Fantastic experience: I have recently had great experience booking my flights with Flights Guru. The prices were competitive and better than what I could obtain from other sources. I want to make a special mention of Mehak (Ext# 1012) who was very responsive and assisted me for the flights but also went above and beyond by providing step by step guidance on Sri Lanka transit visa process. She contacted the Airline multiple times to make sure my hotel booking is confirmed and vouchers were ready before the flight. Mehak was also contactable through Watsapp in case I was busy and could not call. I would highly recommend booking flights through them to ensure all other requirements other than the flights are also taken care of in an efficient manner. They have good knowledge of cost-efficient travel options and can make arrangements at short notice.

Fantastic experience: Booked a flight to Pakistan in a couple of days; had great support from Sofia who helped through the process.

Negative experience: Booking process was smooth but I did confirm few times about luggage change from Delhi in air india but I always got answer that we don't have to change luggage or change airport. Travelling through Air india is worse decision. I have to literally run from one airport to other in Delhi with my mum and my little son. Hold was 3 hours. Flight guru was lying about luggage transfer, they should notify passengers true face of Air line. Also entertainment screen wasn't working during depart and arrival time in Air india from Delhi to Sydney. Travel time is 12-13 hours .Don't recommend Air india and Flight guru.

In the beginning it was very good but after booking wrong info was provided about srilankan Airlines hotel booking. Airlines changed the dates and a representative from flights guru contacted me and asked 100$/ticket for changing though it was airlines problem. I refused and then he booked without money.

Booked a ticket through flight guru with air canada fro sydney to san fransisco via vancouver i asked Mehak upon booking that do i need transit visa for canada and they said no ..!! on the day of flight air canada didnt allow me to board the flight due to no transit visa of canada ..!! i called flight guru again nd again and they did nothing..!! while on my return they did nothing only the answer was this is not our fault and i have to book a new flights on the spot...!!! every time i called they said we are doing on it but end of the day Mehak said nothing we can do with that because tickets was non refundable...!!!! such a disgusting experience with these guys
