Fantastic experience: Craig provides excellent friendly service.He takes the time to explain my itineraries clearly and concisely ; he answers questions promptly and patiently. Craig originally impressed me because he was successful in retrieving my post covid credits when other travel agents couldn't. There is such a congenial atmosphere with the Globetrotting team with the attached cafe and the different newsletters, solo travelling information and the information sessions eg African photography that are provided.

She has set us up for many trips and NOT ONCE have we had a hiccup, which is Very important when you are getting on in years, and even when we were newbies and needed a helping hand she had everything organised and it went so smoothly from the home pickup to drop off, even Visas when necessary. Cannot fault her and she is lovely.

Fantastic experience: We just came to the cafe for lunch and coffee. So impressed with the friendly service, willingness to adapt the menu, quality of food, as well as how affordable pricing was for what was provided. My partner’s custom made fresh sandwich with grilled halloumi for $10 took the prize. I had poached eggs and daughter a green smoothie which were excellent. Can’t speak more highly!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 11 have just had the most wonderful holiday together, thanks to the amazingly professional organisation over many months by Craig Barrow, the Travel Agent. He was so very patient collating all the information & details, managing changes in venues and flights and answering the myriad of questions I had . I could not have organised the trip without his invaluable help . Craig's advice proved to be so accurate and very helpful , especially managing a holiday during and post Covid .We were able to use most of the funds we had previously paid for a holiday to Margaret River from 2020. Thank you so much for enabling the wonderful holiday to Port Douglas that we all experienced . I highly recommend this Company for its integrity , friendliness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: We had outstanding service from globetrotters during this extremely difficult time. We received weekly update emails, and when I contacted them to find out what my options were regarding upcoming cruise, I received prompt email replies and received full refund of money paid to globetrotters and they have commenced seeking refund of deposit from cruise company. This happened within only days of my initial contact. I can't recommend this company more highly and recommend anyone considering travel (eventually) use their services

Fantastic experience: Amazing service great bunch to deal with but I had the pleasure of being served by a gentleman by the name of Brennan I was amazed by his enthusiasm even when dealing with a more difficult customer like myself that can’t make up there mind lol he really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and that I had the best deal possible I happen to pop in on his day off and the team showed no hesitation in jumping in to assist me, even the owner of the business Chris, took the time to personally thank me for my business and made some great suggestions for my trip .
