Negative experience: I visited the Flight Centre branch a few days ago to inquire about flights to Israel to see my family who live there. I was quickly informed that they do not offer flights to Israel and that they could not assist me. However, after checking their website myself, I discovered that there are available flights. As a result of this experience, you have lost me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Marie at Flight Centre Point Cook to my trip to Japan and Chian. She also helped me with our family trip to USA last year. I found Marie very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We would not have enjoyed our trip so much without her careful planning. Thank you Marie :) Cheers Amir

Fantastic experience: Rachel at Point Cook Flight Center is a really great travel again, her attention to detail is fantastic. However yesterday the poor lady was thoroughly embarrassed. I went to book tickets with Qantas and asked for the seats with extra leg room as I get severe leg cramps. Your website advertised them as $16 per seat. However her screen showed the same seats at a massive $50!! The cost of the seat was also a different cost to your website. Needless to say I’m going to be doing a lot of walking up and down the aisle getting rid of my cramps I would really like to know why the price differences.

Fantastic experience: Since 2022 we have approached Vidit whenever we need to travel. He is a very friendly person and comes up with the best options possible . During our last trip one of our flight got canceled. We messaged him and immediately he called us and gave us the options to reschedule. We are very thankful to him for his services.

Negative experience: Would not recommend at all for reasons: 1. If flight centre employees present in store can not match a flight centre online quote and you do not purchase through them for their own inability to provide a reasonable deal, then according to them "you just waste their time." In an essence you have to buy if you go in. 2. Even if customers queue up in the store for more than 30 minutes, they do not bother to inform how much longer to wait. 3. Really inefficient and was unable to match deals from flight centre itself. Both Werribee and Williamstone centres provided a better deal than these guys and none had issues "Wasting their precious time and effort for a lowly human" Update: In response from the response I got below. The flight center reveptionist did not take an appointment informing me it will be "a waste of time" if I book an appointment and do not purchase. So, please do not suggest to call and book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: We booked our tickets to Hawaii through Marie Micallef and she is the best ever!!! Our itinerary was very thorough which made our holiday between islands seamless. Our accommodation at Beachcomber Outrigger was a perfect location, right in the middle of Waikiki with a 5 minute walk to the famous Waikiki beach, Beverley Hills Shops (if you can afford it), markets galore and so many places to eat and drink all times of the day. The most memorable holiday ever!!!

Fantastic experience: Marie Micallef is an astounding travel agent capable of putting together lengthy and technical trips in a flash. After being stuffed around by another travel agent, it took one phone call and one email for Marie to put together what we wanted on the day I contacted her. I have used Marie to plan trips all over the world and she is by far the best travel agent I have ever worked with. The only reason I didn't start this trip with Marie is because I have moved. It was a big mistake I won't make again!!!!! I highly recommend letting Marie make your overseas travel dreams come true.

Negative experience: Called them up. They didn't have any packages available. Girl said she'd have to put a trip together. Took my details. Never called back. Obviously went into the too hard basket. They were given specific dates we could travel. So if it was something they couldn't help us with, they should have just said so. Don't say "we'll get back to you" when you already know that won't be possible.

We had the perfect amount of time in each city, train stations were near hotels and transfers were timed perfectly. Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service from this flight centre store . I called at 2 pm and was told to wait for a return call at 3 pm to finalise 8 international tickets to secure the prices available at that time . Called back at 3::30 and was told person is still busy and will call back . Called back at 4:30 and was told she is still busy and will call back before closing and will help you for sure . Called back at 5:15 . She was still busy and will call in 10 min . Finally got a call back at 5:40 from her to say please come to store another day because she is finished for the day .

Negative experience: Terrible. Where is FC I used to love?They do not beat prices any more. They just google the tickets in the same manner as I can do at home. The prices are the same. And staff was rude.

Fantastic experience: Marie was fantastic in helping me organise my trip to Vietnam. She very quickly pulled up a tour that would suit my travel dates and needs and found suitable flights with ease. She was also able to answer every question that I had each time I visited.

Fantastic experience: Marie Micallef organised our recent trip to Thailand with our two teenagers. We spend 7 days in Phuket and 5 days in Bangkok. She booked an amazing resort in Phuket close to everything with something to do for everyone. Hotel Pick ups and airport transfers were always on time. The hotel in Bangkok was amazing. It was a beautiful place to stay with it being close to MBK and Siam central, two of the biggest shopping centres in Bangkok. Marie’s expertise gave us a holiday to remember. Negative experience: I won't be using flight centre again. Charge a bunch for no assistance. Don't respond to emails or answer questions. During our transit we contact them for assistance and were told to contact the local supplier. If I have to manage the trip myself what's the point of using a travel agent.

Cook, I’d like to get away somewhere to the Sunshine Coast here is my budget and she came up with a bundle and Noosa we went and had a wonderful time highly recommend them. Highly commend Noosa Blue accomodation too very central to all our needs., staff were nice Beach transport shops restaurants.

She made me and my friends group trip to QLD so fun and enjoyable and made everything so clear and helped us understand everything! Negative experience: Terrible customer service, called twice and was told that someone will call me back. I called for third time and voiced my disappointment and was told someone will call me which did happen. He took my details and promised to call the next day which did not happen. Got a call 2 days later to say that I should come to their store to discuss the various option. In the meantime I called another travel agent and within a day we are all booked for our long awaited family reunion in Thailand

Fantastic experience: Rachael helped me book a trip to Canada and was extremely professional. When in Canada for different reasons l had to change change my flights 4 times. Rachael was always helpful and nothing was a problem. I highly recommend Rachael, 10 out of 10 from me.

Negative experience: Giving 1 star coz I cant give 0. I have been Wrong information, ended up taking 2 PCR test. $130 waste. Had to show up 5 hrs earlier than check in time to get another PCR test at airport.

From the time we booked, to the multiple changed flights and also providing support for a small issue encountered while OS, Marie was all over it. She was very accommodating and provided crucial information I needed to ensure I'm able to catch my flight which is a lot more complicated these days. Negative experience: This review is for the flight centre online booking. Please save your sanity and avoid the online app or booking. The in person store care is very good and they have competitive policies, very approachable, professional and worth the money. The online team is pathetic and money making without proper customer service. The helpline would make you wait for an hour and automatically cut the call after 1 hour wait. If you are lucky you can reach them after 4 to 5 hours of multiple call waits. And even when you reach them they dont answer your question immediately and send you on rounds. Beware the in store and online centres have completely different policies and in store personnel cannot help you or even cancel the booking of an online ticket. We booked through the flight centre app only remembering the value and professionalism of an in person store.

Had a travel credit from may 2021 and after calling the number to try rebook on the credit, i was hung up on repeatedly and they continued to add charges! Was extremely anxious and stressed (was going to bin the credit! $1500)..! I rang and spoke to Em directly who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my fussy needs!!
