Negative experience: Sahara travels doesn’t exists it is a empty shop and next door is a barber shop

Negative experience: I called this business twice for a quote on flights. 1 man said that he would call me back with some prices, but I didn't receive a call. I then tried again and left a message on their answering machine, but no return call once again. I won't waste my time with this company again, as the service is non-existent.

Negative experience: Wrong address, do not waste your time trying to find them in Thomastown. I have tried to call them multiple times and after one hour I found out that they are in Sydney.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with them .they are very selfish .I recommend to all don’t book your tickets with them.they are so rude that one star is nothing for them .if u have any quarries they said we will let you .money is everything for them

Negative experience: Very frustrating experience! Booked tickets for my parents and had to cancel them as sadly, my dad passed away. It’s been more than four months and I’m still chasing them for refund/ credit information. This guy Harman keep saying I let you know soon. Talked to qantas airline directly and they said they can help if I give them E-ticket. This dodgy people from Sahara travels won’t even give me E-ticket. Instead now asking for my parents marriage proof to assist me further. What a Joke! Please stay away from this company!

Fantastic experience: Very kind and helpful staff. Bikram was very patient listening to my ever changing requirements regarding dates, provided me the economical options all the time. And on top of that they are not like other travel agents who will sometime force you to book the ticket right there on the call. Bikram did hold my tickets for the whole day and was able to wait for me to make the payment by end of the day. I have booked tickets with them twice and will definitely do the business with them again.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. We booked few flights with Sahara travels. They didnt inform about the delay and preponed flights. When you call reception, Harman answered the phone and said he is trying to sort out the issue and didnt get any update from Qantas. Dont ever book flights with this Travel agency.

Fantastic experience: Called their office number at 11.05pm on Tuesday. I was referred to them by a friend as I was told about Mr Gill's and his colleague, Aditya, compassionate service to help his customers at anytime of the day/night. I was surprised they answered the phone even that late at night. Due to family emergency, I had to book 5 tickets one way to Delhi and Mr Gill provided such a empathetic customer service. I explained him the situation and he was awake till 12am so he could sort out the tickets. I didn't even have to worry about the cost of the tickets as I knew Mr Gill will do his best to provide the best possible fare. Mr Gill called me today to ask about my family and I was touched by his caring attitude. I will be happy to recommend Sahara to all my friends and family. Thank you Sahara Travels.
