Positive experience: 良かったです。 アットホームなモーテル。 駐車場が広くて使いやすい。 繁華街からはやや遠め。 プールは子供用のサイズです。 部屋の必要な設備は一通り揃っています。 レストラン&バーが併設されていてとても良かった。

Fantastic experience: We left Adelaide over 2 weeks ago. We’ve been on motorbikes and every night we stay in a different motel. This is the best motel by far that we have stayed in. Firstly the bed is the most comfortable and I’m very fussy about that. Secondly the shower was fantastic. The service was second to none. Side tables, lights air con and power points all worked and were in the correct place for our convenience. The room was clean and the sheets, towels, choice of pillows and extra blankets were perfect. It was in a quiet room and yes I slept like a baby. First time since leaving home. Thank you for thinking of the weary traveler.

Positive experience: Location was good. Rooms were clean. Service was good. People staying in the rooms that work in area need to learn courtesy and respect for others on holidays and keep their voices down at 5 in the morning and partying outside till 11 at night. For adult men, very disrespectful.

Positive experience: It’s clean and tidy and not a bad location for what you pay. Other than the men next door sounding like they were actually in my room when talking half the night it was a not bad stay.

Fantastic experience: Incredible food and service. I love the homey atmosphere of the pub and rooms. Beds are on the firm side but Sun Palms is well loved.

The rooms are spacious, with modern bathrooms and a convenient location complemented by a pool. While we didn’t try the on-site restaurant and bar, the complimentary drink voucher at check-in was a nice touch. Despite a severe storm causing a power outage across the city, the manager went above and beyond, checking on guests and providing updates throughout the night. Late check-out and free laundry service were additional thoughtful gestures that highlighted their commitment to guest satisfaction. The beds are slightly firm, and the washing machines show signs of wear, but these are minor issues in an otherwise outstanding stay. Highly recommended!”

Fantastic experience: Amazing motel, with great personell! We were unlucky to come a day with plenty of mosquitos and a storm that took the power, but staff was helpful and tried to remediate the problems and kept us informed. The hotel room is nice and clean, with a fridge. The bathroom looked new and was spotless. Not bugs in the room. Outside pool was okay. The only downdraft was the bed being a little hard and the washing machines being old and our clothes coming out dirtier than before. All in all a very pleasent stay! Would stay here again.

Positive experience: It's our third day and no room service. No wifi. The reception said the whole area has internet issues. I asked a nearby shop, and they said we do not have any issue.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here after driving 11hrs from up north. Room was cheap but large room, nice bed, decent shower and very impressed with the bistro. Cheap but decent meals and enjoyed the self serve veggies. Would definitely stay again

Negative experience: I stayed about a week all up. The first time was ok, the room seemed fine, but dark even with all the lights on. The staff are awesome, and very friendly, which makes it hard to report the bad parts. I found the food from the kitchen of a very poor standard, I could not even eat the chicken and mushroom carbonara as it was like soup, and the pasta was hard and stale. I sent the full plate back but it was not questioned. On the second visit I found my room very dirty, including socks from a previous guest left on the floor. There were dead bugs on the floor and oil stained carpet. The coffee cups were dirty and had previous coffee granules stuck on the rim. Had to report this to my company who quickly arranged alternative accommodation for me.

Fantastic experience: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Bistro that is open for Dinner is a must. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely wonderful. Serve your own veggies and salads. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After working in hospitality for many years, I can honestly say Isabelle is a champion. Knows her customers, knows regulars drink. Absolutely loves her job and it shows. So many publicans could have a look at Isabelle and train there staff accordingly. It's called good old fashioned service. Don't lose this girl.

Fantastic experience: We had our staff dinner here last night. There was around 22 of us. Massive shout out to the chef who did an incredible job getting all our food out and every single dish was amazing!! could not fault one thing. Top quality food and service for a pub! We all had a great time!

Negative experience: I paid $34 for a rib fillet which was promoted by Tim the manager as the best steak you'll ever reat". The meat was overcooked AND tough, when I brought it to the attention of Tim he turned it around on me! Never again. BEWARE.

Positive experience: Nice large comfortable rooms, breakfast is $10 extra but we didn't mind paying that I've stayed there many times and have enjoyed all of our visits. The pool is excellent during summer

Positive experience: A little noisy as it's very close to the main road/ Hwy and unfortunately many heavy vehicles used their exhaust brakes so I found it a little noisy. Room was clean and comfortable however decor is dated and in need of renovation.

Negative experience: Don't expect much sleep. They have construction workers staying and drinking alcohol outside their rooms, up to 10 at a time. Loud, noisy and obnoxious. They come back when they finish work and are very loud and have no concern, regard for any other guests staying there. Not good.

The gentleman on duty greeted us on arrived. Both staff were welcoming, friendly and help without been in our face. Food was nice large and buffet of veg and salad was nice. Price value for money. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here 2 night again for the second time in a year. Beds are comfy, shower was nice and hot, aircon worked properly and my room service meals were both delivered in a timely manner and tasted great! With the weather very dismal, I stayed indoors, but it was easy to slip next door to the liquor store in between showers. Room was very clean, with towels replaced for 2nd night. Reception lady was very polite and got me checked in very quick, always a pleasure to stay here.
