Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with My Flight Zone for over two decades for my flights to Sri Lanka, and with the same travel consultant for most of that time. I save time by sending an email to the consultant with my intended travel dates and he gets back to me within minutes. I find them to be very efficient and competitive in pricing. Just before I contacted them, I looked through Sky Scanner to get a price guide for my return flight to Sri Lanka in two weeks time, then I called My Flight Zone and the price through My Flight Zone was just 2/3rd of the price online price for the same flight, what’s more it was for a flight that was only 10 days advance booking. I also find it very convenient that My Flight Zone keeps my personal details in the system so that I don’t need to supply it every time.

Negative experience: Never ever go with this people. They did very unprofessional bad things to me . I booked 4 tickets from Melbourne to Colombo then same day ( 4 hours time)Colombo to Abu Dhabi and they haven’t connect the flights. Then we have to go out from the airports and came back as a new passengers( my mum 72 my daughter 1 year old ) my wife and me. And also we had to take visa from Sri Lankan immigration. When I call my flight zone they told me that I didn’t request. What a bunch of idiots. After I contacted them they started not to answer to my phone calls and once answered the call was going conner to Conner . Even at least they didn’t apologise us. I am going to pass this message to my 5000 friends all over Australia. And also going to contact consumer affairs soon. WARRNING !!!! Do NOT USE THIS TICKET AGENCY.

After receiving a quote, we were inundated with calls from their team, often at inconvenient times, including early mornings. Even after booking our flight and requesting seat reservation information, our emails were ignored. To our surprise, we discovered that the ticket price we paid was higher than what was listed on the airline's website.
