Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this agent for booking flight tickets. Chaithanya Chauhan helped me book tickets twice. I had to book tickets with extra luggage and when I tried booking myself online I was unable to do it. Chaithanya booked my flight as per my requirements, the date given by me when the ticket was affordable and added extra luggage. They also have payment options which can be paid in two instalments with 1 week time. They always book tickets as per requirements, just have to say them clearly. I took 40 to 50 minutes to explain what I need and they did it very well. Thank you so much Chaithanya.

Negative experience: I have booked earlier with this travel agency and had not faced issues. But recently when I booked with them, I really had a very bad experience. I was dealing Aarti and then Lovely for issues. The airlines has changed my flights with huge transit times in between due to operational reasons (bookings done in 6th sep & changes made on 08 Nov) without any notice. When repeatedly checked with Aarti to assist on this, wrong and unconfirmed information was being relayed to me. I directly spoke to multiple airlines(Qantas & Indigo) to help resolve this issue. Indigo has confirmed free cancellation either oneway or full tickets without any deductions while I was being provided wrong information on this by Aarti & Lovely while I have to put airlines on conference call with travel agents(Anita was available) confirming free cancellation either oneway or both ways. Once proceeded for full cancellation, I was told by Aarti that only $4512 being refunded while I paid $5282. I was asked to directly check with Airlines and airlines confirmed along with the website proof of full refund without any deductions the total amount paid to them in INR was fully refunded which is INR 2,47,599. When asked this back to travel agents, they pretend innocent and mentioned airline only refunded $4512. Total ouf $770 were being charged to me for nothing, I am waiting for the full refund of not, happy to take further with legal actions against them. I have been chasing airlines since beginning on this without much help from travel agents. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING TO AVOID ANY ISSUES.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have bought my India tickets with them, my husband just put in an inquiry , late evening and we got a call next day from siddharth . Negative experience: Service is brilliant but charged $184 for just name change before the ticket was even finalised. Very disappointed with this tactic. The staff is great but has supervisor pressure probably or owner.

Negative experience: "I found this company through a Facebook Marketplace ad. I was assisted by a girl named Thanuj, who seemed clever. After speaking with her for 12 days, I decided to buy a ticket. However, the account name she provided was no longer available on Google. She asked me to deposit $150, which I did. She finalized the ticket, but the next day, when I transferred the full amount, she made excuses and asked me to wait another 2-3 hours for the ticket. Eventually, I asked for my money back, and she said she could only return a partial amount. The final ticket issued had a 5.5-hour layover, but the day before, she told me it would be 2.5 hours. I'm unsure if the ticket was even issued by the airline. I do not recommend this company—please be cautious."

Negative experience: ****STAY AWAY from MyTickets to India** Please read this review before booking with them. I booked my tickets through MyTickets to India because they were offering a better deal. However, when I called to change my booking to another day, they charged me an additional $800 as a change fee, despite telling me at the time of booking that the first change would be free, with only the fare difference to be paid. And When the airline canceled the flight, I received no communication from them. I had to constantly follow up, and they took advantage of the situation by asking for another $780 to cancel and process a refund or to wait for another 2 weeks to hear back from them (which was about 1 week away from my scheduled departure date) . If you're thinking of saving a few bucks by booking with MyTickets to India, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Please STAY AWAY, especially if you're traveling with family and have more than one ticket booked. IT'S A RIP-OFF. Response to MyTickets to India’s reply (below). Appreciate MyTickets to India acknowledging my review. I received a call from one of your agents regarding my feedback. As I mentioned to your agent over the phone, please review my call recordings to fully understand the unnecessary stress and headaches this issue caused me. I'm not comfortable sharing my personal information publicly (such as phone numbers or names), but you already have my details on record since you contacted me just a few minutes ago. For anyone reading this review, I want to share that when I contacted the airline directly about the issue caused by MyTickets to India and the additional charges MyTickets to India asked me to pay, the Airlines arranged an alternative flight on the same day then and there without asking for additional money or creating any complications. Response to your (MyTickets to India) second reply. Please stop spreading lies across . I’ve been charged $800 for a date change initially , I’ve not been contacted by any of MyTicket to India staff when my flight was cancelled . I only got to know that from Airlines directly, I have not received any email regarding anything from your team. And regarding you asking me to be patient , the customer care of My Tickets to India told me they will call back in 30 mins the first time, 3 hours , 12 hours, one week and two weeks the later . There’s no consistency whatsoever and you take customers as a JOKE.
