Positive experience: Have just returned from a trip to the Philippines. Allan was able to put together a great holiday and took all the work out for us. Having never travelled there before, It was all organised,, from flights,; including 4 internal flights to get from one island to another, accommodation, meals, transfers and day tours, we just had to show up. There were some changes regarding original flights we booked from Sydney to Manila, which was annoying and not what I had organised and booked. Allan cancelled and re-booked flights that were more suitable. My son’s girlfriend decided to come along within 6 weeks of leaving. Allan easily had her included and was able to add and alter a few things to accommodate this. We had a fun and exciting holiday and happy that Allan had this all taken care of for us.

Our first trip was a self guided trip around New Zealand and our second trip was in the UK and Europe with Topdeck and TruTravels. Josh was able to help us book both holidays. As always when booking holidays, things might not line up on the first go but after reviewing and identifying the issues, Josh fixed them up so they worked. Our Chinese travel guide ‘Gary’ was very well organised, personable and a wealth of information. Siobhann took care of the flights Newcastle to Adelaide and how to get to the Ghann & Darwin. All we had to do was follow her instructions. We had 2 lovely days in Adelaide in a great hotel then took a taxi to Adelaide Parklands Terminal where we booked into the Ghann. Fantastic experience: Hi Team Flight Centre " Cardiff" I have not long returned from an Asian tour. I traveled alone for my first time as a solo traveler. At six four I had a couple of concerns. I decided to go to FLIGHT CENTRE CARDIFF (FCC), as I have traveled with other travel agency before. I have had friends recommend FCC and there was looked after by Bronte. I had no idea where I was heading as it was a sprue of a moment decision. Bronte was excellent, No RUSH, HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. Fantastic experience: We booked our first family overseas holiday with Jake. He delivered 100% what we needed. A great three night stay in Singapore at Sentosa, and a fantastic 8 night stay in Phuket at Katathani Resort at Kata Noi. Fantastic experience: I had a great time in Bali, the weather was perfect 29-30oC most days, not overly humid with a nice breeze Sanur Beach where we stayed at the Prama Beach Resort. Flights organised through Jennifer Bolsover, Flight Centre Cardiff, Jennifer took care of our needs and coordinated everything as I couldn’t fly at the same time as my friends. Fantastic experience: I would like to take a few moments to share my experience with Flight Centre Cardiff. Our travel agent Jennifer Bolsover has been friendly, professional and gone over and above to help us with every aspect of our holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand. Having never had to process Visas before in other overseas travels, I was a little anxious at processing the application myself. Jennifer took the time to help us resolve this issue. Today the visas have come through and I can sit back and relax for our holiday to kick off next month. Along with booking the travel itinerary, Jennifer helped me validate an expired travel voucher, helped set up a travel money card and ensured that we had the correct insurance so that we could enjoy riding as pillion passengers as part of our tours. My wife and I have always booked our travels with Flight Centre, and we are very happy to have come across Jennifer Bolsover who has been meticulous with every aspect of our travel holiday.
