Fantastic experience: Could not of been happier with the service!

Positive experience: Always good. We've used NETC for almost thirty years and It's never disappointed. Problems with a strike in Frankfurt airport while trying to leave Russia and then getting home (and refunds) from Edinburgh during COVID demonstrated the value of using a travel agent rather than on-line bookings.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't travel with lots at stake without their help. These guys are truly peace of mind to add to your journey. They understand the systems of travel deeply. They are a lifeline and a must. I have stood at the airport discussing tickets with airline staff in Sydney flying out internationally. Because of changes I had to make there was some confusion. I was able to stand my ground and trust they were there. Craig knew the "deeper magic" behind the systems he was right it was all there.
