Fantastic experience: I am really impressed with Willows Fight Centre. I did go get a quote from another travel agent to compare and Flight Centre was definitely the better deal (saved between $500-$1200 per person per flight). Nadine has been really great, knowledgeable, fun to talk and plan with and very prompt in email responses after our initial in person session. We still have our accommodation and activities to finalise but I know this is going to be easy and within our budget with Nadine at the helm. The general atmosphere and workplace comradery of Willows Flight Centre was uplifting, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Negative experience: Went in store and were told to come back in an hours time, to which we happily obliged. Came back to sit down with someone who then stated they could not help us, and even though there was another worker who was then free and offered to take us, she continued to pass us onto the assistant manager. The assistant manager emailed us once, and I then had to continuously follow up about a response to even begin organising a quote (1 month after our first inquiry). She responded that she would get back to me by the end of the week with a quote. 2 weeks passed and I sent another follow up email to receive an automatic reply that she is now on holidays for 2 weeks. Extremely unhappy with the service and will not be using this flight centre again.

Fantastic experience: Nadine provided incredible customer service when I visited her at the Willows Flight Centre. She listened to my needs and expectations and was able to book flights for me to Europe. Her friendly manner put my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Nadine was very thorough in her search for the best flights with the shortest stopovers. I was so grateful for all her advice. She was also able to recommend Travel Insurance and accommodation options. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I will definitely return to see Nadine for my next travel adventure.

Fantastic experience: My Flight Centre Agent is Riki Lee. I've asked Riki for her help for 3 years running now and I can't recommend her and her professionalism enough. The experience and knowledge she brings to the table,for me is 10 out of 10. She has answered all my questions instantly, provided me all the travel information I need to know for where I'm going, and has sorted any issues i may have with flight changes promply.I'm very happy, confident, and impressed with the service provided to me. Her co-workers are also a pleasure to deal with. Polite, happy and professional. I highly recommend Riki and the Flight Centre team.

Negative experience: Flights and holidy has been a complete shambles. From changed flights , to a cruise that destination change, cancelled flight after boarding needing to book and pay for another flight so the we didnt miss the cruise, unable to contact the travel agent or recieve phone calls back have to email the correct invoices 5 and 6 times. Insurance was booked and payed for but i was not an authorised agent to discuss any of my policy. We can not reject the adjusted flights from virgin because we didnt book them and 24hr contact number doesnt deal with instore bookings. Dont waste your time they dont know what they are doing they are not interested in resolving matters once the payment has been made. Insurance policy needed to be adjusted now that is no longer an over seas cruise. Why would anyone bother using a travel agent if 1 not the cheapest price, problems you have to try and sort them yourself but cant cause you didnt book and the so called problem solving that should be done by the agents. We gave ourselves extra time to arrive before and that has been the only reason we will make out cruise. Not a recommendation by the store. Could not see us ever booking through an agent from here again. Bookings and insurance should be reimbursed but according to their faqs page this can be 12 weeks that has put us out of pocket hundreds of dollars for our holiday. Making this which was our first overseas holiday after 25 year annaversay which has been an unacceptable and disgraceful experiance one which we didnt even get to do after paying thousands and extras and we are pissed. Do not book expecting them to know what they are doing or how to provide you what where and even when you are travelling and gid fobid there are problems.

She has been excellent in helping me to plan my holiday and have every aspect of the trip planned to make it easier for me to just enjoy the holiday. She listened to what we were after, and found a hotel on the Flight Centre listings that matched perfectly. Because she had already travelled to Japan, she was able to discuss the types of hotels available with us. Some rooms are the size of shoe boxes! She found a larger room that also had a small kitchenette, table and chairs and sofa. We’re looking forward to our trip.
