We had a really good holiday, and everything worked seamlessly from the flights, transfers, accommodation and the cruise. Suraj's assistance with the Cambodia and Vietnam visas was also greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience visiting Sri Lanka. We did a tour designed to our preference with a private driver all arranged by Suraj at Helloworld Carindale. Our driver was wonderful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our driver Sumudu certainly added to our positive Sri Lanka experience.

Positive experience: Many of the places of interest we visited were very good, interesting and enjoyable. The silos were very impressive. Mostly the standard of accommodation was good. It was very disappointing that so many times we were in suburban motels where it was too far from the town centre to walk around to get some memory of the place. Coming in very late afternoon and leaving early in the morning turns it all into a blur with little recognition of any one place other than those which we stayed in the centre of the town or more than one night. We only had 1 stop which was longer than 1 night. The food was extremely disappointing with very little variation in the menu which was predominantly pub style meals consisting of a mountain of fried chips with battered fish or deep fried crumbed schnitzel with an occasional roast which was prior cooked and reheated. I had given my dietary requirements as no fried or crumbed food. This was completely ignored. Arriving late and leaving early left no time for those who may have wanted to visit any shops. The only spare time was in Peterborough on a Sunday afternoon when the very scant array of shops, mostly op shops, were closed. The coach Captain and hostess were very good. They were careful and watched out for us all, diligent, obliging and happy to help at all times. It was disappointing to travel through the Barossa valley without stopping at a winery. We visited one winery only, which was very enjoyable. The ages of the travellers was well known in advance. We were all seniors ad some very senior. 8.am on the bus is far too early for that age group. The standard of food, suburban locations and too much time on the bus made the trip a lemonade experience at champagne prices. Best wishes Marian Adams
