Fantastic experience: We contacted the office for assistance with booking urgent flights to the UK for a friend. Georgia was amazing, the person who needed the booking was spoken to beautifully by her. She explained everything and looked at different options to help keep costs down. She explained how to contact them if she had any issues or needed further support. Georgia absolutely helped our friend have a stress free travel home to be with her family.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the sever wind damage to trees and fences RACT does not take trees away only repairs fences

Positive experience: Went to get an international driving licence. Welcoming staff, took me about 20 minutes to get it ready (it will take less but the officer I attended was not familiar with it so called someone else to help).

Positive experience: Very helpful staff and great roomy area but the desks for service are cramped together in one corner and no room for seating if going as a couple and with no privacy to discuss matters with the staff member.

Positive experience: Very helpful staff and I liked that they told us about all the extras we can get by being a member of their roadside assistance program. We get a discount on fuel where we normally buy fuel from anyway and they have cards to use at Woolworths where you get more value in groceries than the cards cost. Plus movie tickets to the local cinema are cheaper from Ract. I only wanted roadside assistance but will probably end up saving enough on the extras to get back most, if not all, the money the membership costs.

Fantastic experience: What a great branch of the RACT. Were happy to go above and beyond when I needed an ID permit fast before an overseas holiday. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.
