Negative experience: Pretty unhappy with the service from Bec. We were unable to travel to the US due to a Visa issue. I booked flights for my brother through Air Canada and I requested assistance from Bec and Shareen and I was told numerous times that one of them would contact Air Canada to see if they could assist with our issue. No return phone call and I am certain that they did not contact the airline. Happy to take the booking and money for flights but no happy to help when needed. I ended up dealing with another staff member at another flight centre who helped me find some options.

Fantastic experience: Daniel Coles (Store Manager) Flight Centre Sunshine Plaza was extremely helpful when putting together a 5 night package including flights, airport transfers, hotel accomodation and meal package for two of us ladies to Sydney for New Year. We also told him we were going to book tickets for the Rock The House Concert at the Opera House and offered to do that for us too. Very helpful and interested in us as clients. Central Hotel so we could walk to everything including buses and ferries at Circular Quay and New Year’s Eve festivities. Thank you for making it an unforgettable 5 days Daniel.

We had nearly purchased airfares ourselves but when walking past Flight Centre while shopping at Sunshine Plaza, we thought let's just pop in and ask if there is a way within our budget that we can see more of the world whilst travelling to to Norway. They are punctual, helpful, knowledgeable and the true travel professionals. During Covid, I had a major trip cancelled and FC arranged all the refunds etc without any problems. For Customer Service its one of the best that I deal with compared with Banks, Insurances, Telephones, etc.
