I came in with a last-minute travel request, and Lauren handled it with such professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. She took the time to walk me through the best available flight and accommodation options, all at a great price. Negative experience: Booked my ticket,paid and flying next day but Ankit never send us ticket after despite emails,i ve to call 4 time to get my ticket. Big thankx to Adam who send me my Ticket and called me to double check. Thankx to Ankit for his bad service,Good luck to flight center they may loose alot of clients coz of this trouble.

She provides a friendly efficient service and truly very professional and competent on what she is doing. We always receive an excellent service all around. Fantastic experience: Sophie is the absolute best travel agent. She got us a great deal on flights for our Europe Honeymoon and offered us so much advice on where to go, how long to spend in each city, and getting between the places. She is invaluable and always so willing to help with the big and small parts of our trip. We have also spoken with Lauren when Sophie isn't working and she has offered us her advice and help even when I understand we are not her clients so could've just left it for Sophie to help with. Would not book anywhere else, I can't get that service on the internet and honestly why waste my time and energy when FC always gives me the same or better price?

Negative experience: DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS AS GIFTS FOR ANYONE My parents purchased me and my new wife a voucher of $1000 as a wedding day gift. We went to buy tickets to go to Perth but they almost doubled the cost of the price. We ended up using it to hire a car after just paying for our tickets to fly and we played $2000 for a hire car for 12 days plus $30 a day for 2 baby seats. I could have hired the car for $1000. This is disgusting and should be illegal if it isn't already ESSENTIALLY MY MOTHER AND FATHER JUST HANDED 1K TO FLIGHT CENTRE FOR MY WEDDING. I am furious. SUCH A FOUL ACT.

Negative experience: I have walked into this store 3 times trying to get some prices for a upcoming trip. I find the staff are not interested to help, first time I waited over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged, I ended up leaving without asking a question. Second time, I was finally attended to by one of the staff members, he wasn’t really helpful and wasn’t engaging as the tickets where not available yet for my time of travel, due this, I felt that he wasn’t interested in answering the questions we have for our next international trip. The third time, tickets a now available however the staff member was looking at prices for me, he did but ask me to take a seat so I was asking about pricing whilst I was standing, he the then proceeded to take a call regarding another clients tickets, did not excuse himself. He let me wait while he was organising someone else’s tickets, no eye contact, I was totally ignored so I left. He still was not acknowledging me, when I said I will be leaving. I am very disappointed for the way I have been treated at this store, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I expect better then this when I am trying to book international holiday. Do not recommend this flight centre store in Glen Waverley. Please go to a store that is willing to treat you like a customer deserves to be treated. Zero Customer Service.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Flight Centre for years and will keep doing so thanks to Sophie and team - I'm also very happy with your CEO for speaking out against the lock out of QATAR airlines extra flights request which adds to inflation and less competition - The team and Flight Centre always knows i would always push to fly QANTAS - i would like to say this to the new CEO of QANTAS -lift your game- reduce prices and upgrade your ageing fleets to keep up with other competitors and refund the $500 million dollars of credit vouchers back to those hard working Australians as Flight Center did during the pandemic - flight Centre got my whole $50k or so BACK when we could not travel due to COVID - i think everyone has forgotten about this.Well done all round. We booked to fly to Perth last October and because of succumbing to Covid we were not able to take the flights. Negative experience: Worst office of people I've ever approached for a price. Felt discrimated by a male staff member because im chubby . Didn't have the time of day for me. And then when I rang to speak to a manager she didn't believe me and didn't care about what happened

Fantastic experience: Cassandra Carnevale from Flight Centre did our travel bookings to Auckland and she did a fantastic job with a slightly cheaper price too. This was the first time we went with Cassandra and we had no problems from the start. Our flight was cancelled on our return journey and Qantas put us on a flight 3 days later but Cassandra did an amazing job by putting us on a much earlier fight. Would recommend Cass for all your travel bookings.

Positive experience: They did a good job

Negative experience: After using flight centre for years, sad to say we will never use them again. They are more then helpful when they know they will get a booking and receive commission, however when it comes to aftercare or following up on travel vouchers or refunds they don't try very hard at all. It wasn't even worth escalating or putting in a complaint to Customer Care as they could not care less. After almost 3 years and contacting the airline myself I have now received the travel voucher I was entitled to.

Negative experience: Terrible service, staff really not interested in serving. I checked the website and it said it opened at 9am. On arrival at 9.20am, there was a big barrier across the business door (see photo). The sign said trading hours were from 9am. I asked the lady inside if they were open and she said 9.30am. I pointed out that the sign said 9am and she said they were having a staff meeting. No smile, no "we shall be with you soon". She just was not interested in her job. Will not be back.

Positive experience: I dealt with Lauren Patton who was very helpful. She was professional, quick with her responses and generally sorted out a few issues we had with booking a flight with Royal Brunei to the UK. We had a problem with the airline with type of credit card we could use, reservation of seats on the plane and frequent flier numbers. All were efficiently dealt with by Lauren in a very friendly manner. Note all communication was by email as telephone communication was not the best and person to person visits were restricted to appointments only, I assume due to lack of personnel due to COVID.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to see Lauren Patton for a few years now over the course of several holidays and she's just a dream. Her experience, personality and attitude is just so refreshing and awesome to experience. She sorts it all out (visas, car hire, accommodation, train tickets), tells us all the right tips, keeps us informed of any changes to the booking (i.e. If the flight changes by 15 minutes), laughs with us about our past holiday experiences and shares her own experiences and knowledge.. Just invaluable. Couldn't imagine booking a holiday on my own these days. The other staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: we're still seeing Lauren many years later and we are still very happy with all of her wonderful work!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! The ladies in the shop has the worst attitude. I make an appointment at 1:20pm and waited around. When i went at 12:00pm, the lady said she cannot see me until 3:30pm!

Every time we have contacted her she has been extremely helpful , capable, patient and friendly. We found her to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and open to finding travel options just right for us. When we were flying overseas just after Australian borders were opened in late 2021, Cassandra worked tirelessly to book alternative flights when ours were cancelled several times. She took the stress out of our travels and gave us great confidence with her knowledge and abilities. She answered all our queries quickly and if she didn't know the answer, she found out and informed us promptly. We think Cassandra deserves top marks for her fantastic level of customer service.
