Months after my original booking, I rang him again and wanted to upgrade to premium economy, no problem whatsoever. Then a month later I wanted to surprise my sisters and upgrade them too without them knowing till they got to the airport. Not only did he get us an upgrade to premium economy at no extra fee but he has been excellent in getting a good seats when Air India separated us for reasons unknown. I would highly recommend Flight Centre and especially Roger Hunter.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the painless (for us) planning of our travels. Roger was able to quickly plan every step of our journey. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. We had to do nothing. His cheerful disposition lifted our spirits each time we spoke.

Fantastic experience: We had to arrange flights back to the UK at very short notice and Balveer came to the rescue. What a pleasant young man who was so sympathetic and understanding of our situation. Spent the time to explain all the ins and outs of the flight including travel insurance + visa info. To sum up Balveer is the best travel consultant I've had the pleasure of dealing with and being 70 years old I've dealt with a few.

She is always so friendly - as though we were her only clients; but we know she is always busy. This week she got flights for our trip - quick to respond and works with all our requests. She feels like a friend, not just a travel agent. She's the best.

Negative experience: Terribly incompetent when it comes to booking international flights with multiple stops. So many stuff ups that became apparent during the trip. Communication was already poor before we even left and I had to go into the store to get any sort of information regarding our bookings and changes that were made by the airline. They couldn't help anyways because they didn't know how their own app worked. The travel recommendations we were given were poorly researched and of poor value. Definitely wouldn't recommend for booking international flights, hotels and tours.
