended destination at Kirkenes at their expense along with any out of pocket expenses that may have occurred due to the itinerary changes. Excellent and professional company and would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing this trip to book now. Thank you TravelMarvel and the Captain and crew of the M.S. Polarlys.

Negative experience: Took the cruise on Polaris from Budapest to Nuremberg in Nov. Excellent service from day 1 till we disembarked. Hotel manager Artur was full of energy and was fun to have around. Roland the cruise director was always positive. Goran and rest of the crew in the dining room were friendly, efficient and helpful. Overall it was a fantastic relaxing experience. Unfortunately I couldn’t say the same about the sales team. I booked online and i would never deal with them again. I was allocated an agent, paid my deposit and never heard from her again. Each time I’ve raised a query online and if they do eventually reply, the response would more than likely be ‘the info is on the website’! I actually went to another company Global journey to try to rebook this cruise and they couldn’t find any details of this reverse itinerary either even after contacting TM themselves. Anyway this lack of follow through service is very unsatisfactory and had left a bad taste. Lesson learned! Cruise 5* Sales service* for booking

Fantastic experience: From start to finish of the tour, attention to guests and to every detail was excellent. The accommodation, hospitality in general and the travel/tours were very well organised and well paced. All staff seem very happy to be working for Travel Marvel and this makes for a very pleasant experience also.

Fantastic experience: The cruise was well organised and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The ship is quite new and the cabin was very comfortable. I liked the flexibility of the optional tours and would recommend Travel Marvel to anyone who is thinking of doing a European River Cruise. I would however like to see less formal dining and passengers encouraged to wear masks when they feel unwell.

Fantastic experience: Great cruise, some fantastic and beautiful towns visited. Weather was cool but to be expected given time of year. Xmas markets at some but only setting up at some places. Boat was fantastic, food was delicious and the service perfect. We both had a great time.

Positive experience: We did the river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest on the Capella ship. Loved every moment of it. Cabin very well appointed and very comfortable. All the crew from Captain to deckhands all carried out there duties in the highest regard.Food was fantastic, coffee could have been better but wine made up for that. Even though we were on the last cruise for the season the weather was good.

Fantastic experience: The whole holiday was ‘next level’ in terms of luxury, comfort and travel experience. The ship Travelmarvel Vega was modern and luxurious. The room was comfortable and it was just wonderful watching Europe slide by. The meals and wine were absolutely five star and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The organised excursions were interesting and educational. Overall this experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend treating yourself to this holiday experIence.

Fantastic experience: On the recent 10day trip around Tasmania we really could not fault anything, from the tour director and the coach driver the professionalism was really great, accommodation and meals where of a very high standard. in all a wonderful trip.

Positive experience: Place Hotel Taj New Delhi very disappointing on the three stays during our tour. 38 in group and run of house rooms were allocated therefore, given what was I believe was left over rooms. Rooms needed updating and bathrooms old and univiting. One of our rooms smelt fiesty/damp. Richard & Sanjay were fabulous, caring humorous tour guides, couldn"t ask for better. The Toy train, a 5 hour journey, on uncomfortable narrow seats could have been shortened by a coach pick up after 2 hours. However, the train is to be updated, but not yet!!! The Oberol Shimla was fabulous & Shimla is a lovely town. The Agra Hotel which changed on 3 occasions was no more than a budget hotel! I think we then stayed at the Siva Hotel Rathanbourne, again fabulous. All in all the tour was ok, but better comminication needed on where we would be staying. Rathanbourne National Park: it is doubtful anyone would see any Bengal tigers with the amout of trucks going through the park, although we were designated areas of the national park to drive through. An extra tour to where the Mariot Hotel documentary was filmed. Don't waste your money, terrible! Often the tour was rushed due to the extra curricular inclusion/s and not given time for lunch before departing. Overall the tour was good, but better overall accommodation could have been better.

Positive experience: Ha Long Bay and Angkor Wat were excellent, however we found the Mekong River cruise hard work, with to many excursions ending in tourist / sales shops

Fantastic experience: We travelled on the MS Estrela along the Douro River in Portugal.. it was a most amazing trip. We were looked after so well from all the friendly staff, they were always there to answer any questions and to organise all excursions and entertainments. Food was first class, the cocktails were pretty good too. We had an experience to remember, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Sri Lanka was a fabulous tour. After a busy days exploring, we arrived or returned to hotels will great swimming pools & restaurants. We did animal safari’s, temples, a train adventure, tea plantation, turtle & elephant sanctuaries & I immersed myself in some amazing architecture at Sri Lanka’s own world renowned Geoffrey Bawa’s Residence & expansive lush well kept gardens. A wonderful experience overall - I highly recommend this tour for new & interesting sights

Fantastic experience: The Mekong cruise was an absolute highlight. Food was high class, and each meal was a delight. Service and support from all staff was exceptional. Beautiful scenery and included experiences gave us a good feel for the local culture and way of life.

Fantastic experience: Great trip with a knowledgeable guide. The only down side is the timings of some of the stops, like Tromso at midnight. Spectacular country and well worth a visit! Hope to return. The customer service was excellent. When our original flight to Oslo was cancelled 2 hours before travel the Travel Marvel Europe Representative called to give new instructions upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. The reimbursement of the taxi fare was available the next morning as promised.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Ship breaks down (brand new on Douro River) so we are struck in the same port for 3 nights (min). Communication has been very poor and options for the days show a lack of creativity. Boat parked next to us so can't even open a window. First and last river cruise for us (at least with travelmarvel). A boat full of annoyed people who have paid a lot of money to sit on a bus for 5 hours for the excursion or sit on a ship going nowhere.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised tripwith outstanding attentive delightful group leader, Vita . She was always there to efficiently ensure the trip went smoothly ....even on the last day when the bus failed to show up for the airport. Thank you Vita.

Positive experience: Excellent holiday, beautiful boat, excellent and extremely professional staff, amazing food and the best complimentary tours. On the whole the experience was wonderful. The only negatives would be: The cruise director (Janos), was not as personable as we have experienced before on other cruises and at times treated us like children, many of us felt like he was doing us a favour!! There should have been masks available as passengers came onto the ship with terrible coughs...and passed them on! One optional tour in Budapest (to the Hospital in the Rock) had 170 odd stairs and many of the guests struggled - they should have been made aware of this fact when booking the trip as a few were definitely disadvantaged and humiliated at having to keep the rest of us waiting, even though we didn't mind and tried to encourage them all the way. Thank you for giving us a chance to give feedback.

Negative experience: Italian Treasures and European Gems River Cruise with Paris 5th September 2024. 5 Stars goes to our tour guide in Italy Daniele Di Costanzo who did a great job. What a truly amazing country it is. Unfortunately, 0 stars goes to APT Travelmarvel Company (not the trip itself) for the very poor way the river cruise cancellation was handled, which affected both Travelmarvel staff & river cruise guests. This seriously needs to change for any future cancellations.

Fantastic experience: I went on an 8 day cruise from Amsterdam to Nuremberg. We had very comfortable rooms which were attended to twice a day. The staff on board were exceptionally friendly. There was a wide variety of food and plenty of it. The planned tours in the different villages were a great way to learn about interesting facts and history. You can decide whether you would like to participate, stay on board or wander around by yourself. We took advantage of riding bikes alongside the canals. I really enjoyed the time on the Polaris and hope to do a similar holiday mixing a cruise with added travel to different countries either side of the cruise.

Fantastic experience: Our first time cruising, have always been skeptical but this small ship was great. We’re very lucky with fantastic weather as well. Had the best hostess in Karen, great crew on the staff, especially Malvid, and a great skipper. What we especially liked was not eating on board every day, and being able explore the beautiful towns we visited, spending a few $ with local guides and restaurants etc. I think the locals appreciated that as well. Added on days before and after which worked well. Will definitely look at doing this again with travel marvel. Really liked it being a small cruise boat with only 39 passengers and 9 crew. So enjoyable.

Negative experience: My wife and my booked the 9 Day Eastern Delight trip to Canada with Travelmarvel and our journey started in mid Aug. 24. Travelmarvel booked our one night accommodation in Sydney to take our flight to Canada the next day. Due to weather condition in Sydney our flight from Melbourne was delayed for 3 hours. We were exhausted when we got to the hotel in Sydney around 11 PM, just to find out - after 30 to 45 minutes of waiting for investigation - that our accommodation was cancelled. Luckily my son was with us and we had to sent the night at his house. Normally when you are on a plane for a long journey you try and manage the boredom by spending the time thinking and talking about the holiday awaiting for you on arrival. In our case, we spent the whole 21 hours of travel time worried and unsure if the additional 2 nights’ accommodation in Canada would also be canceled. What if the whole accommodation was also cancelled? What made the experience more frustrating is that we could not make calls or contact anyone. This is how our holiday started. It took us a few days to recover. Later Travelmarvel advised that due to administration error from their part, the booking payment was delayed and his has caused the accommodation to be cancelled. In my view administration errors is often an excuse to hide either lack of process or staff do not follow the process. In either case, this could occur again and I would not want to be in a position where I get stranded somewhere overseas at the start of my trip. I will not book a trip with Travelmarvel again.

Fantastic experience: We loved everything about this trip with Travelmarvel, from the ease of booking to the lovely ship, Travelmarvel Capella, which we sailed on. The guide was knowledgeable, approachable and helpful We had a great time and would highly recommend Travelmarvel.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I did the 14 day tour of both islands of New Zealand. Every aspect of the tour went well. The tour director and our coach driver were excellent, as were the hotels that we stayed at. The itinerary was good, and we visited, what I would regard as, the best attractions of New Zealand. I was impressed with the way that Travel Marvel responded to help tour participants when personal issues such as sickness occurred. Everything went smoothly for us and we both had a very enjoyable trip.

Fantastic experience: 14 day cruise Amsterdam Budapest was spectacular..relaxing with enough choices for inclusive and optional onshore tours and activities. Seamless change of ship halfway due to high water level. The ship and the crew are very friendly, helpful and most of all fun.. Special shout out to cruise director Gunther, super efficient and hilarious. hotel manager on Polaris, Artur "the bull" for his enthusiasm and kindness,Nikki and Danilo in the dining room. On the Vega, Ko in the dining room was a star, polite and always happy. Nico from Puerto Rico was great and funny but no Artur!... Overall an overwhelmingly amazing experience in every way. Highly recommended. Thanks

Fantastic experience: This was a really great trip .the mix of staff to passengers was first class .Any time I needed any thing only had to ask and it was dealt with.the side trips were well done with clear information about what to expect .The quiz night was lots of fun with arrange of questions which enabled everyone to join in .The Disco night with music well suitable for the age of the client .You didn’t need to dance to enjoy the night .The local entertainment was really suitable .The bus drivers need to be congratulated on managing the roads on the way to different places some up very narrow roads

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were extremely happy with our recent 20 Day Wonders of Vietnam and Cambodia tour. The accommodation was first rate. The meals were delicious and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining. A special shout out to Mr T for his many humorous stories. Our tour director Tim did a great job organising the daily activities and ensuring everybody was having a great time.

Positive experience: We enjoyed this tour of the Savannah Way with Travelmarvel. Highlights for us were Cobbold gorge, Karumba and the Undara Lava Tubes. We also enjoyed visiting a working cattle Station and meeting the owner. Travelling with a great group of likeminded travellers and a friendly down to earth driver/guide completed our experience.

Fantastic experience: Our recent Travel Marvel tour to Canada and Alaska was great. A special thanks goes to Ben Direen our tour guide. He was excellent, as was our driver Kevin. Having a good tour guide makes all the difference.

Positive experience: A wonderful experience, a trip to tick off the bucket list. There were some challenges though, particularly, climbing in and out of 4 wheel drives. Perhaps Travelmarvel could have provided more information concerning the physical demands of the trip. Also, the excursion to Robben Island needs to be more fully explained, and clients need to be made aware of the time issues relating to this trip, particularly, the ferry departure schedule. My friend and I were late for the Welcome Get-together and other people were late for the African Dinner on the following day. We all had to pay for our own transport back to the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Great trip, Excellent Tour Director, Nguyen Thai Dy, who went way beyond what we expected, Local Guides very knowledgeable and good senses of humour. Your office staff and our Tour director worked hard and kept us safe from the Typhoon. Overall, a great experience and will use your company again.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous trip we had with travel Marvel Vega where we cruised fun Amsterdam to Budapest. We had Roland as our cruise director, who is so knowledgeable about the river, castles, and surrounding towns. He was incredibly funny and entertaining too. Niko, the hotel manager, always has a smile on his face and is so friendly and kind to the passengers, the staff were exceptional and Lukas the Captain kept us all safe and sound. Fantastic experience: Our Grand Railways trip to Japan with Travel Marvel was excellent. The accomodation was great. The local guide was very knowledgable about her country's history and traditions, was extremely accomodating and very organised. The Travel marvel Guide was also very helpful and lots of fun. The whole trip went smoothly and exceeded expectations.

Positive experience: My sister & myself had a great holiday in Canada & Alaska with Travelmarvel. Just a couple of things we would have liked done differently. We were so disappointed not to be able to stay longer at Lake Louise..... we arrived after 4pm and on the bus the next morning at 8am...... just not enough time to soak up the atmosphere of Lake Louise. The food was very disappointing most days. it seemed to be limited choices most days of burgers. even burgers for tea at Sun Peaks for dinner. there were plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from as we walked down the street to the Restaurant chosen by Travelmarvel. we just needed vegetables for dinner. the coach trip was very tiring .... on & off the bus numerous times through out the day. early starts to the day. the sceenery was magnificent - truely a beautiful country. The cruise was finally relaxing, the staff were delightful, happy people who couldn't do enough for you. they really did help make the experience very special. the tour guides, Jill & Stephany were very friendly and helpful. I would definately do another cruise in the future with Travelmarmel - not so sure about the coach trip. kind regards Linda

Negative experience: I must say I was very disappointed with this tour company and would never use them again. They are classified as a premium tour company yet on numerous occasions during our Canada tour we certainly did not get premium service, food and on a couple of occasions the accommodation was not even close to premium! We had two tour guides and one was terrible even telling the whole group to 'Get Over It' when there was a problem with luggage at one of our hotels. The meals provided (when provided!) was mediocre at best and one of our included activities got cancelled as we were late to arrive! I could go on as there were numerous problems throughout our tour. When we arrived home we wrote a 4 page letter to TravelMarvel but found it near impossible to get it to someone higher up. They reply we got was pretty much the same as what the tour guide said... 'Get Over It'! Not a very good tour company, very expensive and definitely not worth paying for. I would not travel with them again and would not recommend them as a good and worthwhile travel agent!

Positive experience: My recent trip to Canada and New England was great. Our tour guide, Christine Gunter, could not have been better. My only criticism is that we were too rushed in some places, would have liked more time to explore. The cruise part of the trip was great too, although the ship was too big for my liking. But overall, very happy with the trip.

Negative experience: Never again! Staff were fabulous! Cabin was great Cruise Director was rude, arrogant & unhelpful Meals were ok - if you like over cooked protein This is NOT value for money

Positive experience: We loved our tour. The tour guide, Cherry Collard, was probably the best guide we have ever had on a tour. She was informative, kind, well organised and just generally amazing. We were very disappointed to miss out on one of the days on the Rocky Mountaineer. The representative from Rocky Mountaineer said to me that we would be receiving compensation for missing out. We paid lots to go on this train trip and even upgraded to Gold Leaf for nearly an extra $2000. We would expect to be receiving a considerable cash refund from them. We hope you will advocate for us in this matter. Overall our tour was great.

Positive experience: Our guide Cherry was amazing she sorted every problem with good grace and humour. Stefanie our guide on the cruise amazing. It was hard missing one day of our train trip and the staff unable to handle some very drunk people that ruined our whole train experience. Where was the responsible service of alcohol in the end I had to,have words with them which really didn’t help the staff had no idea how to handle them. One lady had at least 15 drinks. I hope we get some rebate as although our bus driver and tour guide did all they could taking us to places of interest the meal supplied was awful and sitting in a park to eat it,that didn’t have enough seats, wasn’t my idea of a great day the salads where s full of seeds it was inedible for a lot of people

Fantastic experience: A well organised tour from Amsterdam to Budapest with options to extend land package if required. Staff great & very accommodating . Was good value for money. A big shout out to our waiter Hein on the Polaris. He had a great presence. The rooms were clean & well maintained. I found Andrea a little hard to understand when she was giving instructions. All in all a great tour Thanks once again

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience on Jewel of the Danube river cruise. The whole team worked exceptionally well to accommodate all requests. Land tours were marvellous, thanks to the coordintir; Adriana, the Captian Richard and their staff. There could be improvement in the cusine, (too much beef, not enough lamb, ducks, chicken, prawns. Catfish is Uck and foul smell, even cooked). Thai curry was good. Basmati rice superb. There was limited vegan/vegetarian dishes. Soups were fantastic. I loved the portion controlled 4/5-course meals, which minimises food wastage. Overall Travelmarvel is highly recommended.

Positive experience: Overall we enjoyed the cruise but there were some areas that made the experience less enjoyable. These were: air conditioning on the boat not working properly in the cabin and the dining area; and not having a proper or formal system in place for ordering drinks at the bar outside meal times which we had to pay for on the last night of the cruise but there was no formal paperwork that we could check against or receipt given, unlike other cruises we have been on. However the crew were great especially the tour director Rafaela.

Fantastic experience: Well organised with excellent tour guides. Guides in Vietnam and Cambodia spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and informative with comprehensive knowledge of their countries and cultures. Top class transportation and hotel accomodation.

Positive experience: Boat was very good, excellent cabin, tours were definitely not as advertised, and to the point, misleading and the tours were variable in quality, and guide, and far too slow. Compared to our TravelMarvel river cruises in Vietnam and Myanmar, this was a real disappointment. And too many second rate births compared to APT and Vikng.

Positive experience: Loved Cambodia Angkor Wat amazing place. People in Cambodia and hotel staff were so lovely. Enjoyed first 4 days of the river cruise but more than half the people had diarrhoea or flu symptoms and we ended up getting covid. Not many wore masks and unfortunately disappointing that no disinfectant was used to wipe over toilets basins counters etc. we would ask for spray to disinfect the room and given perfumed air freshener. Apparently, this is a common thing with people getting sick on these trips so more hygienic stuff would be handy on board. Cannot complain about the staff our tour director Luc was amazing as was Johnny the cruise director. They did what they could to help. Both so friendly and easy to talk to. All the staff on board were very nice and very friendly. Overall it was a lovely trip very hot and very interesting. Enjoyed Vietnam but I must say Cambodia is a place I would love to visit again. Can now tick that of my bucket list.

Fantastic experience: Mekong River Cruise with Travel Marvel was wonderful.Luc, our Travel Marvel Cruise Director and all the tour guides were great and very helpful. Cant say enough about the AMALotus staff, they were all wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Positive experience: Our experience was very informative with Cambodia & Vietnam, Luc, our guard was excellent, food was delicious, too many choices, excellent service on the cruise, the only thing was there was confusion at the airport, how chi Minh city, we thought we did not need our visas, as they took records of them on the cruise, thought it would go through the system, so Singapore airlines were extremely helpful, we eventually boarded our plane to come home Kind Regards Wendy Townsend

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just completed our river cruise Budapest to Amsterdam and all we can say is WOW, this was our first ever experience at this type of tour. It was 5 stars all the way from start to finish, the staff were simply amazing and the food was great.m, cabin was always clean and tidy every day and the information for the next day was so helpful, we have never been so relaxed and would recommend you put this on your bucket list or do it now.

Fantastic experience: We went on the Travelmarvel Kimberly Coast Adventure travelling on the Heritage Adventurer. We were very well looked after by both our Tour Guide, Gail and the ship's and expedition crew members. The zodiac trips were fun and we had no trouble getting into or out of them. The places we went to were interesting and the topography impressive and with much wildlife. This tour is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The cruise ship was fantastic, food & staff were excellent. Daily tours were good, lot of walking & very hot. Unfortunately our group of 9 got sick, diarrhoea, vomit, bad coughs & colds.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time on our Canada Rockies and Alaska Tour. Our Tour Director Ben was exceptional, often going above and beyond to deal with the odd issue that arose. I would highly recommend Travelmarvel for this tour and you would be lucky if Ben is your tour director.

Negative experience: Food was terrible same powdered scrambled eggs eggs greasy bacon and sausages every single day I don't eat cereals had toast and raspberry jam every shingle day till I just didn't, go to breakfast. Other included meals were mediocre at best. told we should have paid more which means there parent company APT

Fantastic experience: On 1st July I joined 16 travellers on Travelmarvel’s 20 Days Highlights of South America tour. The itinerary was outstanding with wonderful experiences every day. Our tour leader Marisa was brilliant going way above and beyond looking after the group checking into accommodation and flights.

Fantastic experience: Broome to Darwin on the Heritage Adventurer not a tourist trip this is a discovery cruise its a part of our land all Australians should see then we would appreciate how big and beautiful and dangerous this country is I am over 80 and loved every minute The only complaint was ----- WHY do we have American style bacon on a ship full of AUSSIES

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed this tour and especially the people in the group, and Christopher our Tour Leader. He was detailed in scheduling everything we did, and help was given whenever I needed advice or knowledge. Christopher, being a local to the area, provided constant ideas and information to help us on our way. He especially assisted me when I had needs. I was pleased with the way he kept in contact with everyone while we were on the cruise ship and showed us various things on land. He has a pleasant manner and was willing to converse with us on anything we asked. I think he did a lot to turn a large group into a friendly accommodating set of friends who looked after each other. Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful adventure! We particularly appreciated our Guide for the tour, Marissa Zeidan. She looked after everyone, including those with illnesses. She ensured we got the best possible service in every location, including airports, hotels, restaurants and destinations. She was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and highly proficient in every single task.

Positive experience: Our "go to" river cruise company as they have been working on making your holiday a very memorable one. We did their Budapest to Amsterdam in July 2024 and enjoyed it. Their ship Polaris is relatively new (3 yes old) and immaculate. Cabin on level 3 was spacious with comforable king bed, copious amount of storage and the bathroom fabulous (marvellous shower). The crew are very accommodating who do their best to make your trip memorable. In fact the cruise director (Patricia) went far and beyond her normal duties in assisting other passengers when they needed extra help. She really is a huge asset to the company. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with interest along the way, you can't do much better than letting Travelmarvel take you away.

Fantastic experience: The Heritage Adventurer ship was ideal for the Kimberley trip with 150 or so passengers. Large comfortable cabin, great facilities, food, staff. The Travelmarvel team were very experienced, informative and a lot of fun. We got out on the zodiacs at least once a day to absorb Kimberly’s highlights off and on land. Unpack once. A very satisfying trip overall.
