Negative experience: I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with Kirsty at Flight Centre Eton have been consistently poor and genuinely stressful. We were meant to receive three quotes for a Bali trip, yet after waiting far too long, we were given just one option, an option that turned out to be horrible. The place she recommended had a run-down deck (I even got a splinter in my foot), terrible service, and a room nowhere near the standard promised. Because Kirsty took so long to get back to us, we were left with no time and felt forced to book whatever she sent as prices were rising. This wasn’t an isolated incident. A friend tried to book a trip to Germany and had the exact same issues. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, and even after going into the store, Kirsty seemed completely uninterested. She said she would send a quote and then never did, it took three weeks and us having to follow up ourselves just to get any information. Since then she has missed phone appointments, failed to follow up, and given incorrect or incomplete information. It honestly feels like she doesn’t take her role seriously. What makes this worse is the contrast. Every time we’ve had to speak to other agents, they have been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, showing just how far below standard Kirsty’s customer service is. At one point, I even asked to switch agents because my anxiety was building as my trip date came closer, but I was told I couldn’t. So I was left waiting again with no communication. Thankfully, Katelynn at Flight Centre Eaton stepped in and was absolutely wonderful. She reassured my friend and showed the level of care and professionalism we expected from the beginning. Based on my experience, I don’t feel confident that Kirsty should be managing clients, let alone a branch. I genuinely worry for future customers who may end up in the same situation. I hope this feedback leads to improvements, because the rest of the team has shown how great the service can be.

Fantastic experience: We met with Matthew at FC Eaton to plan a small ship cruise in Croatia, with an add on to do some island hopping in Greece. Sitting face to face is the best way to do this as we could pick the flights and accommodation and make any adjustments as we went. Matthew’s experience and suggestions were a godsend and we now have a fantastic plan. Can’t wait to get on the plane in 2026.

Negative experience: We had trip booked to Japan and had pick up airport to hotel booked by flight centre .Pick up done but they booked taxi to wrong hotel and we had to find right hotel and rebook another taxi 2 hours later we got to right hotel and 64 dollars out of pocket.never trust flight centre again.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday with Matthew, very unimpressed. The few issues were when we emailed questions he wouldn't answer then, so we had to repeatedly ask the same questions, this resulted in us booking later than planned and the price had gone up. Also he had no knowledge about the airline. Example we booked extra luggage for my toddler so we could bring the porta cot. But they are free to fly so we spent money on baggage when didn't need to. Also we booked oversized luggage, but wasn't told that the total weight of oversized baggage was included in the baggage weight so we had to pay for extra baggage at the airport.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say Thi was my first time using the flight centre. Been in Australia since 2017 never used it. I always booked myself tickets and hotels and everything around the world but my US trip was hectic and difficult for me to work around. Though just give them a go and all of my good luck I got Matthew Shepherd as my booking agent. He guided me through the whole process and got my ticket done in 2 hours. It was just awesome. I would love to use Matthew again in future for my bookings. To be honest, I called them again for my second booking but unfortunately, Matt was on holiday and I didn’t feel like booking my ticket with anyone else so I got my whole trip re-scheduled just wanted to go with Matthew again, so he is that too. Well done, Matt. He is a great asset to Flight Centre Bunbury.

Negative experience: Most disappointed at the lack of knowledge and assistance shown by two of the ladies at flight centre to accommodate my disability and to understand the planning needed before travelling. We could not confirm that the accommodation could cater for my needs and was told that rooms couldn't be finalized, only requested. They were unwilling to call the Hotel to ensure our stay was successful and didn't comprehend the difficulties I face when a bathroom is too small, or there are steps involved or my care staff are unable to be in the same room to assist me 24/7. Also, I was told they had booked a two-bedroom accessible apartment but when looking at my confirmation before flying, it said we had booked two separate rooms. The information about our flight was incorrect, there was no inflight service and they had business class, when we were told there was none available, also they said we couldn't choose our seats due to my disability and consequently we were split up on the plane and the flight assistant said we should have booked the seats beforehand. Batik Air were incompetent when dealing with a disabled person in a wheelchair and couldn't provide safe passage on or off the plane and I would not fly with them again and our holiday was ruined and we felt like we were treated like second class citizens. I would also not use Flight Centre again.

Negative experience: Overall, I strongly advise against booking through Flight Centre CIS Team, based on my horrendous experience, particularly with Kirsty. This experience has led me to vow never to book through Flight Centre again or recommend it to anyone I know. Initially, when my friend and I were booking flights for a trip to the Netherlands, we were promised assistance and student discounts via email. Despite my prompt reply to Kirsty's email requesting a phone call to discuss our trip and insurance, I received no response. Subsequent attempts to schedule a call were met with evasion or excuses from Kirsty. When we finally spoke, her lack of interest and unhelpfulness were glaring. Her delayed and inadequate email only added to our stress, resulting in increased flight costs and significant anxiety. Flight Centre's failure to deliver on their promises and Kirsty's incompetence have left me deeply disappointed. Simple solutions, such as better delegation and honest communication about workload, could have prevented this ordeal. In conclusion, I'd rather face the perils of sea travel than deal with Flight Centre or Kirsty again. Matthew, who also failed to follow through on promises, shares responsibility for this debacle. It's incumbent upon Flight Centre to ensure their staff fulfill their duties and provide adequate customer service. To sum up, I would rather build a raft out of sea turtles and my own hair and and risk getting eaten by various sea creatures to travel to the Netherlands than EVER deal with flight centre or KIRSTY ever again. I think a shark would be more gracious and helpful than she ever was and at least would pay attention to me. Further, i have also not mentioned Matthew above, but he also should be held accountable (don't promise me that she is going to call me in an hour *twice* if she never does). It is also seemingly your responsibility to ensure that she has done her job or at least could have followed up with us to ask us whether we had received any information.

Negative experience: Online Booking Experience: Not good at all. Was dealing with Kirsty as part of an Overseas Study Program, she notoriously failed to respond to calls or emails, and even missed phone call appointments. The ONE email with information she did provide, which she only provided me with after I had called the Branch multiple times that day and been told she'll call me back, was not helpful as it was only one flight option (which I obviously cannot compare to anything), and I honestly think she searched it up whilst on the phone with me rather than the week before (when she said she would send the details through). After further discussions of my travel plans, she once again promised to send information but never did. I ended up dealing with the Melbourne Branch (who are not the specific team for the study abroad program) to actually sort my flights (thank you Melbourne). Furthermore, Matthew was reasonably nice, but I think it would be best in future not to continuously say "I'll make sure she calls you in about an hour" when she never calls me, it's just more false promises that are exhausting. Please just be honest when you can't assist someone so they don't waste time and find proper help somewhere else.

Positive experience: Matt did a good job for me and my husband, listening to what our plans were and doing it to the T. He is a busy man and had a couple of days off mid week that extended the negotiations a bit but that was our fault to for not making a decision quickly. Negative experience: I made an appointment to get a quote for my holiday ...was in there for an hour I got absolutely no where i could have done it myself at home ....I was told il call u with prices ect ...I messaged & tried calling asking what's happening... 2.5 weeks later, still no call back !!! just a message here & there !!! I called the flight centre in Tasmania... they couldn't do enough for me flight all booked within 48 hours Dont waste your time here !!!

Negative experience: Christmas travel disaster 3 days out from Christmas on a Friday during normal business hours and Bunbury are no where to be found - At least via the phone. 3 hours of solid calling from 9am to 12pm on the actual land line number and no response, let’s not go there with the 1300 numbers. Could possibly be the worst customer experience ever. Stay away. Flight Centre take your money and then fail to deliver. Over $5k spent on a trip to the US now blown because Bunbury can’t pick up the phone. No we don’t want to speak to the Philippines. Book online and save your self money. At least if you blow your booking online and fail to get advice you can only blame yourself.

Negative experience: Honestly kind of a waste of a service. Can just google any info they tell you (which is what they do right in front of you anyway) and wouldn’t recommend the captains package as you pay for extras like “24hr assistance” that can’t help you anyway. Would recommend booking with the airline direct and doing your own research on travel insurance ect

Negative experience: A call at 6.00pm to explain Busselton flight centre inability to get the job done, all in all flight centre is a dismal failure. Try calling them to book a flight and you will know exactly what I am saying, after one minute on hold the message will tell you that it is much easier to book you flight on line and then it hangs up on the call. Call flight centre and be prepared for disaster as we found out, after many hours of waiting for confirmation nothing returned and the result was that we missed our desired flight. Go with Flight Centre at you peril.

Negative experience: Have been great in the past, but in the post-COVID chaos they are now missing small but crucial details, in our case wrongly telling us that we would get an infant bassinet on the day when in reality you need to pay a premium up front for these seats, and telling us they couldn't get hold of the airline when we could get through ourselves directly without hassle. As a result of this we need to fly with a 6month old on our laps for 30+ hours in total, which is madness. Would not recommend. Also, one of the 5-star reviews on this page is from a staff member.

Negative experience: I don’t normally review but I have to with this outfit. Absolutely no reply / communication after 1 phone call and 3 emails 2 weeks ago simply regarding extra baggage cost. Not even a “sorry we are very busy”. This is a terrible mob to deal with, find someone else or use this lazy outfit at your peril.

Negative experience: One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I decided to shop local against how I normally purchased flights online. Was a complete let down and for 2 flights I will now be paying an extra $1000 simply because the agent I was dealing with either completely ignored me or when she did respond told me she would get back to me. From Friday to when she finally got back to me late Wednesday afternoon the prices went up twice, her excuse was do fluctuate out of her control. Well that is Simply not good enough, if she had called on Friday I would have booked online. Awful experience,

Fantastic experience: Qira has booked mine and my family's travel a few times now and she is just wonderful. So efficient and obliging and really looked for the best deals for us even though it wasn't an expensive trip. Very good communication and followup. I would reccomend her without hesitation

Negative experience: Dealt with David, a dark sider and everything was good until we arrived at the hotel. We paid extra for 3 seperate beds, and were given one, and offered a rollaway for $42. It was “not specified in the notes” that we wanted 3 seperate beds, although we made it very clear. When calling flight centre to resolve this issue, we spoke to “Zeb” who refused to help us and also refused to pass us on to a manager. Shocking service.
