Negative experience: Feeling very let down by the inadequate customer service, lack of communication and explanations given here by staff, especially over the phone. I was cut short on two calls to be told we're busy and another call was never resolved. After spending $10k you think someone would act in their area of expertise, but no such luck, could have done it all myself cheaper and less stressed. Try other agencies and shop around. Flight Centre is not what it used to be.

Negative experience: the worst services, ample time for cancellation of ticket was their. they are thieves in the name of cancellation policy took a major chunk of the price paid for international flight ticket. will never book with them ever

We had 3 months away...drove the Trans Canada Highway across Canada and back,zig zaggijg in and out of the USA along the way, then cruised to Alaska, drove up to and past the Arctic Circle, and saw the Northern Lights so much that they we got sonused to them being there!. We then flew back to Canada via the USA to wind down before stopping in the Philippinnes on the way home...what a trip! Chantelle went above and beyond for us! Our business class trip perfect and Chantelle arranged what we asked of her so our trip went like clockwork! We have travelled the world and have never ever had a travel agent like Chantelle! Negative experience: Went to the store to talk about booking a trip. Were asked to come back in 20 minutes, when a staff member would be there and could see us. Came back, and found that person had an appointment booked and no one was available. If we’d initially been told to book an appointment, we would have as this would have avoided us wasting our time waiting around, then not seeing anyone anyway. Will look at any agency to book our trip.

Positive experience: Alana was very patient with me as I made quite a few changes to our itinerary the holiday was great we ended up booking our own accommodation when staying in the UK and rome .. the mediterranean cruise via MSC although the ship was clean I would not recommend it for English speaking people & I advised flight center of this as it's mainly caters to Italian and Spanish speakers only ... we would be happy to plan & discuss any future travel plans & flights with this company & recommend Alana as she presented as friendly patient and professional in her role.

Fantastic experience: We recently walked into Helensvale Flight Centre as 2 naive people who'd never been over seas before and had no idea what we were doing or where to start. We saw Lisa who was incredibly patient with us. She really listened to our priorities and requests and helped us plan a holiday that we now can't wait to go to. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she made the process fun, having quite a few laughs with us in the midst of our planning and even gave us travelling tips etc. She always got in touch with us quickly when we emailed and was happy to help and answer any of our silly questions. We can't recommend her enough!

Negative experience: From the beginning, we were bounced from travel agent to travel agent. Booked our business class flights and paid a deposit on our accommodation, only to find out three months later there was no accommodation booked and in that time the price had gone up $3k. We let them recommend comprehensive travel insurance in case anything happened. And just were notified by Qantas that our flights had to be downgraded to economy. We booked business coz my husband has back problems thinking he would be able to stretch out. (last time we flew Economy) contacted Flight Centre to find us an alternative because why else book a travel agent....and they gave us two options both involved paying between $3.5k-$6.7k to change airlines or waiting until 25th of September for an available flight. We ended up contacting Covermore ourselves and they wouldn't cover us because Qantas had changed the aircraft (but if we missed the flight or it was cancelled we could be covered which is stupid). Anyhow we ended up spending two and a bit hours on the phone to Qantas and managed to get on a Jetstar flight earlier in the day for no extra cost, so why couldn't flight centre organise that? Instead our island tour was wrecked because we spent most of it trying to organise new flights. love to be reminded as to why use a travel agent from Flight Centre when we ended up having to sort it all ourselves anyway. Flight Centre's way of an apology was 'it was a very busy day in sfore' and will take learnings from it.
