Sent messages to both social media platform and no answer. Drove over 2hours return from other side of town because of rate on website and best price guarantee. I want to sell EUR rate on website 0.6054 Rate in person 0.6658 I want to buy KRW rate on website 877.6951 Rate in person 714.2857 Mid rate 912.4087 21.7% difference with mid rate Asked about their price guarantee and showed a live website of competitor and said no.

Negative experience: Can't purchase online with message listed about pandemic. How old is that? Then when go to store they say rates may differ and non fees. How does an online exchange rate of 165 aud for 100 euro suddenly change in store to 179 aud. Clearly they have fees.

Negative experience: Don't even exchange here if you want to exchange cash. Online rate is high however only for transfer when you have oversea accounts. The cash rate is way too low then Travelex. I won't recommend here at all. I got rip off over $50!!!

Negative experience: appalling service. i went here first to ask the japanese Yen rate. the lady told me 37,000 and showed me on the calculator. I then went to a different exchange place and that offered me less. So back i went here to get the better rate. I had already paid my money and she said “34,000” i told her no you said 37,000 a couple minutes ago. She lied and told me it was always 34,000 when it was not. Don’t go here they will stitch you up and lie.

Negative experience: In-store rates aren't listed on their website, called the number advertised and was told that they'd beat competitor rates if I made my way into a branch. At the branch, I was offered a poor rate, gaslit and told that the competitor rates weren't real and that their rate was already very generous. I left and got 3% more somewhere else.
