Fantastic experience: Steve and the team at Ulladulla Flight Centre are the absolute best. They go above and beyond when it comes to looking after their clients. I have been travelling for years and been with many agents. I was lucky enough to find this team during COVID and I will never go to another agent. They have planned trips all around the world for me from Antarctica to Turkmenistan and I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Our family highly recommend Ulladulla Flight Centre. We walked in while on holidays in Ulladulla and Steve talked us through options from concept for a family trip to Italy we wanted to do from his personal experience and recommendations. With his advice and help we then planned the details online and over the phone once we got back to Melbourne and have just returned from a once in a lifetime family trip (Venice, Cinque Terre, Amalfi and Rome). All flights, connections and accommodation were great and we had a perfectly accurate itinerary. We will use the Ulladulla team again next time.

Fantastic experience: Kylie has recently helped us plan our first post-Covid overseas trip - this time to Japan. She has previously been so professional, calm and efficient helping organise our 3 interstate trips over the past 2 years. Her knowledge and willingness to offer suggestions has made our journeys so far seamless and really enjoyable as a result. Her warm friendly manner and patience has always put us at ease when we need to ask questions and when seeking clarification of any of our travel arrangements. Thanks Kylie Japan trip 2024 Kylie has again meticulously organised flights, accommodation and train travel for our recent 3 week trip to Japan in October. Everything went to plan and we enjoyed what was a new cultural experience for us, and our first international trip since 2018. We plan to take off next year and Kylie has already provided her high standard of professional assistance with our plans.

Fantastic experience: Have just had a long Cruise canceled due to Red Sea issues which has meant that we have to cancel Airfares ,hotels and cars for 4 people.Kylie has been terrific with her patience, understanding and help,not only has this caused her a load of unpaid work but I suspect a fair amount of loss of income. Our experience underlines the importance of using an agent and not doing it yourself and we have no hesitation in give her a ''Gold Star" in fact 5 of them

Negative experience: Very disappointed, have used various Flight Centre outlets over many years but will not be returning. Recently made enquiries for an upcoming trip to Europe/England seeking a lower budget option as a self funded retiree. Did not catch the name of the male operator at the Ulladulla franchise but from the get go he put me down and humiliated me for looking for a cheap flight option. He was not interested in spending time to discuss flights I had suggested following my own research and simply dismissed me by saying to just book somewhere else. He was obviously too busy to give time to someone looking for good value flights. Such a shame as I have had great experiences with Flight Centre in the past. I've recounted this experience to many friends, and unsurprisingly others have had similar experiences with this franchise, but couldn't be bothered reviewing. So this is my review for what it's worth! PS I booked direct with the airline with a very significant saving over the Ulladulla quoted prices.

Negative experience: Unsatisfactory customer service, rude n unhelpful in redeeming a $3000 voucher, I was awarded for raising monies for the leukaemia foundation, for U.G.L.Y Bartender! Disgraceful in the way they made me feel , walking out of their centre feeling disgruntled n devalued! Shame on the 3 employees that were on duty today!! SHAME,SHAME!

Fantastic experience: We have known professionally and dealt with Janice O’Neil over the last 10 years and found she has extensive experience in all of these areas. Good public relations, obliging nothing too much trouble, good at problem solving, engaging personality, explores all alternatives and we appreciate her personal service as we have dealt solely with her since commencement at Flight Centre. Janice is also an excellent team leader we would thoroughly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: A travel agent that cares about their travellers, where all the staff work together as a unit to provide the best travel experience. Whether it is a ticket to London or a more difficult itinerary I can always count on my bookings actually working. Janice and her staff are happy to research and apply their knowledge to visa applications which can be a little tricky on occasion. During the current pandemic my cancellations have been handled professionally. I would book with Flight Centre and travel with confidence when it is again a possibility.

Fantastic experience: I have been Dealing with Kylie Whitall from Ulladulla Flight Centre over the past few months. We were literally thrown together after Bateman's Bay store closed but in all times she has dealt with me professionally and with a happy and positive disposition. We are now waiting for a Qantas refund and she has kept me informed all through this long process. I will definitely continue to use Flight Centre for all my trips both internal and overseas knowing this is the level of service i will receive.

Fantastic experience: Janice O'Neil from the Ulladulla Flight Centre is my travel agent of choice. I have had, and continue to have, a fabulous working relationship with Janice who understands my needs, she is intuitive and decisive. Everything she has ever booked for me has been appropriate, 'up to standard' and easy. I have recently come home from a 7 week trip to Europe and whilst I am a very independent traveller, aka fly by the seat of my pants, the parts I needed booked were done by Janice and they were perfect! From a fantastic deal on a hire car through the UK and Ireland to business class flights around the globe, she didn't miss a thing and my trip was seamless. I have heard plenty of stories (and seen things first hand) on my travels where people have put trust in a travel agent only to be left stranded at airports with ridiculously timed flights, poor connections etc. I completely trust Janice and dealing with her makes me look forward to booking my next adventure through her, in my case NYC next year, but with many more to come...............I have officially joined the SKIN club (spend the kids inheritance now).

Fantastic experience: Kylie is amazing. We approached flight centre Ulladulla for quotes on a holiday to USA when we met Kylie. Kylie helped us plan it, our first big overseas holiday to USA and has since planned our second overseas holiday to Thailand. Both holidays flowed without a hitch - all accommodation and activities recommended and booked by Kylie were perfect and of a high standard. We will continue to book our holidays through flight center (kylie in particular) and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Flight Center Ulladulla, THE BEST. Our personal experience with them more importantly with Janice was amazing. We had a trip of a life time Overseas, the attention to detail Janice gave was incredible. Everything went like clock work. Wow what a trip. Fantastic experience: I would like to compliment Kylie Whitall and the other members of the team at the Ulladulla branch, nothing is too difficult for them and they have always kept us up to date on the latest specials. We have travelled to many parts of the world by air and sea on cruises and tours, we have yet to have any reason to require there assistance whilst out of the country. I think this is due to there expert preparation and knowledge prior to our departures. We have two more trips booked for later this year and we are looking forward to them both.
