Negative experience: I would not go through helloworld again as we had to do a lot of chasing as they never got back to my mum and dad we had to ring them to see if we had accommodation for one places we stayed at as helloworld never rang us to confirm it

Negative experience: I don't think they serious about business, as soon as I walked in someone walked out saying that she's just administrator and they don't do walking business need to be only by appointment and she asked around if someone can help me and everyone was kind of meh so she asked to wait to see if someone can help or not I waited for 5 minutes then I walked away

Negative experience: Wow what an experience with what I can only describe as I cannot be bothered world...(should change your name). Greeted at the door by an extremely rude individual, asked to state our business and abruptly told unless you want to book today just comeback sometime next week, well considering we were enquiring about an overseas cruise in which we would be parting with quite a large amount of our well earned dollars, our reaction was this was a non brainer as we turned and walked straight back out, pick up your customer service Unwelcome World as we'll never be returning.

Fantastic experience: We first reached out to Luke from Helloworld at the beginning of this year to help us organise a trip to Queensland in December. We are a family of five and wanted to spend Christmas with the children's grand parents, uncles, aunties and cousins. From the start Luke was highly responsive and professional when presenting us with options for flights, accommodation and car hire. We had used other travel agents in the past and had to wait days if not weeks before getting a response, but with Luke he responded to every query we had on the same day (and we had a lot of queries) What really stood out was the way he helped us when border restrictions started to rise whilst we were in Queensland. Luke made himself easily contactable and was able to source flights and make changes without delay. Thanks Luke for all your help and we will recommend your services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy travel agent.

Positive experience: Not a bad place to get your next holiday booked. I went in to get a quick quote and went back the next day to book, the staff were quite helpful. Good they do interest free holidays. I did joke if I could get a discount and one of the workers at the back of the office got out of his chair and said they dont make much and only make 4% on the airfare so they don't give discounts and if I like I can book online for the same price or come back and book a $100 000 holiday and he might be able to help me.
