Negative experience: Terrible service used twice in a year, the first time he made a comment about my holding a Queensland concession. I let that go this time however he refused to accept my digital concession telling me i could be anyone even though i offered to show my licence. I lost it with him reminded him I knew exactly who he was and had always been a horrible man. So I made a phone call had my friend book my travel caught two buses a train and at no point was I asked for my concession proof of who I was. Not sure if the prejudice was for people on benefits or the colour of my skin, but was informed in the last weeks other complaints have been made about the same man Moree is a small town so everyone knows who he is. Time to leave no customer service skills

Fantastic experience: Staff were extremely helpful. I stuffed my booking up but they helped me get where I wanted to go by the date I needed to be there... Definitely worth using them when travelling from Moree.
