Fantastic experience: I've lost count of how many holidays (majority overseas) that Donna has organised for us. I've obtained quotes elsewhere, but always end up back with Donna. Had to use our insurance once, Donna had all the necessary paperwork done before we even arrived home. She knows her stuff and nothing is too much trouble for her, even emailing her 10 times a day with various questions doesn't phase her. Thank you donna

Negative experience: This complaint is for Donna as i find your communication to be very rude, racist and unprofessional. I requested for a Qartar credit through the right format which was not done. Instead Donna personally sends me an appalling email telling me not to email them. Please do the right thing and rectify the errors on my Qartar flight credit. I want a full correct credit of my amount issued to me

Negative experience: Very disappointed! I made an online booking in October but due to COVID -19 couldn't fly to Germany in April. Holding a credit of $ 5481;00 I re - booked on the 6th of May and had to pay another $ 1363.14 But on 6th of May on Flight Centres Website the very same flight was offered for $ 6350.00! I lost more than $ 500.00 for leaving my money as credit for future use! And the invoice I got was not even itemized! From me zero stars for Flight Centre online! In the past I booked many flights at the office in Murray Bridge and was always satisfied, so for them five stars! They lost two loyal customers now!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with travel consultant Nick Bowman a month ago whilst trying to arrange a family trip to the Sunshine Coast. He was professional, prompt, and easy to deal with. It made my travel booking experience an absolute breeze and he took the stress out of travel. He did everything from flights to accomodation, to the car hire! The prices were great too. I will be contacting Nick in the future as I know I will be in safe hands! Negative experience: To put it simply. Never again. Poor service and they screwed up my holiday. No offer of a refund except a miniscule reduction in cost off next trip. Given that I won't be going back it is of no value. On my last trip I went to Easy Travel and Leisure in the main street and could not fault their service. And nothing went wrong while on holiday.
