Fantastic experience: Our family recently embarked on a large trip to the States. We engaged with Kara at our local branch and set her the challenge to ensure our trip was organised end to end ensuring we didn't have to arrange anything whilst enjoying out time away. Spending a little over 3 weeks abroad and visiting Disney World Universal. Basketball games, ICE hockey matches and a few other tours, I am happy to say our trip was extremely smooth and all expectations were met. Fantastic experience: Kara and the team have always been super helpful every time we've used them to book flights. Our situation is trickier than most when booking, as FC sometimes need to contact a funding organisation to send an invoice and make separate payments. Every time they take care of this for us flawlessly, which takes a major stress point out of our travel plans.

Positive experience: We really enjoyed our stay at Coconuts beach club in Samoa. Thanks for booking our flights and accommodation Courtney. Everything went very smoothly. The resort was on the quiet side of the island and was perfect for a relaxing stay. Th staff were super friendly. The continental breakfast provided was a bit stodgy and surprisingly lacking in fruit. However the Samoan diet isn’t as good as you would expect. We requested good snorkeling and the outer reef was a wonderland of tropical fish and healthy coral.
