Fantastic experience: I recently took a trip from Urangan, Hervey Bay to Brisbane, specifically to Roma Station, and it was a fantastic experience! The journey began with a comfortable bus ride to Maryborough, which was incredibly easy. The train ride that followed was equally enjoyable, complete with delicious hot lunch and coffee options available on board. I would absolutely do this trip again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant travel experience!

He gave me exceptional advice, he helped me with paperwork I didn’t even know I needed, if it wasn’t for Murry I would be in a very tough place right now. I think he deserves a medal for his exceptional work ethic. And he has a lovely smile.
Fantastic experience: Hallo, das Transit Centre hier in Hervey ist sehr Zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Hier ist auch die Zentrale Haltestelle für Fernbusse, Linienbusse, Uber und Zentraler Pickup Point für Hotels und Hostels in der Umgebung. Sehrt freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Hier sind viele Informationen abrufbar, nicht nur wenn es um das Reisen geht.

I am sorry Linc. The reason we are closing at 3pm at the moment is because of low sales and high cancellations and refunds due to the COVID-19 outbreak and recent weather events. Our overheads must be lowered and the only way we can do that and remain viable is by trading under reduced hours and overheads. We publish our trading hours on our website, Google, Facebook, Bing and in The Advertiser newspaper. I am sorry if any inconvenience was caused. We intend on increasing our trading hours when things get back to normal.

Negative experience: There are no chairs to sit and wait on which was appalling for my elderly mother as we farewelled my brother at 8pm at night. We had to pull up a shopping trolley for her to lean on because the bus was late.
Hi Brenda. I would like to let you know that the shopping centre management had to remove all of the seating for a while to enforce social distancing at the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020, which was not happening willingly by the public. They removed all chairs in the whole shopping centre. I am sorry that your mother was not able to get comfortable. The good thing is that all the seating is now back in place. I would like you to change your review please as this business had nothing to do with the decision to remove the seats. We mostly have 5 star reviews. A 1 star hurts when it has nothing to do with us. I hope you understand. Murray General Manager

That was only problem other wise it was great no complaints about anything else ,!!!!!
