Positive experience: Recently experienced for Canberra tour. The coordinator Catherine and the bus driver (forgot his name) were very friendly, entertaining, and informative. My family had a very pleasant travel and experience. Only improvement I suggest, please make sure you the charging ports are working and correct the instructions to bring USB A to C cable to charge our mobiles. Thank you team and we would like to plan more tours with you. Keep it up.

Positive experience: Joined the Floriade tour to Canberra early October 24. Plan of tour was great, gorgeous flowers, many things to see at festival, timing given was sufficient to explore and enjoy the Floriade festival. Time given for parliament house (1hr) was a little short considering need to queue to get in(security check) as all the buses arrived same time. But understand the time constraints as the journey to and from sydney takes 6 hours in total. Lady tour guide and bus captain(?luke,bus 2) were great and bus captain gives excellent commentary during the ride. Overall great experience and would recommend to join this tour as budget wise, economical compared to other tours offered online.

Fantastic experience: The tour was everything I hoped it would be . The driver Matt was informative and a safe driver and Catherine made sure we were all on board after each stop and they both helped and made sure we were safe getting on and off. The flowers were amazing and beautifully presented. We had plenty of time to browse all the flowers and the stalls. The Embassy tour was informative and we had time to see Parliament House and drove up to Mt Ainsley,what a spectacular view! If you get a chance do go on this tour.

Positive experience: I booked the tour to Floriade Flower Festival in Canberra for the first time for my parents and they loved it! The tour guy is professional, funny and a safe driver. The big bus was relatively clean. The highlight of the tour was the Floriade Flower Festival as we went at the right time at the last week of September. We wish we could ve spent more time there but we had to hurry moving to the next places. Maybe the tour should consider leave the Mount Ainslie out to allow more time at the Floriade :)

Fantastic experience: We booked with Ozia tours for the 1 day Thredbo tour on 30th August 2024. It was an amazing experience, and our tour guide Jimmy (Bus C) kept us engaged with his informative and witty talk throughout. Two thumbs up to Jimmy, and also our drivers Daniel and Rodney.

Fantastic experience: Took a day trip to Perisher on 31/8/2024 and it was an amazing experience that was led by tour guide Sunny that gave every person on board undivided attention to any questions. It was a smooth journey to Perisher with no delays and the bus left on time consistently. Ski / Snowboard rentals total was around $101 (including, winter jacket, pants, snow walking boots, snowboard boots & gloves). Heavily recommend bringing beanies to cover ears for windy days. Ski lift pass was $249 for a full day and $219 for a half day pass (8:30am to 1pm), recommend saving $$ on ski lift if new to skiing/snowboard; there's a separate area for beginners to practice. Overall was an enjoyable experience and you'll be super tired by the 3pm departure time.

Positive experience: Joined the Perisher trip via Ozia Tour. Our tour guide, Catherine is a very nice, helpful & cheerful lady, her explanation throughout the tour is clear.

Negative experience: The snow experience is incredible, but the bus No. 1 we took on the trip does not meet expectations for a long trip at all, an old bus, seats with backrests that are too low and extremely uncomfortable space. In fact, the cost of the tour is reduced exclusively to the transport service, which was not good due to the characteristics of the bus, because everything else, clothing, equipment, food, you have to pay for separately.

Fantastic experience: A perfect service provider for your day trip tour to Perisher. We were on bus #1 departed on 23rd August 2024, with David as our tour guide and Caleb as the bus driver. Entire journey was so smooth, and we thoroughly enjoyed David’s efforts in providing all the necessary info along the trip, and giving us a little history of the locations along our ride. Great job and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience with Ozia Tours on the trip to Perisher valley (snowy mountains). Sunny was our guide and he was really helpful and friendly. Also he guided us very well. I came with my wife and few friends and we really enjoyed our day with wonderful view of the mountain covered with snow. We went to the top of mountain (blue cow station) by taking a train ( the call it skitube) from Perisher valley.

Fantastic experience: My trip to Thredbo was amazing. I definitely enjoyed it and I would highly recommend this tour and the truly wonderful tour guide Jimmy. He presented all trip details and info exceptionally and even had carrots with him so as to place as the nose for snow man , the very same thing I forgot to bring from home.

Fantastic experience: My family’s first travel experience with Ozia Tours to Thredbo was awesome! Upon arrival we were welcomed by Ozia tour guide, Jimmy, who was very friendly and engaging throughout the tour. He was sharing his knowledge in an engaging, interactive and entertaining way. The bus was new, clean and with a toilet at the rear end for emergencies..Charging port was also available. Although it was windy and rainy during the time of our visit at Thredbo, the scenery was beautiful and my kids loved it. Overall, the trip was well organized. Thumbs up to Ozia Tours! Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience, Eric is a funny, extremely punctual and enthusiastic guide with a wonderful soothing voice to for the late night/early morning trips. He gave us all a professional peck as he counted us on and off making us feel right at home, and a special goodnight peck to make it easier to catch some z's on the long ride.

Fantastic experience: Went on a trip to Perisher on Bus 2 with Eric, James, and Chad and it was absolutely awesome! Bus was super clean, tour guide was accommodating and had a lot of tips and tricks for us, and the drivers were very good because I did not feel any hint of motion sickness on the rides. Snowboarding at Perisher was fun, but super exhausting. Get ready to haul your board up hills and wipe out on the way down lol. I found the first stop (not Perisher’s Valley, I think it was Smidge’s Hotel??? idk) is easier for a beginner like me, and you get a bit more space to practice in midday to afternoon, when everyone else is at Perisher’s Valley. Overall, awesome tour, just enough time to do all the fun stuff. Would book Ozia again 10/10

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience, except for some noisy passengers on the bus even at wee hours of the trip, insensitive to fellow passengers who are trying to get some sleep. Other than that, it was an amazing trip. Jimmy was very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to our drivers who kept us safe. We had a blast!

Fantastic experience: Best tour i've been on. I was on Bus 2, and our tour guide was David. David was extremely helpful in giving us pointers beforehand and some bit of history reagrding Perisher valley and Jindabayne. The Driver was also great, ensuring that our ride was smooth and not too bumpy. Also, the regular bathroom breaks and dinner break were great as well. I think one recommendation from me, because am tall, i find the spaces between the chairs to be small and rather discomforting since it's a 6hrs ride to Perisher valley, and 6hrs back. As such, I didn't sleep well while on travel as i have to constantly adjusting positions to feel comfortable while sitting. Other than this, the whole experience was great.

Fantastic experience: We took the one-day snow tour at Perisher, departing on Friday, August 9th. I must confess that I was a bit skeptical because I had never gone on a trip with an agency before, but I found the experience to be absolutely delightful. Erick, our guide, showed great interest in making sure our experience was enjoyable. He was always attentive, with a big smile and an excellent attitude. They were very punctual with the schedule they had set. I had heard that the equipment rental was very disorganized, but it was actually incredibly quick. In Perisher, Erick recommended that we visit Blue Cow, and let me tell you, it was the best recommendation I've received this year! Many thanks to the Ozia Tour team and especially to Erick for his guidance on this trip!

Fantastic experience: Catherine the Tour Leader was really amazing, she explain every single things about the trip and what’s surround the National Park that we headed to. This is my first time to snowy mountain and I’m so excited about it. I even cant sleep the day before the trip as I’m so excited to join the trip. Fantastic experience: Ozia tours were great for a fun snow experience. Sunny on bus #4 was enthusiastic, attentive and informative. Some nice simple touches that showed they were considerate of us. They took care of everything from hire equipment, to giving info on the mountain, to pointing out the best places for our dinner stop. He was clear and communicative especially with timing and progress of our trip. For a coach the chairs were comfy and reclined well. The bus was clean and comfortable. Driver Captain Ziko was great and we felt like we were in great hands. Highly recommend ozia tours to anyone keen to visit the snow

Fantastic experience: We took the 1 day perisher trip from Parramatta. It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Sunny from bus no.3 was excellent and took very good care of us. It was snowing heavily with wind. So check the weather report and prepare accordingly. Overall it is a good value for money, if you are novices like us who don't want to deal with driving in snow, tire chains, etc. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently took a tour to Thredbo booked through Klook, and I wanted to commend Jimmy from Ozia Tours. He made the experience exceptionally pleasant and enjoyable with his approachable demeanor and helpful information. The bus drivers, whose names I regretfully don’t remember, were also fantastic—driving smoothly and contributing to a great trip. We especially enjoyed our visit to Thredbo as it was our first time experiencing snow. We will definitely recommend this tour and will book with them again next time. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful snowy mountain experience with Ozia tours, the tour guide Catherine and her colleague driver Greg are awesome ,they made our experience easier and even better!! It is our first snowy mountain experience with my friends and we are a total of 5. Catherine is so detailed that she will give us more information about the place and even the restaurant's choices for our dinner to make it smooth,yet fast food orders. Fantastic experience: Catherine is a cool guide! big shout out to ya'll especially to the drivers Jim and Greg too! we had a fun trip going to Perisher Valley and also we had a very smooth ride. Highly recommended! a tip for the trip: Get yourself a seat at the left side of the bus, you can catch a glimpse of lake Jindabyne and also got a chance of spotting kangaroos!

Fantastic experience: It was a great trip with ozia travels to perisher valley. We enjoyed a lot. Specially our tour guide Catherine was really amassing and friendly. She made us laugh the whole trip. We didn’t feel we were with strangers. Everyone was friendly. As well as our driver jim & greg was really good. Overall i had a great experience with ozia tours. I would highly recommend to select Catherine as your tour guide. She is the best!!
