Negative experience: Have to admit we were disappointed with the staff at your branch. Need help with visas and the only help they gave us was to direct us to the correct sites. Have spoken to many other travellers going to Cambodia/Vietnam and they all said their travel agents helped them enormously with their visas. Our airline downgraded our seats from premium economy to economy and I rang Flight Centre Chirnside Park and the girl I spoke to said it would be pointless them ringing the airline as it was 4.30pm and there wouldn't be anybody there to answer the phone. Since found out the airline has a 24/7 help line, they advised us to go to the counter when we were going to board the plane and ask to be upgraded again. We used a travel agency as we find it hard to navigate travel arrangements on our own but in the end we had to do just that. It made our holiday very stressful as we were unsure if we had filled out the visa information correctly and whether we would get our premium economy seating that we had paid a very high price for back again. I can't honestly recommend your company to other people because of the way we were treated.

Negative experience: the bald guy (i think dan? manager?) can get quite in your face (spit also comes out of his mouth when he’s talking fast too). it was very unhygienic and unpleasant maybe he’s only like this when there’s some sort of disagreement tho cos i’ve seen a lot of 5* reviews for him edit: no, it was clearly me who was abused (i took spit damage)

Negative experience: Almost every time I have engaged them, whether it be by phone, email or in person they take forever to reply. The service standards are incredibly low. I sent an email two weeks ago, sent two more follow up emails and they have all gone unanswered. Be careful.
