Negative experience: I recently underwent surgery with RBG, while what they “sell” you with all their models isn’t what you get if you don’t want to have your face flashed all over their social media accounts. There was numerous red flags through out my experience - when I arrived late 8pm Bali time I was not greeted with luxury transfers to my hotel, or any transfers for that matter. I was left at airport calling both Wully (who I never actually met at all during my stay) and Made the driver with no assistance. I made my own arrangements to get to my hotel. - I underwent a breast augmentation and scar revision of previous scar on abdomen. During zoom consult Dr Jenisa informed me she would make incisions from sides of breasts to make sure she doesn’t disrupt the breast tissue and nipple blood supply from previous surgery’s on surgery day she made different incision sites. - there was very minimal follow up to me after surgery and discharge. I felt the company and hospital was more interested in how they could promote surgery rather than actually doing the surgery. - 2 days after discharge I became increasingly dizzy and couldn’t even get up, I started to bleed from incision sites both left and right. I notified the RBG consultants and it wasn’t until I asked if there was support they offered to send a doctor. I later found out that it was a public holiday in Indonesia. I believe I should have had a follow up appointment earlier than I did. - I had a check up with Dr Jenisa 21/11 and she gave me all clear to fly there was no further imaging or testing done. - flew home and had fever and chills, increasing pressure feeling in my chest felt “off” and presented to ED in Australia. 24/11 sent home with strong antibiotics. - 27/11 woke up to change dressings and my right breast started gushing with blood, I counted 3 hand fulls plus my towel and shorts I was wearing soaked with blood. I was taken back to ED where imagining found 2 hematoma’s one on each breast. - as it stands now I’m still in hospital on IV antibiotics, I’ve now missed an extra week of work myself and my husband has also to care for our kids. I’m looking at potentially having to have gone through this entire ordeal for nothing as the implants may still have to be removed. Overall, if I had read even an honest review like this and not just all the models RBG has plastered over Instagram I would have thought twice about using them and would of just stayed In Australia, financially I am no better off and my recovery has been horrific in comparison to any previous surgery’s I’ve had. Save up and use a Local surgeon where you will get the support post op.

I felt safe and well looked after by the team and it made my procedure seamless. Everything was well organised and patient focused. My health needs and comfort were totally cared for I was thoroughly informed every step of the way. It was clean, well organised and NO beeping machines all day and night. The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. I turned up to my consultation with Dr Indra thinking that I could pull out because why would I see a surgeon in Bali and then realised that if I saw a surgeon in Australia I wouldn’t know him any better. But Dr Indra has great reviews and I discovered for myself why that is. I am delighted with the outcome. He is super professional with a lovely manner. He followed my progress all the way and seriously addressed my health needs. I was also referred in house to an internist who was also extremely professional and experienced. Positive experience: I would like to share my positive experience with RBG. I decided right from the start I would like support on this journey as I would be travelling alone! I made contact & everything happened smoothly with arrangements starting straight away! I sent photos, paid a fee & was then given a date with Dr Astri for FL/NL the following July giving me time to save & organise accommodation & flights. Time went quickly & then I was contacted re paperwork & lots of information on what to expect! I was met in Bali & had support from the time I arrived with transport to all appointments, surgery & checkups. Wully went over & above to make sure you are stress free & fully informed the whole time. Fantastic experience: I had a BL and BA with Restored Beauty! They made the process so easy. From organising all my pre surgery appointments to airport and hotel transfers. The staff at PPSI were so lovely and friendly! Dr Jib had great knowledge and knew exactly what he was talking about. Fantastic experience: Just went over for breast augmentation with Dr jib, I’m day 7 post op now and feeling great, the experience was great! Very professional & I felt so safe and well looked after, the nurses at PPSI are amazing. Fantastic experience: I chose to go through Restored Beauty Getaways when I decided to have Cosmetic Surgery. I researched hard beforehand and can honestly say the experience has blown my mind! Going through Restored Beauty Getaways, simplified the whole experience. If I needed to ask questions, Hayley in QLD was there, from the start. All i had to do, was plan my beautiful holiday with my husband. I had a driver transfer me from the airport, to all my hospital appts whilst in Bali, and back to the airport when going home. Wully, Co-ordinates your care from Bali, part of your Restored Beauty package and I couldn't thank her enough for looking after me. She was present for all of my appts and visited me in hospital. She arranged all my transfers and even text my husband once I'd had my Surgery. She is absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was incredible. But it's a big decision so ive had a few questions prior that would be helpful on your website. (Eg are we allowed to book our own accomodation, a list of cosmetic travel insurance companies, how we pay the hospital, expectations at pre-surgery consult). I think we are their longest guests so they upgraded myself and partner to a nice roomy suite with plunge pool. Negative experience: Communication when trying to book is poor and timely. Very frustrating when a simple phone call would be better then waiting days for email responses and weeks for simple answers such as how much for accommodation etc Sick of people trying to sell you something but not giving you the time/service it requires. Surgery is not an easy decision and should be treated with the care and advice it deserves. I felt like I was just a number first in to pay best dressed without full clarification to questions I’d asked weeks ago!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I started planning my journey, Hayley and Robbie from Restored Beauty Getaways were absolutely fantastic — supportive, informative, and genuinely caring leading up to my arrival in Bali. Our driver Made Putra gave us a warm and safe welcome at the airport, and we were greeted at the stunning RBG Villas by Chef Anis, who made us feel right at home. The breakfast and housekeeping service throughout our stay were exceptional! We experienced both Restored Beauty Villa and Wngsa Hotel. And loved both for different reasons. We made some new connections with other couples going thru similar procedures, and although the villa is shared, it is still very much private in your own space. The hotel is soo spacious as well. You can't go wrong where ever you stay. A special mention to Miss Wully, our main contact in Bali and at BIMC — nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was always clear and informative. Miss Wully went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were both comfortable while keeping us updated. Dr Suka is a magician, from the initial consultation through to the final check up. I was informed all the way and the finished product is mind blowing. My husband and I had a seamless, comforting, and truly memorable experience. I highly recommend Restored Beauty Getaways for anyone considering this journey.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Restored Beauty Getaways in Bali for a surgery. The whole experience was positive. I was picked up at the airport, I had a 24hr liaison person Wully! She attended appointments with me & also was on call if I needed her. I was slightly reluctant to have a cosmetic procedure done overseas, but RBG made it easy & alleviated all my fears. Fantastic experience: I recently travelled to Thailand for a breast augmentation through Restored Beauty Getaways (RBG), and I’m incredibly happy with my experience from start to finish. Pre-Surgery: Communication with Hayley and Rebecca was outstanding—always prompt, professional, and well-organised. Despite all the back-and-forth, they never missed a beat. While RBG understandably couldn’t give a firm implant size until seeing me in person, they supported me in exploring options and even helped arrange a second opinion within their team. I also appreciated that, compared to other providers (who quoted me nearly double and enforced strict sizing limits), RBG took a more personalised approach tailored to me—not a one-size-fits-all model. One small hiccup was a late request to do consult and surgery on the same day, which I declined. They respected my preference, and I’m glad I stuck to it. On Arrival – Client Manager: Once in Thailand, I was looked after by Nokky—an absolute gem. Her warmth, attentiveness, and clear communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Everyone played a part, but Nokky truly made this experience seamless. She deserves special recognition. Consultation: My consultation with Dr. Singto was excellent. He took the time to listen to my aesthetic goals, re-measured me carefully, and was willing to go bigger than originally quoted, based on what my body could safely accommodate. He was transparent, respectful, and very thorough. Surgery & Hospital Stay: The hospital was immaculate and the care was exceptional. Surgery went smoothly. The nurses and anaesthesiologist were incredibly comforting, and I was pleased to learn I’d be staying overnight. The post-op care was excellent—nurses helped me move around, ensured I understood my meds, and treated me with genuine care. Recovery & Aftercare: I was fitted with a compression bra and given detailed instructions on movement, meds, and healing. My recovery has been amazing—minimal discomfort, no bruising, and just normal swelling/tightness. Even early on, I was thrilled with how the implants looked and how well they settled. Follow-Up Appointment: My follow-up ran just as smoothly. I was reassured and clearly guided on what to expect during the healing process back home. I left feeling informed and confident. Final Thoughts: Be flexible: schedules can shift, so allow for extra days. Budget a safety net: I didn’t need extra funds, but it’s wise to come prepared. Know your goals, advocate for them, but stay open to professional advice. Be patient—language barriers exist, but kindness, patience, and a good translator (thank you again, Nokky!) go a long way. Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. I was told by dentists in Australia not to get dental work done in Thailand and they couldn’t be any more wrong if they tried. The team was outstanding from the initial contact in Australia to the dental team and the people on the ground in Phuket. 1/4 the price of dental work in Australia and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. The host Nokky in Phuket is amazing and makes sure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. Thanx team

Fantastic experience: This was my second experience with RBG. The first was Phuket with my bestie. This was in Bali at BIMC Nusa Dua. I arrived and was collected by Made RBG driver and taken to the villa. It was lovely and very welcoming with Anis the chef and the gorgeous Diah. The following days were appointments with Dr Indra and admission into the hospital. Always picked up and taken back to the villa by arranged drivers. Excellent service and I felt at home and relaxed. The next days were my op, 2 nights in hospital, recovery, 2 nights back at the beautiful RBG villa. I then went to my own lovely villa for another 8 nights to recover on this beautiful island with my love. Wully the RBG admin rep always kept in contact and and arranged my appointments post op as required. They even drove us to the airport at 4am from our own accomm. Outstanding! I’m home now And back at work. 3 weeks off work was perfect. I had a facelift, neck lift and lower eye bleph. Dr Indra was a magician I feel 20 years younger. He is an excellent surgeon. So happy sooo happy to feel this amazing! I have some advice… Before and after surgery be sure to take the Balinese herbal turmeric drink JAMU. You can order this by Gojek and they will deliver to you. I have been taking this incredible elixir for 8 years. Magic I had no bruising and minimal redness after only 10 days. Thanks Rebecca xx

Wully also helped me understand and made herself available for any questions. The villa in Nusa Dua was also beautiful, and all the staff were super lovely. My procedure was a breast lift and implant and tummy tuck with lipo, with Dr Arsti, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so particular, super kind, and gentle. The BIMC hospital is so modern ( same as the Australian hospital); all staff could speak Australian and it is super clean. My recovery has been amazing, with no complications and healing well. Fantastic experience: From my initial contact with RBG the service they provided me was second to none. Nobody was pushy, upselling or telling me I should do this or that, they provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I travel to Bali in May 2025 for an upper blepharoplasty. I travelled alone initially, and my husband followed a few days later. I was very nervous travelling on my own but once I got to Bali and meet Wully and the team my nervous were immediately set at easy. Wully was absolutely fantastic, from the time I landed she was in constant contact letting me know what was happening next. She organised all my transfers to and from the hospital and explained everything that was happening. She helped me organise food to my hotel room after my procedure, I would have been lost without her support. My surgeon was Dr Suka, I was really happy with him. He explained everything to me, and generally made me feel very comfortable. An upper blepharoplasty is not very invasive, but he was so gently and precise with his craft that I had no pain and hardly any bruising after. I would highly recommend him for anyone thinking of going to Bali for any kind of cosmetic surgery. Overall, my experience with RBG was fantastic and I would highly recommend to contacting them to discuss your cosmetic needs.

Fantastic experience: I fist got in touch with Restored beauty getaways after trying to arrange my surgery myself to no avail because I had , had friends report bad things about using agencies. But boy was I glad I went with them. From day 1 Chloe was so helpful, everything was booked and organised so easily and stress free and she listened to exactly what I wanted. My transfers were arranged, I just had to hop on the plane. My time in Phuket for surgery was managed by Nokky, I cannot say enough nice things about this woman, she is so caring and genuine. Positive experience: I had a wonderful experience with RBG - spending 10 nights in the shared villa where I met some ladies who will become lifelong friends. We welcomed and supported each other , sharing all the experiences together , and reassuring each other which made us all feel we were part of a very safe little family. It was so lovely to have Rebecca, Estell and Robbie visit us for a few days and give us an insight into what an incredibly huge job it is to organise cosmetic surgery in a foreign country. Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I had breast explant surgery in Phuket with Dr. Pongsatorn (Dr. Jib) One implant was capsulated and the implant inside was very badly ruptured. I chose not to have a lift, and no replacement. I am so happy with the result and so happy with the whole experience. The entire process with restored beauty getaways and PPSI has been incredible. The staff and the surgeon are so professional and so efficient.

Positive experience: I hav white returned from Bali I. January 25 After having a mummy makeover via Restored Beauty. My surgery went well however after i developed some complications (not related to the surgery) Restored Beauty were great to assist me and my daughter during this time. I had purchased all necessity insurances and a RB consultation called me to run through all questions that I had. Wully the onsite representative even went to the bakery for me to help with my daughter daily food needs and to ensure I have extras for medicine I needed to take. I would highly recommend using this service to have that person on location for any support you may need 2 months on update ….I’m doing really well and so happy I did this surgery. My advise is to plan in case of different outcomes however know you will be well supported by this company.

Fantastic experience: I had a mid-face and neck lift along with upper eyelid blepharoplasty using Restored Beauty Getaways. This was performed at BIMC Nusa Dua by Dr Indra and staff. To say the results were well beyond my expectations is an understatement. As per my before and after photo’s you can see the transformation after only 7 days. Fantastic experience: My RBG journey started at home in NSW, Aus. Where I reached out to the team to gain information about a breast revision and lift surgery. From the minute I submitted my request, the whole team was so accommodating and informative. I booked my surgery 9 months in advance and the team never forgot me, kept in regular contact. Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Restored Beauty Getaways for those who are interested in cosmetic surgery overseas. They have looked after me extremely well through every step. I went to Bali to get a lift with implants. With so many nerves and worries i was so unsure if this is something I wanted to go ahead with but I trusted Restored Beauty Getaways and booked my appointment. When arriving to the hospital all those pre-surgery nerves quickly went away. Dr Suka was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel extremely calm about the whole process. Two days after meeting Dr Suka was my surgery, when going into the pre op waiting area I was greeted with such friendly nurses that made me feel so calm. They explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and I was ready to be put to sleep. Positive experience: Very happy with my results for my BA/BL with Dr Suka in Bali. RBG assisted with pick-up and drop off to BIMC and my stay in hospital was good. The only disappointment was the price of my implants, which were $400 more than my original quote in March. I would have liked to have been informed of this much sooner than the day before, given the price increases happen in January of every year. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Piyapas in Phuket for a BA and can’t fault him or RBG at all. From start to finish Nokky took care of me, she’s so gentle and kind, and she made the whole process easy. The hospital is very clean and all the nurses were lovely. Dr Piyapas was very knowledgeable and his calm demeanor helped me cope (very nervous for surgery and was also there solo). While waiting for anesthesia to kick in he held my hand and reassured me it was going to go great which it did! Thankful to everyone at RBG for everything, I am very happy with the results!!

Fantastic experience: This was the very first time I had been overseas for any kind of surgery and I have to say I was extremely nervous as the day and time drew nearer. My fears were very soon laid to rest by the staff and my consultant Wully. From the moment I walk through the door the service was all I could have expected and more. I had liposuction and tummy tuck and the care consideration and compassion that was shown was above my every expectation. Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd lot of surgery with RBG and on both occasions I won’t and can’t ever fault this amazing number 1 company. Fantastic experience: Recently I received my first cosmetic surgery (liposuction), by Dr Astrinita and her team. I was looked after from the start by Robbie and Wully, who liaise and assisted with all of my questions and including my arrival/departure from Bali. Dr Astrinita and her team did a wonderful job by removing a large amount of excess fat and explained clearly what to expect after the surgery and the recovery during the consultation appointment. I stayed two nights at the BMIC, where the staffs/nurses took care of me and monitored my recovery. Dr Astrinita and Wully visited me a few times to see how my progress was and if I had any problems or concerns, which I didn't. Nearly three weeks later after my surgery, all bruises have gone and a large percentage of swelling have disappeared. Looking forward in the next few months and hopefully the remaining swelling will be gone. Thank you Restored Beauty Getaways team, for all of your help from the start to the end. The Anesthetist listened to my concerns about having anesthesia (I was sick for 2 days after my previous surgery - something I didn't want a repeat of) and he assured me that they would try and make sure this didn't happen again.  It was a relief to wake up from surgery feeling good and was even able to eat my dinner which was waiting for me. I would also like to give a big shout out to Wully who was amazing checking in with me before and post op and coming to all my consults.  She also went the extra mile by driving me to and from my hospital appointments. Its early days yet but I'm healing really well, incisions can hardly be seen (even my daughter was impressed ... "saying you can't even see your scars").  Still have some swelling in my face and tenderness under my chin. Would I do it again?  In a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: I had dental work done through Dental Getaways in Phuket. I was a little apprehensive about it, but the Dental Getaways team and the experience was excellent. The dentists, staff and facilities at the Bangkok Hospital Phuket where I was treated were first class and the arrangements for getting to and from the airport and from my hotel to the Hospital ran like clockwork. Very impressive service and super value for money. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome or experience - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: After10 years of thinking about breast augmentation, I finally had it done at a place where I personally know 3 people who had been there, 2 very good friends of mine and the third person an acquaintance. My expectations of the outcome AND the amazing service and care were exceeded. The surgeon and his assistants were so friendly and genuinely very caring. I can not recommend this place highly enough. I have made some dear friends for life here. The surgeon is highly skilled and very kind. The surgeons assistant Nokky is the lovliest person youll meet, very sweet and caring and we will definitely be going back to visit and stay in touch in the meantime. Oh and you'd be surprised, the hospital food was very nice too just another unexpected highlight
