Negative experience: I would not recommend them, donot buy ticket from them, they are not trust worthy. I bought a ticket (thainairways) last December, a Few days prior.to the departure from sydeny to delhi, they called me and asked for another $400 to book the same flight. They were blaming thai airways and thai airways told me your agent did not act as per their code of conduct. So please donot buy any special deal from them. Thanks

I was so busy, if it were any other person would have just left and not bothered to help out. But he was so patient and was always in contact. Cancellation process was smooth without any trouble. It was handled well by Kajal. We don’t have to email back and forth chasing status. Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a ticket from Flight Champion at a much lesser price than on all the airlines websites. I had to cancel the ticket at the last moment. 5 stars to Kajal who actively looked into the request, prioritized it and dealt with it very patiently. I didn't have to follow up and negotiate on the refund. This is quite contrary to other travel agents, especially when it comes to refunds. Recommend these guys over other agents.

Negative experience: Be aware of these people. The manager is so rude in assisting the queries. Please don’t get carried away by the promotions they offer to you. It happened to me in my recent travel. I lost my two baggage’s in my travel both ways. I asked the team to cancel or change my return flight back to Australia to save my luggage but they denied. I lost my baggage again and they are very reluctant in helping the customers once they receive the full amount. It’s a good lesson learnt. They will be at back of you until you book with them and that’s it. Please book with the airlines directly atleast they can give you refund or take the responsibility. Never go with these people again.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with flights champion travel agent. They do not refund the money and take extra money for refund against the terms and conditions and reschedule options will be with another big amount. Please please think twice before you book the flight ticket with them. Finally they paid the refund after one year of constant messages, emails and phone calls from me. Even though singapore airlines cancelled the flight in January 2022, flight champions agent charged me 350 dollars. Their explanation for taking the money is very vague. I copied the message from flight champions in brackets (Refund policy depends upon airlines, booking classes and other scenarios) Their refund policy states 150 dollars. But I didn't cancel the ticket. Airlines cancelled the flight. I paid 350 dollars to agent without any reason. During this one year period, I gone through lot of emotional stress because of their delay in paying the amount. I couldn't able to travel to India as i paid huge amount for the ticket and didn't get back until december 23rd. Flight champions agency is a fraud champion. I do not recommend for any customers.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GUYS!!! They rip me off for first ticket. I found out about it. They did not give me refund and gave me credit for next ticket booking. When I wanted to buy ticket they charged me extra and when I present the credit they said its not valid. They will hang up the phone if they can't deal with the customer. DO NOT BOOK A TICKET WITH THEM!
