Fantastic experience: I had an awesome trip back home to NZ. The car I hired didn’t have navigation in it and I had to pay $20 more to up grade, which was fine but that was the one thing I stipulated that I needed.At least I sorted it and I wasn’t given my Air NZ references number which I needed. I had the flight centre reference. Otherwise I can’t fault flight centre. They were onto it when my flight was cancelled. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service at Flight Centre Lilydale for our trip to South Korea. They were always quick to answer any queries or respond to our emails even while we were on our holiday. They also did a great job of finding accommodation with easy access to public transport and within a very manageable price range. We did find however, that our stop-over in Hong Kong was very pressed for time and we had to run more than 2kms across the whole airport to catch our next flight with only minutes to spare. But after a long flight, we did need the exercise! It would have been helpful to know more information about where attractions in Jeju Island were before we went, as we spent a lot of time travelling long distances on multiple buses from our accommodation. However, we weren't aware that transportation itself would be as much of a problem in Jeju as the rest of South Korea was quite convenient. We loved the accommodation at Ibis Styles Yongsan. Great service, very professional and very clean. The train station was only a 5min walk away via an over pass. The Ramada Hotel in Busan was well cleaned and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. However, the smell from the drain in the bathroom was not pleasant and you could easily spend 10 minutes each day just waiting for the elevators. The buffet breakfast was delicious though, and quite reasonably priced. (You also get a discount for being a hotel guest.) We found the Ramada Hotel in Jeju Island to be quite dusty and not overly clean. The gym smelt as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. We were also advised not to bring any outside food into the hotel, but did not provide any in room snacks or roomervice. Overall it was of a much lower standard and less comfortable than the other hotels on our trip.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience booking our holiday in Europe. Ella helped us with different options and created an itinerary for us that flowed so well for our travelling family. She knew things about the cities that we were visiting and placed us in appropriate accommodation that ticked all our preferences. Ella even recommended a few activities to go and do and the passion for her work really came through. She was so lovely and knowledgeable and I’ll definitely return when booking another holiday in future.

Fantastic experience: We have had our consultant Tracey Dewhurst organise our two overseas trips to Vietnam/Cambodia and UK/Europe and she goes above and beyond with her service and everything was so smooth and well planned. I am travelling with chronic illness and she has helped navigate the challenges this presents and the different things we needed to do. I would not go to anyone else to plan our travel.

Positive experience: As this was our 1st cruise we both were on a learning curve. Getting on & off ship at start & end of cruise was well organised & hassle free. Our state room was lovely, very clean & very comfortable QS bed. Took us a couple of days to work the ship out (I couldn't get the app to work on my phone)so we didn't bother booking/going to restaurants just went to the buffet except on the 2nd last night after guest services got the app working (apparently there was an update after I'd loaded the app) prior to cruise. Restaurant was ok but crammed in & food not much different to buffet so we didn't return. We didn't do any entertainment as it was on too late for us [10pm kick off] Staff very polite & room service great. Good that not many children on board & they were not allowed in adult pool area ✅️ & smokers had to go elsewhere for a smoke ✅️✅️. The port stops were great & getting to & from easy & we'll organised ✅️ Interesting mix of people on board...you had the good the bad & the ugly but more of the good, no one pushing at the buffet everyone respectful ✅️ Wouldn't say we won't go on another cruise but maybe next time we'd go with friends but won't rush. Our travel agent did a great job organising the trip + flights & Saturday night stop over which we got to see a bit of Brisbane...well done Michelle Richardson.✅️✅️✅️✅️ Pam & Tony Scanlan

Negative experience: Went into Flight centre Lilydale Market place during the week to book a Fiji Holiday. i am taking my Family of 9 which includes my Kids Partners aswell. Leaving in Sept. I spoke to Lucy. Sat with her and went over our requirements. We have travelled there over 20 times so we know what we are after. Given the short notice we are open to Coral Coast or Denarau. Its a $30,000 plus trip. I got an email from her asking for birthdate etc for all. I replied saying i wasnt sure of my kids partners dates so please just prepare the quote and we will fill them in later. I know there was work in arranging our quote however we lived 3 kms from the office so i went in as they are our local site. Suffice to say i never heard from her again. We have since booked elsewhere. LUCY appeared nice but i now know she had no interest in it all. She should really enter another field of work. ANNOYED by lack of interest.

Positive experience: Helpful young lady, she found 4 seats to Hobart for me one way $160 each, for next Feb I did not have a return date yet so thanked her and left, I sat outside on a seat near the Cafe, I found flights myself for $76 so it pays to shop around.
