Fantastic experience: Wicked hens was so great to go through to help me organise a hens weekend for my best friend! After struggling with creating an affordable weekend I enquired with wicked hens giving them all my ideas and exactly what I wanted to do and they went ahead and booked everything and it was all kept within a great budget, it was super easy to communicate with them and the weekend went so perfectly! The team are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I recently used wicked hens for a hens weekend to assist in the organisation and ensuring everything went smoothly, and that 100% met that requirement! Multiple quotes were provided so we could decide exactly what we wanted to and ensure everyone attending was happy and it suited everyone, the options were great and the quick responses better were also amazing! The pricing was also extremely reasonable, and they provided lots of time for payments to be due and offered to manage everyone’s payment (super easy to go this way when having a larger group), I look forward to using them in the future should I require any more hens planning and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Nicole and her team were absolutely amazing! I planned my hens with Wicked Hens very last minute and even made a couple of changes along the way, but they were so accommodating and supportive in helping me find the best plan within my budget. The Airbnb they booked was stunning — located on the 54th floor with breathtaking 360° views of Melbourne’s skyline. We also booked an activity through them, and the people who came in were not only professional but also very friendly, which made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend Wicked Hens to anyone planning their hens. They truly go above and beyond to make it a seamless and memorable experience!

Negative experience: Without a doubt the worst company to deal with. I've experienced them twice. First time 10 years ago. Issues then and issues now. Firstly the extra cost such as the room deposits for each room. The lack of communication. Your "free drink" on the club tour is limited to vodka with a premix. The "top" clubs are literally the worst ones. The scheduling is terrible. Pole dance at 2.30 pm until 4.30 with checkin accomodation at 3? Hummer ride at 5.50 pm literally had 20 mins to get ready for a girls night out after check in. $3400 for not even 24hrs and the terrible organisation. The wicked club guide was off her face on whatever drug she'd taken. We , and a couple other groups ended up ditching the whole wicked event and had a great night after !

Negative experience: Not sure they even want customers. Sent a message inquiry a week ago and also tried calling. No answer. Imagine paying them and then having a lack of communication. Would be very stressful.

Negative experience: At first they seemed really good and helpful but then they literally cancelled on me when I was asking for different quotes. I didn't say i wasnt choosing a quote, didn't say anything negative or give them any reason to do so. They could be a good company overall but unfortunately not for me. I guess don't take too much time and ask too many questions or they won't help you in the end.. disappointing.

I was so overwhelmed with the process when I stumbled upon Wicked Hens, Bella helped me put together the perfect package for 19 girls! And then Caitlin assisted us through payments, last minute changes and all other queries we had. Service was efficient and always so friendly. The night went off with a bang, the Hen & all the girls are still raving about it. Thank you Wicked Hens!

Fantastic experience: The girls at Wicked Hens were amazing! Bella was so patient with me while waiting for the bridal party to make a final decision, was a few weeks in the making. The booking process was flawless and made it so easy to manage the other ladies attending. Caitlin was wonderful, she was able to provide an alternative option for when our original boat had to cancel. She was able to change our collection time for the coach the day of the hens. The stripper and topless waiter was fantastic, the girls loved them. The most important thing is that the bride to be had the best weekend. Thanks ladies would recommend Wicked Hens to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this company more for planning a Hen's! I literally had to organise a last minute Hens and they pulled through in every way! Unfortunately there were some unforseen circumstances with one of the vendors being sick but they were able to compensate with a last minute activity and gave us a full refund back the very next week after the event. They took the stress out of planning and organising. They even dealt with the individual payments from each person. Super grateful to Nancy and especially to Caitlin who was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole thing ☺️

I was not so easy to deal with during the planning process and the girls took the time to explain each part to me and answer all of my questions. They were super contactable and quick to reply helping ease all my concerns throughout the process and helped turn it around in a very short time! The actual events for the hens were amazing! My sister was raving about how great both the bartender and the entertainer were for days after the event and everything went off without a hitch! Would definitely book again with Wicked Hens in the future!

Negative experience: Contacted this company for my hens weekend, looked great… Waited a week for a response so I called them that following Friday and they said they hadn’t received anything so they will send a quote either Friday or Monday… Another week has passed and nothing.

Fantastic experience: Without Vanessa at wicked hens the night would have been a flop! Vanessa organised for us to have a bar tab and food at summa house in Brisbane then booked the most incredible drag Queen who made our whole night! The whole afternoon and night were incredible! Vanessa really took the stress of organising a hens off my hands and I would 11/10 go through Vanessa again to organise a hens for me!

Negative experience: Warning DO NOT use this company, absolute rip offs and no support on our hens weekend. We had our hens package booked for end of Feb when the extreme weather events occurred. Given the cost of the package and the lack of value for money we would have been far better off if we had done it ourselves. Trust me you can book everything for about 1/3 the price on the Gold Coast. They charged us $400 per person (7 girls) and all we recieved were 2 platters at an average bar for the full weekend. When the weather impacted the yacht and topless waiter there was no available staff and zero assistance from Wicked, we had to sort it out ourselves directly with the suppliers. Such helpful event planners. When we had to fight for a refund they said they don't break down the costs. We essentially paid $2000 for 2 platters of food. If you are reading this, you have been warned you are overpaying for anything you organise through Wicked, and even if anything goes wrong that is out of your control you will not get your money back.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa planned my friends hens party (I’m maid of honour) and she did a fantastic job! It was super easy to organise anyone and payments. Vanessa took all the heavy lifting out of what would have been a huge day to plan. I’d also highly recommend Sam the tarot card reader and Anne who did an April Nites party. All the ladies raved about both and they were great to have around on the day.

Everything was booked and handled for us, but all our wants and demands were met without fail. Everyone had THE best time! We traveled from NSW to QLD and Kylie & team were always lovely & very helpful via communications before the event. We chose the ‘Too hot to handle’ package & we were not disappointed! Everything ran smoothly & on time. Our stripper & entertainers did such a good job for our bride & group. We had the best time dancing in the fire truck & the fun continued on through the night with our club crawl. Would definitely recommend Thank you again

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and experience! Attempting to organise 15 girls to all agree on a location and events is hard! Wicked events made my best friends hens night magical! Without their help I don't know how many of girls would still be friends lol! We would still be arguing over what activities and where to stay! From the first email to the hicip with the weather the girls and guys at wicked without delay had any problem fixed, completely made the weekend worth it! Unexpected proplems solved and all surprises worth the bride to be embarrassment! Thanks again guys and especially to kylie who went above and beyond even when I was loosing my cool! Looking forward to booking my big event with them. It's worth it for the hassle free organising, so you can just be left with the happiness and excitement of what a hens night is meant to be all about!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service from this supposed professional company. Return contact is none existent once they've received all your money!! I organized my Best Friends Hens night with these guys and Thought it was all finalised bye the 26th July this year...... I was wrong! I was told only 2 weeks prior to the Hens Night that they couldn't get hold of the stripper I had organised. So I picked another to then be told that he was unavailable. Then I picked a 3rd, this is now 48hrs before the Hens Night (27/10/17), talk about super stressful. The night of the Hens Night.... what a FREAKING DISASTER!!! The stripper was a NO SHOW, we had to scramble to find another company to supply one, at extra cost and at 1am mind you. Then we were ment to have VIP Entry into Retros, we get there to find our names were not even on the list. This company ruined what's ment to be one of the most special nights of this Brides life, a night that we can never get back and redo. On the Monday morning I demanded every bloody cent be refunded, to which they did. I planned this for a good 6mths and to say I'm furious is an understatement. BEWARE and think twice about hiring this company

Fantastic experience: I have organised 2 bucks parties with Wicked Events, and both of them have been epic. Their quality and service is on point. Their price is reasonable too.

Negative experience: DON'T DO IT...(if google allowed a negative star rating I would) I engaged Wicked Events to organise my mates buck's night (Kidnap the buck). 2 hours before he was supposed to be kidnapped they let me know (after I rang them) that the entertainment wouldn't be coming. They were very apologetic, but I was left with nothing. I had 30+ guys all paid up expecting a good night. The key part of the night "kidnapping the buck" didn't happen. (their excuse, the tennis was on and the ladies were at the tennis...) They call themselves event organisers... they'd struggle to organise a jolly night (not allowed to swear) in a brewery!! And still charge a mint. From early in the piece I had my worries, they were astute at asking for money but when it comes to returning calls or answering specific questions good luck. - They got the hotel booking wrong (two blokes shared a queen bed) they changed the amount of people per room after quoting. (3 originally to 2, additional cost) - Never returned calls. (Absolutely terrible customer service) - Failed to "kidnap the buck" (I felt like an Idiot cause I had collected money for this and had to explain to 30+ guys that there was no entertainment, not easy) - They refunded a portion of the money only after their contractor agreed (two weeks, multiple unanswered phone calls later) As best man your responsibility is high, you want your mate to have the night of his life. WICKED EVENTS WILL NOT DELIVER THIS!!!!! Overall I am sure by now you know what I think.. If I had my time again I would rather slam one of my appendages in a car door than engage this company to organise something for me. ONCE AGAIN.... DON'T DO IT...

Fantastic experience: We used Wicked Event Management for a birthday party, booking the club crawl in Queenstown and also the one in Surfers Paradise. Very professional service from start to the finish, the staff helped us out and helped arrange everything. I've recommended Wicked to anyone organising a Bucks Party or a footy team trip, there's no other way you can arrange such a great party without doing all of that work yourself. Excellent service, and lots of fun. Do it!

Fantastic experience: My sisters Hens night was coming up pretty quickly and in between working and co coordinating everything else for the night and other things for her wedding, the bridal party needed some assistance in getting the day/night organised. Izzy Lewis was amazing and helped us look into a few different options that suited my sisters taste and needs. Her quick responses was truly appreciated and proposals were also very in depth. Fantastic experience: All the ladies at Wicked Hens worked their hardest to make a great weekend happen. Despite a lot of last minute changes on our side, they accommodated us and did their best to keep costs down for us. We really appreciate their patience and forbearance. The hotel they booked for us was central, comfy and the staff there were excellent! The club crawl was fun and with the free entry and free drink at each venue, was a great way to go out on the town in the GC for cheap. We also booked a fire truck ride and that was a heap of fun, we felt so special being ferried around town! Sophie from the dance studio was great! She took it slow for us and taught us an amazing dance. Overall the whole weekend was pretty perfect, and we are so grateful to the ladies at Wicked Hens. We met a bucks party out who had used Wicked Bucks and they were happy with the service as well. I highly recommend the company, especially Jessica and Laura :D.

Positive experience: I used Wicked Hens for my friend’s hens party, and it made things a lot easier. The event planners were fabulous- adjusting or tweaking my plan every time I needed it done. They were great at working around my requirements, and making sure everything was what I (and the Bride) wanted. The hens party itself went really well! The Scavenger Hunt was up first, and everyone had a huge amount of fun. Skyler was a fantastic and funny host, and he engaged with everyone. More than a few of us girls would happily do another scavenger hunt with that company. The topless waiters (Elliot and Mick) were attractive and fun. They chatted with all the girls, participated in the games and made us all delicious cocktails. It wouldn’t have been the same without them! The only real downside was that the hotel booked our apartment accommodation on different floors, which was annoying. And due to a public holiday, I didn’t get the final itinerary until a couple days beforehand. That made it hard to link in with some of the girls coming from out of state.

Fantastic experience: My girls had organised a hens for me in Airlie Beach. The wicked staff were absolutely amazing, I could not fault them. The package that was included was fantastic and the spa package at Endota was just what I needed for some pre wedding pampering. I would most definitely recommend the Wicked Team at any opportunity and especially for some pre wedding shenanigans... THANKS AGAIN GUYS, I had the best time

Fantastic experience: I was having such a struggle organising my sisters hens party. I got onto Wicked hens by recommendation from a friend from high school! They were beyond helpful in organising such a fun and entertaining weekend on the Gold Coast for us! My sister had a blast! Jess was so lovely and patient with me even after my billion phone calls to make changes to numbers! I know who I will be going through if I ever have to do that again Highly recommend the girls at Wicked hens!

Negative experience: So disappointed! We ordered mani pedis, massages & make up & a topless waiter. The waiter was topless & a very nice person. The massages and mani pedis never happened, the we got hair & make up. For $1440 we got hair, make up & a man older than me in undies. Then #wickedhens doesn’t answer our calls & after a week & a half offers us a $100 refund. Don’t do it. They can’t deliver and don’t reply

Fantastic experience: I had to plan my sister's hens in Brisbane while I was at my home in Melbourne. I don't know what I would have done without Wicked Hens! I sent an enquiry about one of the packages on their website and got a phone call within a day, they sent a quote for the option I liked within the week and were happy to alter it as I liked and give me suggestions. The girls all ended the night saying it was the best hens they have been to!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this company, they are quick to take ur money however when you want to know that everything is booked and be supplied with an itenerary or confirmation you get nothing... 3 days to go until the event and still nothing!

Negative experience: If you are looking for a reliable & competent third party to make booking your hens weekend (or any event) an easy and stress free experience, DO NOT USE WICKED HENS. From start to finish they were nothing but a headache to deal with. If it weren't for overseas travel during the time of booking, I could have planned and organised everything personally with less stress. It often took me contacting them three times before I was given a response, did not get the itinerary until the two days before the event AND to top it off, the WRONG NAME was used as the "Hen" at our final venue. I could go on about the amount of mistakes made on their behalf, however this company has already taken up too much time and mental stress. Personally, I would NOT recommend and will be making a formal complaint.
