Negative experience: Very unprofessional! I called them and asked about some packages in Europe and to give me some idea about hotels etc… The guy was on the phone asked for a $200 deposit to give some idea for what I need It was a $200 guarantee to make sure I will buy tickets from Persia Travel !! I never back again and was very disappointed with them. Update : I didn’t ask you for an itinerary at all, I only asked you about some hotels then you quickly interrupted me and mentioned that I need to give you a $200 deposit for that info! As you know customers get some info then compare it and finally purchase, but you push people to buy only from you even if they had a better offer!

Positive experience: Hi Persia Travel I do understand the refund problems during COVID period that mostly caused by some airlines, also I’m grateful for your efforts to return customer’s money; However, as your customer and after multiple follow ups, I expected you to send me a notification via SMS , call or email once the refund process got completed at your end. Although, I left you few emails, voice message and the contact number I haven’t heard anything back until you answered the call couple of weeks ago and said the money has been returned while ago !!! I think you could have informed your customers earlier proactively before they reach you out! as a gentle suggestion, you might be able to review your service process to the customers, to send an auto notification via email or SMS in similar situations. I think this can improve your customer experience , also can prevent unnecessary confusions and follow ups from customers end. I edited my rating to reflect more fair evaluation from my experience Good luck!

Negative experience: its one year which we have booked through these guys for a Carnival Cruise. due to COVID we cancelled two month later however still awaiting for the refund. i have contacted the cruise who have assured me they take maximum three months for refunds. however we are still waiting for this agency to provide us with our refund. also Cruise has advised and i have evident others which have directly booked through cruise have received their 100% refund in timely manner but these guys have advised me that they will not 100% refund me. I have proceed and escalated this issue with fair-trading. i will not go through them again and will also ensure no one lese dose as well.

Negative experience: I bought Qatar airways tickets from this agency, due to COVID flight cancellation, they refund me after 3 months but deduced 10 percent of ticket price. When I asked them they told me these are legal fees, while other agencies refund the money completely! Agency Manager said : if you bought tickets from Qatar airways directly, you would be refunded completely. So, I will never buy from this agency.

Negative experience: I last used their service 3 years ago(maybe 4?) At that stage, they had a friendly staff and they provided us a reasonable service and good tickets. Untill unfortunatly, we haven't been informed about our flight cancellation! And we had to spend another night overseas without any plan or reservation and from this side also we had to take un paid leave from work. At that stage nither the airline nor the agency took the responsibility!

Negative experience: I was provided with false information regarding the fare and availability of the tickets for emirates and Qatar airlines as the lady on the phone was trying to sell Oman air ticket. I checked both airlines websites immediately after and I found the tickets much cheaper. It was not professional!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful 4 weeks in Iran in April/May of 2019. The climate was ideal to enjoy outdoor activities and the many beautiful Spring gardens. One of the main reasons for the success of our trip was the planning we did with Reza but also the driver guides we had.The guides were really able to bring many of the attractions & places we visited to life. They were all very friendly, helpful and freely offered their local knowledge so that we were also able to most the most of our free time also. The cost of our trip was very cost effective when compared with tour companies when you consider it was only two of us travelling together.

Negative experience: Long Waiting Time, Always slow with computers and their emails, they don't take the calls regularly , probably they need to hire more people, and 1 person is NOT enough.

I booked my flight before apply for Dubai visa, I tried to apply for Visa just 2 days before my trip and all fight centers and Emirat flight center told me it is impossible so they refused me. I called to Persia travel for my problem. The friendly team helped me to get the visa in only 10 hours They are the best

Negative experience: We bought tickets from here last year, the tickets were well priced but the service was poor. Firstly, the lady who was working there wasn't aware of the code for the special combined Emirates+Fly Dubai offer. Although we have been given the details of the offer couple of days earlier by her colleague, she consistently denied. Eventually, the senior walked through the door and matter was resolved. Secondly, the man recommended to get us a visa reference from Iranian Immigration (requires sponsorship which he will offer that too). He claimed reference number will expedite the processes of getting a visa via the Embassy here and without one, we may be in difficulty. We had a few concerns which we raised and asked whether he is sure he can obtain a visa his way. He gave assurances that he has expertise in this area and that we are asking too many questions. Well, a week later, we were told they never worked with our passports/nationalities and that we may get totally rejected too! Luckily, the reference was obtained but it was delivered too late so it defeated its purpose. As a suggestion, don't buy a visa reference service because you'll be paying for a service that will not expedite anything. Instead, the embassy has a surchage for urgent applications. No, it is not an absolute requirement to have a reference number either. Thirdly, you can find cheaper online travel insurances than what they will be offering to you and never buy the slogan: "we are not making a profit on this". Any business not making a profit is a charity organization! To sum up this review, good ticket price but not an Australian-quality service.

Fantastic experience: I have travelled all my life but this was the trip of a lifetime. Iran is a great destination, and our trip was faultless. Many thanks Reza for you patience and for making possible this wonderful experience. I had intended this to be my last major trip but the whole 3 weeks was so wonderful and so stress-free, I have promised myself I will be back

Fantastic experience: Reza did a great job organising our visa, travel and accommodation at short notice. We shared some parts of our journey with another Australian couple which was good fun. Iran is a fascinating place and the people are very friendly. The guides were great, especially in Yazd (Bezhad) and Isfahan (Siavash). The traffic is crazy. The Abbasi hotel in Isfahan, and Zandieh hotel in Shiraz were excellent. The sleeper train to Tabriz was an adventure. Overall a great holiday althogh 2 days in Yazd wasn’t enough. It is good to plan free days for exploring where you can.

The drivers were excellent, expert at manoeuvring around Tehran's frantic traffic. Reza arranged almost a complete experience of Iran in a few short days, and whilst this is not what most travellers want, he diligently organised all pickups, guides who would spend double the hours for our few days at a very reasonable price.
