Negative experience: Nice to see quite a number of people found the centre helpful. Though one entry comments on their disinterest in their job. I have stayed in many regional towns and cities and would rate Dubbo as by far the most unfriendly. Ranging from rude to disinterested to unhelpful and dismissive people. Thanks only to the first nations people celebrating a baby reveal in the park who were the only welcoming ones in town. Travel on through. You wont miss much

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delightful place to stop for friendly and informative info about Dubbo. My young teen son and I borrowed the disc golf set (which was great fun) and then got some info about other places to visit. There’s toilets and a small playground outside, plus it’s very close to Old Dubbo Gaol and a supermarket in the Main Street. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Visitor Centre was my first stop in Dubbo. Grace was very helpful in providing information and personal recommendations, as well as accessing information about my personal interests eg live music venues. A very worthwhile stop for visitors to Dubbo.

Fantastic experience: Hello, the last time I was here in Dubbo, I also made a small detour here. The Information Centre is about a 10-minute walk from the town center and is easily accessible. A very nice building located in the greenery. The staff was really friendly and polite, could provide very good information and was also very helpful. Here you can find all sorts of information about the city and the surrounding area. You can also get a ride to the zoo from here, which is a bit outside of town. There are also many souvenirs for sale, coffee to drink, and there are clean restrooms available. I was very satisfied with everything here, Dubbo is a nice small town and always worth a visit. Thank you very much for the good service.

Fantastic experience: If you need to know ow what’s going on Dubbo or where to cost when you are there, Visiter information center is the place to be. Very knowledgeable staff and full of information. It’s a must visit in Dubbo. Got myself an Emu toy and I love it.

Negative experience: Terrible coffee. Small cups, asked for extra hot coffee and got coffee "as got as the machine child do". The coffee was tasteless and barely Luke warm. Don't get the coffee. The rest of the store has nice souvenirs

Fantastic experience: A great information centre with plenty of brochures about the nearby area, particularly the nearby zoo. Their are also a large amount of souvenirs based on the attractions. One of the Pluto's from the Solar System Drive is located here.
