Fantastic experience: Jerome, aka GOAT Where do I begin? Jerome has planned my last 2 family holidays and has nailed them both with extra effort along the way. The last trip was a massive family holiday interstate, 21 people all coming from different areas and requiring different needs. The holiday was absolutely amazing and Jerome had everything exactly where it needed to be. I would strongly recommend Jerome to anyone looking to book travel. I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Booked our much awaited trip to Florida Disneyworld and Universal with Steven Taylor. He made the whole experience super easy, he responded very promptly to any emails, answered the many questions we had and even made last minute hotel changes for us. He spoke with experience and excellent knowledge of the areas we were visiting. I would 100% recommend using Steven for any holiday planning and we will definitely be returning to see him for any future holidays.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend booking your next vacation with Linda at Flight Centre Penrith. Linda has organised several overseas trips for us including our fabulous trip to Maui, Kona and The Big Island of Hawaii. Linda was extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave us great tips, including recommending staying at the beautiful Moana Surfrider Hotel in Oahu.

Negative experience: I went to a travel agent as I had never travelled overseas before and wanted assistance and advice on travelling to Europe. First impression were great. My travel agent jumped through hoops to assist with booking my flights to Europe. One of our transfers was from Paris to LAX. We missed this flight as we were not told by the agent that we needed a visa to enter the US. I asked about visa requirements when booking the flights, she skirted over the Europe destinations, but failed to mention anything about the US. Whilst I understand that it is also our responsibility to look into this, I feel that the US is a common destination and the agent should have told us about the visa requirements. This became a very costly exercise for us. We were also delayed returning home by 24 hours and it was a terrible way to end our holiday. I would not recommend using Flight Centre in Penrith.

Negative experience: Think hard before you book a flight or holiday with them it is a nightmare.

Negative experience: No courtesy in responding to messages left on calling. Was put on hold for 12-15 mins, repeatedly during 4 phone calls. Unacceptable & no respect, wasting time of others.

Negative experience: This is related to the flight centre in level 2 inside the plaza. I have been waiting for a quote from an agent there in the name of Jacqueline for more than a week. I have sent an email today to get a follow up, however no reply was sent. What a disappointment and waist of time, are you guys opening for business or what. I will not go to this office again ever, and I do not recommend people going there. Just an update, it took the centre less than one day to reply to my review, however they still did not respond to my emails. That place absolutely waist of time. Note, the lady was so rude and ignorant when I was talking to her as she having difficulty understanding different accent. Please educate yourself as there are 160 different English accent!

Negative experience: I walked in hoping to receive a quote for flights and advice about a Europe trip next year. I started to give the agent my dates but when I mentioned I had already booked the Contiki trip myself they told me they couldn’t help me out as I haven’t booked my whole trip through them! They were very abrupt and rude in their tone as well. I will not be returning as I have found helpful advice elsewhere.

Negative experience: When the lady put me on hold she cut me off. Tried to ring back but after 9.36minutes waiting for an operator, I hung up.

Fantastic experience: I have been booking holidays with Catherine Miller for many years at Rouse Hill but will still only book with Catherine she's the best.

Negative experience: Can’t believe how we were treated. Walked in hoping to look at brochures and speak to someone for a cruise in October 2024 for our honeymoon. We looked online for anything, however it could only look so far ahead. Unfortunately we got to the door and we’re spoken to very rude by the woman telling us we would have to come back another time because they were all booked out. They was no notification in store or on their website about needing to make an appointment. We won’t be returning after how we were spoken to and go elsewhere that has better customer service!

Negative experience: Bad. Offical website says closing time on Thursdays is 7pm however they close at 5:30pm. People are rude over the phone. That’s if you get through via phone. Constantly sending emails to book a flight with no response.

Fantastic experience: I spoke with Jordan from Flight Centre Penrith Plaza regarding some flights I wanted to book that were time critical. He was very helpful and responded to my calls, emails and queries promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jordan again for future bookings.

Negative experience: I'm suppose to be going to Melbourne in 3 weeks took a Flight Centre Gift Card to the Mt Druitt store didn't have any luck so I took it to this Flight Centre was told they'd get back to me I'm still waiting 3 weeks later for a response disappointing as I got good service last time I booked trip with this agent

Negative experience: Silly that i need to take appointment and come back 4 hours later just to know cost of tickets and offers from Sydney to Bangalore!!! Mature up on your service and be smart to handle customers dynamically. Honestly india is much more developed in this respect and australia is atleast 15 years to 20 years behind. Ridiculous that i must take an appointment for something that could take 5 to 10 mins. You lost a potential business today!

Fantastic experience: I needed to book a very last minute plane ticket for my mother who is currently overseas and was quite anxious as this was a very specific flight. Abbey Shannon not only got my mother onto that same flight but was very patient and helpful as I was having to converse with family members overseas at the same time. Nothing was a problem and her friendly and professional assistance made handling this whole transaction a breeze. Thank you for all your help Abbey!

Negative experience: My husband and I were hoping get some advice on where would be good to travel internationally in the month of November as we wanted to experience somewhere we have not been before but were not sure where we would get best value, so were simply looking for advice from an expert in person rather than online. First we waited for 15minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by a single person, then came back later to be met with annoyance that we were after advice as they were “flat out”. I understand the industry is very, very busy right now, however, at this point there were no customers in the store and my problem is how we were spoken to. We were not met with a smile, we were told to go home and do our own research, come back when we knew EXACTLY what we wanted, made to feel silly and a pain for asking for advice. I have never been met with such rudeness poor customer service. We immediately took our business elsewhere, whom were also very busy, but gave us the time of day and treated us with kindness and understanding. Please consider training your staff on how to communicate effectively with others.

She has amazing knowledge in all areas of travel and knows how to work the system beautifully to get you the best price for your holiday! She’s easily contactable even in a pinch! Our flight got canceled the night before we left at 8:30pm And sure enough I was on the phone to Melissa at 8:32 and she had absolutely everything sorted about within half an hour! I could not fault her service and after we came back from the holiday she even messaged us to make sure we enjoyed our trip! She provides you with options and gives useful information on tours etc, that she has either done herself or has had other clients that have done it. Accomodation has always been spot on and she always has worked within our given budget. Could not recommend Rachael any higher. Will not use anyone else!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been dealing with Nicole Gallagher from Flight Centre Penrith Cruise since 2013. Since then we have asked Nicole to arrange 2 USA/Canada and 1 European international holidays, and 1 large group cruise booking from Sydney. Each time Nicole has gone out of her way to find the best deals and best value for money. Each holiday Nicole has booked all flights, transfers, accommodation, cruises and even on some holidays excursions. We have also found our Travel Insurance comparable to other companies. Accommodation recommendation’s has always been great. Nothing is ever to much to ask, Nicole is always happy to help and search on more information if needed. Nicole is very professional and friendly. On our second international holiday our 2 nights’ accommodation in Las Vegas was cancelled in error by the hotel, We rang straight through to Flight Centre Penrith Cruise and they dealt with the problem within a couple of minutes. On our last International holiday we contacted Nicole via email and asked her to upgrade our returns flights, it was done and confirmed within 24 hours. I can’t recommend Nicole enough. I have referred family and friends to the Penrith Branch and they have also been very happy with their experiences. We look forward to dealing with Nicole again in the future.
