Negative experience: One of the staff members in this store was rude to my nanna who just wanted some advice!! Shameful!!!

Excellent communication and really listened to what we wanted to experience and tailored a trip to match! Flights, Accomodation and Experiences were totally organised and stress free! Fantastic experience: Travel Consultant Dani Spero was absolutely fantastic, as she help book my Disneyland holiday, with her help, she was able to get better prices on flights and accommodation and made the whole ordeal so much easier than if I did it myself. Negative experience: Very Poor customer service. Have been there a few times yet still no improvements. Was told once that they will send through a quote. Not a singles response

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I went in yesterday to get a quote for our upcoming Tasmanian Holiday. Dani Spero seved us and 2 hours later we walked out all booked in with Flights , accomodation, and a couple of excursions. Dani was very patient , explored all options for us and answered all our questions. Nothing was a problem for her. We walked out feeling like we had just made a new friend.

Although the price quoted by her was more than my own search I booked my tickets with Flight Centre as part of the extra cost included the Captain’s Pack which is a small safety net for lost baggage.

Negative experience: Poor service from the start. Wanted to book a holiday. Was refused service because it was 7:20pm and they close at 8pm. Was told to make an appointment and come back! Diden't even offer the make the appointment for me. Just told no and too bad. Well i won't be coming back, ill take my business elsewhere because you obviously don't need or want it.

Simone Atkins spoke to her customer and approached me explaining the hectic time I had arrived, handed me her business card and asked me to contact her to arrange a time or obtain more information. I decided on a destination for my family holiday and sought her help some months later. She was so accommodating, responded to emails in a timely manner and found us the best price. Assisted in applying for the 24months interest free application and responded after hours. I was so impressed I actually offered her a job myself. She went above and beyond!. What a brilliant representative for your business... give this woman a promotion!!

Haleigh helped us with the planning, the hotels in LA, gave us suggestions that we took on board that made the holiday perfect for us. We also had Simone help us with hiring the perfect car and booking our vegas hotel (which was absolute luxury for an amazing price). We had the best time and we will definitely be booking our future holidays with flight centre Orion. Specifically with either Haleigh or Simone. Three friends and I were looking to book a cruise for a birthday and Ashlee spent so much time answering all our questions and explaining the whole process. I was worried about being dismissed or ignored as we are all 18 but that wasn’t the case in the slightest. Not only did we book the cruise we wanted but we had a wonderful chat with our agent and it made me feel so much better about planning this trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: I went to Rubi Ross to book a cruise and gave the price of 1970 dollars for 5 people and said that you can come in two days for confirmation, that is on Friday. When I went on Friday at 9:15 in the morning, they tried to sell me another place that has a balcony, but I said that I want the one that I talked about two days ago, but Rubi Rossgot very angry and said that I have the same balcony. Very bad customer service
