Fantastic experience: I went to Flight Forest Hill in June this year, because we wanted to having a cruise trip to Fiji next year. The staff Pierre talked to us patiently, he listened to my inquires and asking questions relating to our trips. We also asked questions about if we needing a visa? Pierre checked in computer and found the embassy's contact details for us, and written it down, so we can contact the embassy if needed. In the end, he booked our cruise successfully. After 2 months, I had some questions and called Pierre, he contacted the cruise company and was able to sort it out for us. I really recommend Pierre in Forest Hill Flight Centre, for anyone whom wants to booking a trip, because his professional and friendly services. No matter what questions you have, he always trying to sorting it out on the spot. I am so pleased with his services. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Andy at Flight Centre arranged a complicated trip around Europe for us recently. Particularly, this involved co-ordinating many different trains so we could travel Prague-Paris-Caen-Paris-Chamonix-Lake Orta- Milan, which worked brilliantly. As well, he found us free rest time at the Copthorne Hotel in Dubai, thanks to Emirates, while waiting between flights. We were happy with the accommdation he organised, including a wonderful spa hotel in Chamonix and a central apprtment in Prague. We had some queries on the trip and Andy was quick and responsive.

There are often multiple flight times for a given route and he will come back with a "These are the ones I reckon you will want Pete" and most of the time he nails it. Great work Brett, hope you never leave the job :)

Jess did extensive research and went above and beyond for us, even acquiring the help of her sister/co-worker Brydie to find us an amazing deal. When it came to booking our accommodation, Jess was all over it and made sure to find us a perfect match, weighing up suggestions within our price range. Negative experience: Terrible service - They are nice and attentive until they get your money, then they wont return calls or emails. There was an issue with one of my transfers and they did nothing to fix it. They just said the transfer cancelled so you'll need to get alternate accomodation in a different city! I had to get online and organise it all, I found alternate transfers very easily online and didnt have to cancel that night accomodation like they said I would have to. I have been waiting for the refund of the cancelled transfers for over 3 weeks, they wont even return my emails - If you want a smooth holiday and support when things go wrong - DONT use Flight Centre Forest hill
