Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Flight Centre Albury and in particular Michael Cooke. It took me 3 attempts to find someone who would listen to how I wanted to travel with my family of 5 rather than giving me the easy option for flights. I had a terrible booking experience last year with Flight Centre and thought I wouldn’t use them again but Michael has restored my confidence. Thanks so much for your help ☺️

Amber helped to calm my anxiety after several days of trying to find a new flight when mine had a schedule changed that included an unexpected 2k price increase. Fantastic experience: Soraya was a wonderful travel consultant. We were senior citizens undertaking a pretty complicated journey to reach our destination (& return). Had intermittent questions for Soraya in the months pre trip (some fairly stupid it could be said). However nothing was a problem for her. Our trip went without a hitch. I'm sure everyone at Albury FC are good, but if you get Soraya you'll be well looked after.

Negative experience: BEWARE ! Do not use flight centre Albury and do not use Damien Crawford ! He will take your money and quite literally go on his own holiday leaving you and your family to try fix his mistakes, on your holiday, from changing terrible hotels he reassures were fantastic, mixing up rooms, rudely dismissing any concerns about bookings he has made that seem dodgy and a unprofessional and unethical treatment of customers So do not waste your time and your money, trust your instincts and book it yourself, he has as much knowledge as you do on the places you want to go to, except worse, as he will lie and tell you trust him he supposedly knows more. So don't go there or too him, and organise your trip yourself, it will workout, and probably much better than he could ever organise it for you!

Negative experience: person in store 4:30 shop shut. told through the glass I could book by phone or email. phoned 2 times put on answering machine hold for very long time..left my number 2nd time. no one called me back. Taking my money elsewhere. I tried to support local workers Big Fail.

Negative experience: They were not interested in processing my request with Jetstar, other flight center stores were, they just could not be bothered, I would not do business with them again, even if you paid me, they are a disgrace to the flight center brand.

Positive experience: We have always found flight centre Albury staff to be helpful and competitive with prices. Our only criticism is that due to recent staff turnover we have not been able to establish a consistent relationship with staff as in the past.

Fantastic experience: The trips that we have been on have been with flight centre . We recently went to Cambodia , Vietnam and China which we organised through Flight Centre in Albury. Melissa Mc Mahon looked after us and was extremely helpful. Our trip went off without any problems and were at ease to know we could contact Melissa at anytime . We had such a fantastic holiday with lots of great memories . Looking forward to our next holiday through Flight Centre . Just having everything organised for us takes the stress off us and makes our holiday more enjoyable . We have know problems recommending Flight Centre to friends and Family .
